鸡舌香二铢 黄连六铢 干姜一铢 蕤仁一百枚 矾石（熬）二铢
上捣为末，以枣膏和丸如鸡距，以注眼 。忌猪肉。
矾石（熬末）二钱
以枣膏和如弹丸，以揉目上下，食顷止，日三。
防风 细辛各二两 芎 白藓皮 独活各三两 甘草（炙） 橘皮（去脉）各二两 大
枣（去核）二七枚 甘竹叶一升 蜜五合
以水一斗二升，煮取四升，去滓，下蜜，更煎两沸，分为四服。
宣黄连（去须）半两 大枣肉（去核）三七枚 杏仁（不去皮尖）五十粒 脑子一付
上以雪水一升，砂锅属性火煮，留一盏许，窨三七日，以铜箸点，食后临卧，日可三四
次点之。
艾叶
烧烟，以碗覆之，俟烟尽，由碗上将煤刮下，温水调化，洗眼即瘥。若入以黄连尤佳。
枯矾一两 铜青三钱
共研成末，沸水溶之，俟澄清后，取以点洗，极效。
干姜 决明子 矾石 蕤仁 细辛 黄连 戎盐各六铢 铜青三铢
上以水少许渍一宿，翌晨以白蜜八合和之，着铜器中，绵盖器上，着甑中，以三斗麦屑
蒸之，饭熟药成，去滓；以新死大鲤鱼胆二枚，和纳药中；又以大钱七粒，常着药底，兼常
着铜器中，竹簪绵裹头，以注目 ，昼夜三四，不避寒暑，数着药讫；又以鱼胆和好，覆药
器头，勿令气泄。
白蒺藜三钱，用水煎煮取汁，每日清洗眼睛七到八次，三天即可痊愈。

矾石（熬制成末）二钱，用枣膏调和如弹丸大小，揉擦上下眼睑，片刻后停止，每日三次。
防风、细辛各二两，川芎、白鲜皮、独活各三两，甘草（炙烤）、橘皮（去除白色脉络）各二两，大枣（去核）十四枚，甘竹叶一升，蜂蜜五合。用十二斗水，煎煮至四升，滤去药渣，加入蜂蜜，再煮沸两次，分为四次服用。
越燕矢、真丹、干姜各等分。将上述药物捣成细粉，取少量点入眼中，效果极佳。
宣黄连（去除须根）半两，大枣肉（去核）二十一枚，杏仁（不去皮和尖）五十粒，脑子一副。用一升雪水，在砂锅中用文火慢煮，保留约一盏茶的量，密封存放二十一天，用铜筷蘸取药液点眼，饭后及睡前使用，每日可点三四次。
艾叶，燃烧产生烟雾，用碗覆盖收集烟灰，待烟尽后，从碗上刮下烟煤，用温水调化，清洗眼睛即可痊愈。若加入黄连效果更好。
枯矾一两，铜青三钱。共同研磨成粉末，用沸水溶解，待澄清后，取上清液点洗眼部，效果极好。
干姜、决明子、矾石、蕤仁、细辛、黄连、戎盐各六铢，铜青三铢。用少量水浸泡过夜，次日清晨用八合白蜜调和，放入铜器中，用绵布盖住器口，置于蒸笼中，用三斗麦麸屑蒸制，饭熟时药也制成，滤去药渣；加入两只刚死的大鲤鱼胆，混入药中；又取七枚大铜钱常置于药底，并常放在铜器中，用竹簪裹上绵头，点入眼中，昼夜三四次，不避寒暑，多次用药后；再用鱼胆调和好，覆盖在药器口上，不要漏气。
Baijili (Tribuli Fructus) 3 qian. Decoct in water to obtain the juice, wash the eyes seven or eight times a day; it will be cured in three days.
Jiti Xiang (Caryophylli Flos) 2 zhu, Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) 6 zhu, Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) 1 zhu, Ruiren (Pruni Armeniacae Semen) 100 pieces, Fanshi (Alumen) 2 zhu (calcined). Pound the above into powder, mix with jujube paste to form pills the size of a chicken spur, and instill into the eyes. Avoid pork.
Fanshi (Alumen) 2 qian (calcined and powdered). Mix with jujube paste to form pills the size of a bullet, rub on the upper and lower eyelids, stop after a short while, three times a day.
Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) each 2 liang, Xiongqiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Baixianpi (Dictamni Cortex), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix) each 3 liang, Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (roasted), Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) (remove white pith) each 2 liang, Dazao (Jujubae Fructus) (pitted) 14 pieces, Ganzhuye (Bambusae Folium) 1 sheng, Honey 5 he. Decoct in 12 dou of water until 4 sheng remains, filter out the dregs, add honey, boil two more times, divide into four doses.
Lvzi (Asini Corii Colla) and Shiyan (Halitum). Mix the above two substances evenly, use to instill into the eyes, and it will heal immediately.
Yueyanshi (Ursi Excrementum), Zhendan (Cinnabaris), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) in equal parts. Pound into fine powder, take a small amount to instill into the eyes, excellent effect.
Old ginger one piece. Burn until extremely hot, apply to the glabella (between the eyebrows), and it will heal.
Xuan Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) (remove roots) 0.5 liang, Dazao meat (Jujubae Fructus) (pitted) 21 pieces, Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) (keep skin and tip) 50 grains, Naozi (Borneolum Syntheticum) one portion. Decoct in 1 sheng of snow water in a clay pot over mild fire, retain approximately one cup. Seal and store for 21 days. Instill into the eyes using chopsticks after meals and before bed, three to four times a day.
Aiye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium). Burn to produce smoke, cover with a bowl to collect soot. After the smoke is exhausted, scrape the soot from the bowl, dissolve in warm water, wash the eyes to cure. Adding Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) is even better.
Kufan (Calcined Alumen) 1 liang, Tongqing (Chalcanthum) 3 qian. Grind together into powder, dissolve in boiling water. After clarification, take the supernatant to instill and wash the eyes, very effective.
Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Juemingzi (Cassiae Semen), Fanshi (Alumen), Ruiren (Pruni Armeniacae Semen), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Rongyan (Natrii Sulfas) each 6 zhu, Tongqing (Chalcanthum) 3 zhu. Soak in a small amount of water overnight. The next morning, mix with 8 he of white honey, place in a copper vessel, cover the mouth with cotton cloth, and steam in a steamer using 3 dou of wheat bran. When the rice is cooked, the medicine is ready. Filter out the dregs. Add two gallbladders of a freshly killed large carp into the medicine. Place seven large copper coins at the bottom of the medicine container and keep them in the copper vessel. Wrap the head of a bamboo hairpin with cotton, instill into the eyes three to four times day and night, regardless of cold or heat. After repeated applications, mix well with fish gall, cover the medicine container, and prevent gas leakage.
