This condition arises in women who have been infected with residual pathogenic toxins from men. Although the sores may appear healed, they can recur due to accidental consumption of beef, bathing while exposed to wind, or excessive sexual activity. These factors cause the toxins on the skin to coagulate and fail to dissipate, leading to the development of tinea (skin fungal infection). The manifestations vary: some present with white scales due to dry blood; others exhibit weeping red fluid from ulcerated flesh, resulting in continuous discharge and foul odor.
