菖蒲根一寸 巴豆（去皮心）一粒
二物合捣筛，分作七丸，绵裹，卧即塞，夜易之，十日自愈。
当归 细辛 芎 防风 白芷各六铢
上为末，以鲤鱼脑八两合煎，三上三下，膏成去滓，取枣核大灌耳中，旦以绵塞耳孔。
栝蒌根削可入耳，以腊月猪脂煎之，三沸。冷以塞耳中，取瘥。日三作，七日愈。
取十大功劳叶，煎取叶尖，瓦上 灰研细，加冰片研匀，吹入耳中，自愈。
菖蒲一两 野狼毒 附子（炮） 磁石（烧） 矾石（熬）各一两
上捣筛，以羊髓和如膏，取枣核大塞耳，以瘥为度。
取旧竹之经虫蛀蚀者，研为细末，加麝香少许，和匀。吹入耳中，极神效。
砂一钱 轻粉 雄黄各三钱 龙脑五厘
研细和匀，水调浓，用谷草细根咬细如毛，蘸点患处。并用∶
栀子 川芎 熟石膏 当归 牛蒡子 柴胡 白芍（酒炒） 丹皮 甘草各二钱 黄芩
黄连各五钱
水煎，食后服。二剂当愈。
吴白矾（烧汁尽）八分 麻勃（思邈按∶即大麻花）一分 青木香二分 松脂四分
上四味捣末，先消松脂，后入药末，可丸如枣核，净拭以塞耳中，取瘥。

将这两味药一起捣碎并过筛，分成七丸，用丝绵包裹，躺下时塞入耳中，夜间更换，十天即可自愈。

将上述药物研成粉末，用鲤鱼脑八两合煎，经过“三上三下”的煎煮过程，膏成后滤去渣滓，取如枣核大小的量灌入耳中，早晨用丝绵堵塞耳孔。
石菖蒲、附子各一分。
将这两味药研成粉末，用麻油调和，滴入耳中，疼痛立即停止。
生乌头一枚。
削成如枣核大小，塞入耳内，每天更换数次，三到五天即可痊愈。
栝蒌根削成可放入耳中的形状，用腊月猪脂煎煮，煮沸三次。冷却后塞入耳中，以病愈为度。每天操作三次，七天痊愈。

研细并混合均匀，用水调成浓稠状，用谷草细根咬细如毛发状，蘸取药液点涂患处。同时服用：栀子、川芎、熟石膏、当归、牛蒡子、柴胡、白芍（酒炒）、丹皮、甘草各二钱，黄芩、黄连各五钱。水煎，饭后服用。两剂后即可痊愈。

Radix Acori Tatarinowii (Shichangpu) root, one cun; Semen Crotonis (Badou), peeled and core removed, one grain.
These two substances are pounded together and sifted, divided into seven pills, wrapped in silk cotton, inserted into the ear while lying down, changed at night, and will heal spontaneously within ten days.
Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Radix Asari (Xixin), Radix Chuanxiong (Xiong), Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng), Rhizoma Angelicae Dahuricae (Baizhi), each 6 zhu.
The above ingredients are powdered. They are decocted together with 8 liang of carp brain through a process of "three up and three down" (heating and cooling cycles). After the ointment is formed, the dregs are removed. A quantity the size of a jujube pit is instilled into the ear, and the ear canal is plugged with silk cotton in the morning.
Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii (Changpu), Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (Fuzi), each 1 fen.
The above two ingredients are powdered and mixed with sesame oil. Dropped into the ear, pain stops immediately.
Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii Cruda (Wutou), one piece.
Sharpened to the size of a jujube pit, inserted into the ear, changed several times a day, and will heal within three to five days.
Radix Trichosanthis (Gualougen), shaved to fit into the ear, decocted with lard from the twelfth lunar month until it boils three times. Cooled and inserted into the ear, healing is achieved. Applied three times daily, heals within seven days.
Take leaves of Mahonia fortunei (Shidagonglao), decoct to extract the leaf tips, burn them on a tile to ash, grind finely, add Borax (Bingpian), mix evenly, and insufflate into the ear for spontaneous healing.
Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii (Changpu), 1 liang; Radix Euphorbiae Lathyridis (Yelangdu), Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (Fuzi, processed), Magnetitum (Cishi, calcined), Alum (Fanshi, roasted), each 1 liang.
Pound and sift the above ingredients, mix with sheep marrow to form an ointment. Insert a quantity the size of a jujube pit into the ear until healed.
Take old bamboo stems infested by insects, grind into fine powder, add a small amount of Moschus (Shexiang), mix evenly. Insufflate into the ear; extremely effective.
Realgar (Sha), 1 qian; Calomelas (Qingfen), Realgar (Xionghuang), each 3 qian; Borneolum Syntheticum (Longnao), 5 li.
Grind finely and mix evenly. Mix with water to form a thick paste. Use the fine root of Setaria italica (Gucao) bitten fine like hair, dip into the preparation, and apply to the affected area. Additionally, take: Fructus Gardeniae (Zhizi), Radix Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), Gypsum Fibrosum Preparatum (Shushigao), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Fructus Arctii (Niubangzi), Radix Bupleuri (Chaihu), Radix Paeoniae Alba (Baishao, wine-fried), Cortex Moutan (Danpi), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao), each 2 qian; Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin), Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian), each 5 qian. Decoct in water, take after meals. Two doses should result in healing.
Alumen Wu (Wu Baifan, calcined until juices are gone), 8 fen; Cannabis Sativa Flower Bud (Mabo, note by Sun Simiao: i.e., hemp flower bud), 1 fen; Radix Aucklandiae (Qingmuxiang), 2 fen; Resina Pini (Songzhi), 4 fen.
Pound the above four ingredients into powder. First melt the pine resin, then add the herbal powder. Form into pills the size of a jujube pit. Cleanse and insert into the ear until healed.
Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (Jupi), 1 qian; Medulla Junci (Dengxin, burnt to ash), 1 qian; Borneolum Syntheticum (Longnao), 1 fen.
Grind together into powder, mix evenly, and insufflate into the ear; extremely effective.
