白豆蔻 丁香各五钱
共研末，桃仁煎汤下一钱，少顷再服，服尽自愈。
白术五两 生姜六两
上以水酒各二升，缓火煎取一升，分二次，温服之。

上捣筛为末，炼蜜枣膏为丸，如桐子大。空腹酒下二十丸，日三夜一。不知稍增至三十
丸。
人参一两（研末） 苏木二两
水二碗，煎苏木约一碗，调参末服下。
小蓟根 鲜生地 赤芍 木通 蒲黄 甘草梢 竹叶各一钱 滑石二钱 灯心草四十九
寸。
水煎服。
石硫黄（研） 蛇床子各四分 菟丝子五分 吴茱萸六分
上四味捣散，以汤一升，投方寸匙，以洗玉门，瘥止。
吴茱萸 蜀椒各一升 戎盐（如鸡子大一撮）
上三味，皆熬令变色，为末，绵裹如半鸡子大，纳阴中。日一易，二十日瘥。若用∶
皂荚半两 半夏 大黄 细辛各十八铢 蛇床子三铢
上五味捣末，用薄绢囊盛，大如指，纳阴中，日二易，即瘥。
荆芥穗三钱（炒至黑色），研磨成粉末，用童便送服，效果极佳。
白豆蔻、丁香各五钱，共同研磨成粉末，用桃仁煎汤送服一钱，过一会儿再服，服完即可自愈。
白术五两，生姜六两，以上药材用水和二升酒，用慢火煎取一升药液，分两次温服。
赤芍、制半夏、泽兰叶、去白橘皮、人参各二钱，炙甘草一钱，焙生姜五分，加水煎煮后服用。
人参、茯苓、麦门冬（去心）、炙甘草各三两，桂心一两，大枣五十枚，石菖蒲、泽泻、薯芋，以上药材捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜和枣膏制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。空腹时以酒送服二十丸，白天三次，夜间一次。若无效，稍增加至三十丸。
人参一两（研磨成粉末），苏木二两，水两碗，煎煮苏木约剩一碗，调入人参粉末服用。
小蓟根、鲜生地、赤芍、木通、蒲黄、甘草梢、竹叶各一钱，滑石二钱，灯心草四十九寸，加水煎煮后服用。
石硫黄（研磨）、蛇床子各四分，菟丝子五分，吴茱萸六分，以上四味药捣碎散剂，用一升汤药，投入方寸匙大小的药粉，清洗玉门（女性外阴），病愈即止。
吴茱萸、蜀椒各一升，戎盐（如鸡蛋大一撮），以上三味药，都熬至变色，研成粉末，用棉布包裹如半个鸡蛋大小，纳入阴道内。每天更换一次，二十天痊愈。如果使用：皂荚半两，半夏、大黄、细辛各十八铢，蛇床子三铢，以上五味药捣成粉末，用薄绢囊盛装，大如手指，纳入阴道内，每天更换两次，即可痊愈。
Two liang of Hawthorn Fruit (Shanzha, 山楂) are decocted in water to obtain a concentrated juice. An appropriate amount of sugar is added, and it is boiled again. It should be taken while hot.
Three qian of Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjie Sui, 荆芥穗), stir-fried until blackened, are ground into powder and administered with the urine of an uncircumcised boy (Tongzi Xiaobian, 童子小便). This method is extremely effective.
Half a liang of dried Mugwort Leaf (Ai Ye, 艾叶), moxa-roasted, and half a liang of old Ginger Root (Lao Jiang, 老姜) are decocted in water to obtain a concentrated juice, which is taken all at once.
Five qian each of White Cardamom Seed (Baidoukou, 白豆蔻) and Clove Bud (Dingxiang, 丁香) are ground together into powder. One qian is taken with a decoction of Peach Kernel (Taoren, 桃仁). After a short while, it is taken again; after finishing the dose, the condition will heal itself.
Five liang of Atractylodes Rhizome (Baizhu, 白术) and six liang of Ginger Root (Shengjiang, 生姜) are decocted with two sheng of water and two sheng of wine over low heat until one sheng remains. The liquid is divided into two doses and taken warm.
Two qian each of Red Peony Root (Chishao, 赤芍), Processed Pinellia Tuber (Banxia, 半夏), Lysimachia Leaf (Zelan Ye, 泽兰叶), Tangerine Peel without Albedo (Jupi, 橘皮), and Ginseng Root (Renshen, 人参); one qian of Roasted Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草); and five fen of Baked Ginger Root (Shengjiang, 生姜) are decocted in water and taken.
Three liang each of Ginseng Root (Renshen, Renshen), Poria Sclerotium (Fuling, 茯苓), Ophiopogon Tuber (Mendong, 麦门冬), and Roasted Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草); one liang of Cinnamon Bark (Guixin, 桂心); fifty Jujubes (Dazao, 大枣); and Calamus Rhizome (Changpu, 菖蒲), Alisma Rhizome (Zexie, 泽泻), and Dioscorea Tuber (Shuyu, 薯芋) are crushed, sifted into powder, and formed into pills using refined honey and jujube paste, sized like paulownia seeds. Twenty pills are taken on an empty stomach with wine, three times during the day and once at night. If ineffective, slightly increase the dose to thirty pills.
One liang of Ginseng Root (Renshen, 人參), ground into powder, and two liang of Sappan Wood (Sumu, 苏木) are used. Two bowls of water are used to decoct the Sappan Wood until approximately one bowl remains. The Ginseng powder is mixed in and taken.
One qian each of Small Thistle Root (Xiaoji Gen), Fresh Rehmannia Root (Xi Shengdi, 鲜生地), Red Peony Root (Chishao, 赤芍), Tetrapanax Pith (Mutong, 木通), Lygodium Spore (Puhuang, 蒲黄), Licorice Tip (Gancao Shao, 甘草梢), and Bamboo Leaf (Zhuye, 竹叶); two qian of Talcum (Huashi, 滑石); and forty-nine cun of Centella Herb (Dengxincao, 灯心草) are decocted in water and taken.
Two jin of Mutton Meat (Yangrou, 羊肉), three liang each of Fermented Soybean (Xiangchi, 香豉) and Garlic Bulb (Dasuan, 大蒜), and one cup of Ghee (Su, 酥) are decocted in water and taken.
Four fen each of Ground Stone Sulfur (Shi Liuhuang, 石硫黄) and Cnidium Fruit (Shechuangzi, 蛇床子); five fen of Dodder Seed (Tusizi, 菟丝子); and six fen of Evodia Fruit (Wuzhuyu, 吴茱萸) are crushed into a powder. One sheng of decoction is used to administer a measure of the powder equivalent to a square inch spoon to wash the vulva (Yumen, 玉门). Discontinue when healed.
One sheng each of Evodia Fruit (Wuzhuyu, 吴茱萸) and Sichuan Pepper (Shujiao, 蜀椒); and a pinch of Rock Salt (Rongyan, 戎盐) the size of a chicken egg are all roasted until they change color, ground into powder, wrapped in cotton cloth to the size of half a chicken egg, and inserted into the vagina. Replace once daily; healing occurs within twenty days. Alternatively: Half a liang of Gleditsia Sinensis Pod (Zaojiao, 皂荚), eighteen zhu each of Processed Pinellia Tuber (Banxia, 半夏), Rhubarb Root (Dahuang, 大黄), and Asarum Root (Xixin, 细辛); and three zhu of Cnidium Fruit (Shechuangzi, 蛇床子) are ground into powder, placed in a thin silk bag the size of a finger, inserted into the vagina, replaced twice daily, and healing occurs.
