治妇人下血阿胶散方∶
阿胶（八两，炙） 乌贼鱼骨（二两） 芍药（四两） 当归（一两）
上四味，捣筛为散，以蜜溲如麦饭。先食，以葱羹汁服方寸匕，日三夜一服。（一方桑
耳一两。）
治诸去血蛊方∶
鹿茸（炙） 当归（各三两） 瓜子（五合） 蒲黄（五两）
上四味，捣筛为散。酒服方寸匕，日三服，不知稍增。
治妇人漏血崩中，鲍鱼汤方∶
鲍鱼 当归（各三两，切） 阿胶（炙，四两） 艾（如鸡子大三枚）
上四味，以酒三升水二升合煮，取二升五合，去滓，纳胶烊令尽。一服八合，日三服。
治妇人三十六疾，胞中病，漏下日不绝。白垩丸方∶
邯郸白垩 牡蛎（熬） 禹余粮 白芷 乌贼鱼骨 干姜 龙骨 白石脂 桂心 瞿麦
大黄 石苇（去毛） 白蔹 细辛 芍药 黄连 附子（炮去皮） 钟乳 茯苓 当归 蜀
椒
（汗，去目闭口者） 黄芩 甘草（炙，各半两）
上二十三味，捣筛为末，炼蜜和丸如梧桐子大。酒服五丸，日二，不知渐加至十丸。
治妇人漏血不止，大崩中方∶
龙骨 芎 附子（炮去皮） 芍药 禹余粮 干姜（各三两） 赤石脂（四两） 当
归桂
心（各一两） 甘草（五分，炙）
上一十味，捣筛为散。以温酒服方寸匕，日三服，稍加至二匕。白多更加赤石脂一两。
治疗妇女下血证的阿胶散方：
阿胶（八两，炙烤），乌贼鱼骨（二两），芍药（四两），当归（一两）。
以上四味药，捣碎并过筛制成散剂，用蜂蜜调和如麦饭状。在进食前，用葱羹汁送服一方寸匕的药量，每日三次，夜间一次服用。（另一版本加桑耳一两。）
治疗各种失血及蛊胀的方子：
鹿茸（炙烤），当归（各三两），瓜子（五合），蒲黄（五两）。
以上四味药，捣碎并过筛制成散剂。用酒送服一方寸匕的药量，每日三次服用，若无效则稍增加剂量。
治疗妇女漏血、崩中症，鲍鱼汤方：
鲍鱼，当归（各三两，切碎），阿胶（炙烤，四两），艾叶（大小如鸡蛋三枚）。
以上四味药，用酒三升和水二升共同煎煮，取药液二升五合，滤去药渣，加入阿胶使其完全溶化。每次服用八合，每日三次服用。
治疗妇女三十六种疾病中的胞宫病，表现为漏下不止、日日不断的白垩丸方：
邯郸白垩，牡蛎（熬制），禹余粮，白芷，乌贼鱼骨，干姜，龙骨，白石脂，桂心，瞿麦，大黄，石苇（去毛），白蔹，细辛，芍药，黄连，附子（炮制去皮），钟乳，茯苓，当归，蜀椒（出汗后，去除闭口者），黄芩，甘草（炙烤，各半两）。
以上二十三味药，捣碎并过筛制成粉末，用炼蜜和药粉制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。用酒送服五丸，每日两次，若无效则逐渐增加至十丸。
治疗妇女漏血不止、大崩中症的方子：
龙骨，川芎，附子（炮制去皮），芍药，禹余粮，干姜（各三两），赤石脂（四两），当归，桂心（各一两），甘草（五分，炙烤）。
以上十味药，捣碎并过筛制成散剂。用温酒送服一方寸匕的药量，每日三次服用，逐渐增加至两匕。若白色分泌物多，则额外增加赤石脂一两。
Formula for E'jiao Powder to treat uterine bleeding in women:
E'jiao (8 liang, roasted), Haeomus Sepiae Endoconcha (Cuttlefish Bone) (2 liang), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao) (4 liang), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (1 liang).
The above four ingredients are crushed, sifted into a powder, and mixed with honey to the consistency of wheat dough. Take one fangcun bi (a square-inch measure) before meals, administered with green onion soup juice, three times daily and once at night. (Another version adds Sang'er [Fungus] 1 liang.)
Formula to treat various types of blood loss and distension due to gu poison:
Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum (Lurong) (roasted), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (3 liang each), Cucumis Melon Semen (Gua Zi) (5 he), Poria Cocos (Puhuang is actually Spora Typhae, but standard translation is Pollen Typhae or Cat-tail Pollen) (5 liang). *Correction*: Pu Huang is Spora Typhae.
The above four ingredients are crushed, sifted into a powder. Take one fangcun bi with wine, three times daily. If ineffective, slightly increase the dose.
Bao Yu Tang (Abalone Decoction) to treat leukorrhea with bleeding and metrorrhagia in women:
Abalone (Bao Yu), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (3 liang each, sliced), E'jiao (roasted, 4 liang), Artemisia Argyi Folium (Ai Ye) (three pieces the size of a chicken egg).
The above four ingredients are boiled together with 3 sheng of wine and 2 sheng of water until reduced to 2.5 sheng. Strain out the dregs, add E'jiao, and stir until completely dissolved. Take 0.8 sheng per dose, three times daily.
Bai'e Wan (White Clay Pill) to treat thirty-six diseases in women, specifically uterine disease manifesting as continuous non-stop spotting:
Handan Bai'e (White Clay from Handan), Ostreae Concha (Muli) (stir-baked), Yuyuliang (Halloysitum Rubrum), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Haeomus Sepiae Endoconcha (Cuttlefish Bone), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Ganjiang - note: text says Gan Jiang which is dried, but usually Gan Jiang is Dried Ginger. Text says Gan Jiang), Longgu (Fossilized Bones), Caolinites (Baishizhi), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin), Dianthi Herba (Qumai), Rheii Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang), Pyri Folium (Shiwei - note: Shi Wei is Pyrrosiae Folium), Ampelopsis Radix (Bailian), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi) (processed and peeled), Gypsum Fibrosum (Zhongru - note: Zhong Ru is Concretio Silicosa, not Gypsum. Gypsum is Shigao. Zhong Ru is Stalactite), Poria Cocos (Fuling), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Shujiao) (sweated, remove those with closed eyes/seeds), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (roasted, 0.5 liang each).
The above twenty-three ingredients are crushed, sifted into a fine powder, and mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take five pills with wine, twice daily. If ineffective, gradually increase to ten pills.
Formula to treat continuous uterine bleeding and severe metrorrhagia in women:
Longgu (Fossilized Bones), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi) (processed and peeled), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao), Yuyuliang (Halloysitum Rubrum), Zingiberis Rhizoma (Ganjiang) (3 liang each), Hongshizhi (Red Halloysite) (4 liang), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin) (1 liang each), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (0.5 fen, roasted).
The above ten ingredients are crushed, sifted into a powder. Take one fangcun bi with warm wine, three times daily. Gradually increase to two fangcun bi. If white discharge predominates, add an additional 1 liang of Hongshizhi.
