蒲黄十分 当归 干姜 桂心各八分，大黄十二分 虻虫（去足翅熬）四分
上捣散，空腹酒服方寸匙，日再。渐增至匙半，以瘥为度。又方煮大豆或小豆令熟，饮
汁数升，和酒服之，弥佳。
当归（熬令香） 甘草（炙） 桂心 蜀椒各二分 芎 （熬）六分 附子（炮） 泽
兰（熬）各一分
上捣散，酒服方寸匙，日三。此方大验，服之能令呼吸之间，不复大痛，三日后筋骨即
相连。
白矾（ 令汁尽） 五倍子
上二味等分研和，敷伤处，血即止而不流。
透明龙齿 人参 生地黄 象皮各三钱 龙脑三分
上研和。再以∶
地虱二十枚 蝼蛄三枚
各去头翅捣烂，更入前药捣之，干为末。每服一钱，极效。或以蜂蜜和葱白捣匀浓涂，
亦效。
先令患者平身正坐，术者以两手托住下颔，向脑后送上关窍，即以布扎住。外用天南星
研末。姜汁调敷两颔，越宿即愈。惟居处宜忌风寒。
血竭二钱五分 没药五钱 龙骨（五花者）二钱（俱另研） 灯芯一束 苏木二钱 桔
梗五分
外用∶黄泥封固，以文火 干为末；再用红花二钱，焙为末，共为细末，掺于创口，立
能止血。
南星 防风 白芷 天麻 白附子 羌活
上等分为末，每服二钱，热酒一蛊调服。更敷伤处。牙紧反张者，每服三钱，热童便调
服。虽内有瘀血者，亦愈。若已昏死，苟心腹尚温者，连进三服，亦可保全。
蒲黄十分，当归、干姜、桂心各八分，大黄十二分，虻虫（去除足翅并炒制）四分。
以上药物捣碎成散剂，空腹时用酒送服一方寸匕的量，每日两次。逐渐增加至半匙，以病愈为限度。另一个方子：煮大豆或小豆至熟，饮用数升汁液，配合酒服用，效果更佳。
当归（炒至香气溢出）、甘草（炙烤）、桂心、蜀椒各二分，川芎（炒制）六分，附子（炮制）、泽兰（炒制）各一分。
以上药物捣碎成散剂，用酒送服一方寸匕的量，每日三次。此方非常有效，服用后能在呼吸之间使疼痛不再剧烈，三日后筋骨即可连接愈合。
白矾（烧至汁液耗尽）、五倍子。
以上两味药等份研和，敷于受伤处，血液立即停止流出。
透明龙齿、人参、生地黄、象皮各三钱，龙脑三分。
以上药物研和均匀。再用：
地虱二十枚，蝼蛄三枚。
分别去掉头翅捣烂，再加入前面的药物一起捣碎，干燥后制成粉末。每次服用一钱，效果极佳。或者用蜂蜜与葱白捣匀浓涂，也有效。
先让患者平身正坐，施术者用双手托住患者的下巴，向脑后方向推送关节复位，随即用布扎紧固定。外用天南星研成的粉末，用姜汁调匀敷在两侧下颌处，过一夜即可痊愈。只是居住的地方应当忌讳风寒。
硼砂。
研成粉末，用灯心草蘸取点入眼睛的四个角落，泪水流出即表示松动，连续进行三次，应当痊愈。
血竭二钱五分，没药五钱，龙骨（选用五花纹理的）二钱（全部单独研磨），灯芯一束，苏木二钱，桔梗五分。
外用方法：用黄泥封固容器，用小火烘干后制成粉末；再用红花二钱，焙干后制成粉末，混合成为细末，撒在创口上，能立即止血。
南星、防风、白芷、天麻、白附子、羌活。
以上药物等份制成粉末，每次服用二钱，用热酒一杯调服。同时敷于受伤处。牙关紧闭、身体反张的患者，每次服用三钱，用热童便调服。即使体内有瘀血，也能治愈。如果已经昏迷死亡，只要心腹部尚温，连续服用三剂，也可以保全生命。
Polygoni Orientalis Pollen (Puhuang) 10 fen, Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Dang Gui), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Gan Jiang), Cinnamomi Cortex Ramulus (Guixin) each 8 fen, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) 12 fen, Blaberus exoskeleton (Meng Chong) [removed feet and wings, roasted] 4 fen.
Crush the above ingredients into a powder. Take one fangcun chi (a square-inch spoonful) with wine on an empty stomach, twice daily. Gradually increase to half a spoonful, until recovery is achieved. Another prescription: Boil Glycine max seeds (Da Dou) or Vigna angularis seeds (Xiao Dou) until cooked, drink several sheng of the juice, taken with wine; this is even better.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dang Gui) [roasted until fragrant], Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gan Cao) [roasted], Cinnamomi Cortex Ramulus (Guixin), Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Shu Jiao) each 2 fen, Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Xiong) [roasted] 6 fen, Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi) [processed], Lythri Herba (Zelan) [roasted] each 1 fen.
Crush the above ingredients into a powder. Take one fangcun chi with wine, three times daily. This prescription is highly effective; after taking it, severe pain will subside within breaths, and bones and sinews will reconnect after three days.
Alumen (Bai Fan) [boiled until juices are exhausted], Myrobalanus Chebula Retz. (Wubeizi).
Grind the above two ingredients in equal parts and apply to the injured area; bleeding will stop immediately.
Transparent Dracaena Draco Residue (Touming Longchi), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Rehmanniae Radix (Sheng Dihuang), Elephas skin (Xiangpi) each 3 qian, Borneolum Syntheticum (Longnao) 3 fen.
Grind and mix evenly. Additionally use:
Geophilus earthworm (Dishi) 20 pieces, Gryllotalpa orientalis (Lougu) 3 pieces.
Remove heads and wings, crush thoroughly, then add the previous medicines and crush together. Dry and grind into powder. Take 1 qian per dose; extremely effective. Alternatively, mix with honey and scallion white, crush evenly, and apply thickly; also effective.
First, have the patient sit upright with body flat. The practitioner supports the patient's chin with both hands, pushing the joint back towards the occiput for reduction, then secure tightly with cloth. Externally, use Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum (Nanxing) ground into powder, mixed with Zingiberis Rhizoma (Jiang) juice, applied to both sides of the mandible. Recovery occurs overnight. Avoid wind and cold in the living environment.
Borax (Pengsha).
Grind into powder. Dip a rush pith (Dengxin) into the powder and apply to the four corners of the eye. When tears flow, the obstruction loosens. Repeat three times consecutively for cure.
Draconis Sanguis (Xuemei) 2.5 qian, Myrrha (Moyao) 5 qian, Os Draconis (Longgu) [five-flower variety preferred] 2 qian [all separately ground], Rush Pith (Dengxin) one bundle, Sappan Lignum (Sumu) 2 qian, Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng) 5 fen.
External use: Seal with yellow mud, dry over gentle fire, then grind into powder. Also roast Safflower Flos (Honghua) 2 qian into powder. Mix all into fine powder and sprinkle onto the wound to stop bleeding immediately.
Pinelliae Rhizoma (Nanxing), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Gastrodiae Rhizoma (Tianma), Typhonii Rhizoma (Baifuzi), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo).
Grind the above ingredients into powder in equal parts. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with one cup of hot wine. Apply externally to the injury site. For patients with trismus (lockjaw) and opisthotonos (body arching), take 3 qian per dose, mixed with hot urine from a healthy child. Even if there is internal blood stasis, it can be cured. If the patient appears dead but the heart and abdomen remain warm, administering three doses continuously can save their life.
