上二十九味，捣筛为末，炼蜜及枣膏和，更捣五千杵，丸如梧子，酒服七丸，日三，加
至二十丸（《千金》有薯蓣、茯神，为三十一味。）

以上三十五味药，捣碎筛成粉末，用炼蜜和枣膏调和。再捣五千杵，制成梧桐子大小的丸药。用温水送服五丸，每日三次。逐渐增加至二十丸，以病愈为限度。
所治病症与前一方相同。凡是心病皆适宜服用此方：
干地黄（一两半）、牛黄（五分）、杏仁（去皮尖、双仁，熬制）、蜀椒（去掉目闭口者及出汗的，各三分）、桑螵蛸（十二枚）、大枣（三十五枚）、白蔹、当归（各半两）、泽泻、大豆卷、黄芩、铁精、柏子仁、前胡、茯苓（各一两）、独活、秦艽、川芎、桂心、人参、麦门冬（去心）、远志（去心）、丹参、阿胶（炙烤）、防风、紫石英、干姜、银屑、甘草（炙烤，各一两）。
以上二十九味药，捣碎筛成粉末，用炼蜜和枣膏调和，再捣五千杵，制成梧桐子大小的丸药。用酒送服七丸，每日三次，逐渐增加至二十丸。（《千金要方》中有薯蓣、茯神，共三十一味。）
Indicated for deficiency and exhaustion in both men and women, dream-disturbed sleep with palpitations and nocturnal emission, leukorrhea or metrorrhagia in women, or amenorrhea, wind-pathogen and ghostly infections (fengxie guizhu), alternating chills and fever, abdominal accumulations, emotional distress and qi stagnation; this formula is indicated for all such ailments:
Zhiyingshi (Fluorite), Fuling (Poria), Changpu (Acorus Rhizome), Rongcong (Cistanche Stem), Yuanzhi (Polygala Root, remove heart), Maidong (Ophiopogon Tuber, remove heart), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Radix), Xixin (Asarum Root), Juanbai (Selaginella Tenuifolia Herb), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger), Dadoujuan (Prepared Soybean), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Dahuang (Rhubarb Radix et Rhizoma) [each 5 fen], E'chong (Ground Beetle, 12 pieces, roasted), Dazao (Jujube Fruit, 50 pieces, split), Dihuang (Rehmannia Root) [3 liang], Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Zexie (Alisma Rhizome), Danshen (Salvia Miltiorrhiza Radix et Rhizoma), Qinjiao (Gentiana Macrophylla Radix) [each 1.5 liang], Shaoyao (Peony Root), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, crushed), Wutou (Aconitum Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, skin removed), Baiziren (Biota Seed), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig) [each 3 fen], Banxia (Pinellia Tuber, washed), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome) [each 2 liang], Tiejing (Iron Essence), Bailian (Iris Rhizome), Yinxie (Silver Foil), Qianhu (Peucedani Radix), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) [each 0.5 liang], Shuyu (Dioscorea Rhizome), Gancao (Licorice Root).
The above thirty-five ingredients are pounded and sifted into powder, mixed with refined honey and jujube paste. Further pound five thousand times, shape into pills the size of Chinese quince seeds. Take five pills with warm water, three times daily. Gradually increase to twenty pills, until recovery is achieved.
Indicated for the same conditions as the preceding formula. Indicated for all heart diseases:
Dihuang (Rehmannia Root) [1.5 liang], Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) [5 fen], Xingren (Prunus Armeniaca Seed, remove skin and tips, double-kernel, roasted), Shujiao (Zanthoxylum Pericarpium, remove those with eyes, closed mouths, and sweat, each 3 fen), Sangpiaoxiao (Mantis Egg-case, 12 pieces), Dazao (Jujube Fruit, 35 pieces), Bailian (Iris Rhizome), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Radix) [each 0.5 liang], Zexie (Alisma Rhizome), Dadoujuan (Prepared Soybean), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), Tiejing (Iron Essence), Baiziren (Biota Seed), Qianhu (Peucedani Radix), Fuling (Poria) [each 1 liang], Duohuo (Angelica Pubescens Radix), Qinjiao (Gentiana Macrophylla Radix), Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Maidong (Ophiopogon Tuber, remove heart), Yuanzhi (Polygala Root, remove heart), Danshen (Salvia Miltiorrhiza Radix et Rhizoma), Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin, roasted), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Zhiyingshi (Fluorite), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger), Yinxie (Silver Foil), Gancao (Licorice Root, roasted) [each 1 liang].
The above twenty-nine ingredients are pounded and sifted into powder, mixed with refined honey and jujube paste, further pounded five thousand times, shaped into pills the size of Chinese quince seeds. Take seven pills with wine, three times daily, gradually increasing to twenty pills. (Qianjin Yaofang includes Shuyu and Fushen, totaling thirty-one ingredients.)
