露蜂房五钱 轻粉（ ）五分 龙脑一分
共研末，以金银花煎汁调涂，日三，四次，自效。
鲫鱼长七寸一尾 豚脂半斤 漏芦 石钟乳各八两
上以清酒一斗二升合煮，鱼熟药成，绞去滓。适寒温，分五服。其间相去须臾，一饮令
药力相及为佳，乳即下。
母猪蹄四枚 土瓜根 通草 漏芦各三两
先将蹄洗净，以水二斗，煮取一斗，去蹄，纳诸药其中，煮取六升，去滓，内葱白、豉，
着少米，煮作稀粥，食后觉微热有汗佳。若仍无乳，更两三剂。
猪蹄四枚 黄 八两 干地黄 当归 川断各四两 牛膝二两
同煮绞浓汁，入蜜四两，熬如饴。每温酒服一匙，乳汁自能增多。
麦芽（炒）三钱
煎浓汁饮之，日凡一次，乳汁自能减少。惟不可多服，以乳汁减至适量为度。
皂荚（去皮子炙） 半夏（洗） 大黄 细辛各四分 蛇床子六分
上捣散，薄绢袋盛如指大，纳阴中，日二易。内用∶
当归 黄芩 牡蛎（熬）各二两 芍药一两半 皮一两
上捣散，酒下方寸匕，日三，禁举重。
蜀椒 乌梅 白芨各二分
上捣筛，以方寸匕绵裹内阴中，入三寸，匕中热，明旦更着，瘥止。
阴吹者，因胃气下泄，阴中出声，如大便矢气之状，连续不绝。治用∶
猪膏半斤 乱发如鸡子大三枚
上合煎之，发消药成，分二次服，病从小便出。

将上述药材共同研磨成粉末，用金银花煎煮的汁液调和后涂抹患处，每日三到四次，自然见效。
龟板（经火炙）三钱，龙脑五分。
研磨至极细程度，用香油调和后搽涂。
鲫鱼一条，长约七寸；猪脂半斤；漏芦、石钟乳各八两。
以上药材用清酒一斗二升合在一起煎煮，待鱼熟且药性析出后，过滤去除药渣。待药液温度适宜时，分五次服用。服药间隔时间不宜过长，让药力相互衔接为佳，乳汁即可下行。
母猪蹄四枚，土瓜根、通草、漏芦各三两。
先将猪蹄洗净，用二斗水煮至剩下一斗水，去掉猪蹄，放入其他药物，继续煮至剩六升，过滤去渣。加入葱白和豆豉，再加少许米，煮成稀粥。饭后食用，以感觉身体微热并有汗出为最佳效果。如果仍然没有乳汁，可再服用两到三剂。
猪蹄四枚，黄芪八两，干地黄、当归、川断各四两，牛膝二两。
一起煎煮并绞取浓汁，加入蜂蜜四两，熬制成如饴糖般的稠状。每次温服一匙，乳汁自然能够增多。

皂荚（去皮去子并炙烤）、半夏（水洗）、大黄、细辛各四分，蛇床子六分。
以上药材捣碎研散，装入薄绢袋中，大小如手指粗细，纳入阴道内，每日更换两次。内部用药：
当归、黄芩、牡蛎（熬制）各二两，芍药一两半，甘草皮一两。
以上药材捣碎研散，用酒送下方寸匕大小的药量，每日三次，禁止提举重物。
蜀椒、乌梅、白芨各二分。
以上药材捣碎过筛，用方寸匕大小的棉团包裹纳入阴道内，深入三寸，待药包发热，次日早晨再换新的，病愈即止。
阴吹症，是因为胃气下泄，导致阴道发出声音，状如大便排气，连续不断。治疗使用：
猪膏半斤，乱发如鸡蛋大三枚。
以上药材合在一起煎煮，待头发溶解药成，分两次服用，病邪从小便排出。
Apis Ceranae Nest (5 qian), Calomelas (5 fen), Borneolum Syntheticum (1 fen).
Grind the above ingredients into powder together. Mix with decoction juice of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua) and apply topically. Apply three to four times daily; it will be effective naturally.
Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum (roasted, 3 qian), Borneolum Syntheticum (5 fen).
Grind to an extremely fine powder. Mix with Sesame Oil (Xiangyou) and apply topically.
Cyprinus carpio (one fish, approximately seven cun in length), Porcine Adipose Tissue (Pancreas/Lard) (0.5 jin), Radix Euphorbiae Humifusae (Loulou), Spatha Gypsi Fibrosa (Shizhongru) (each 8 liang).
Combine the above with one dou and two sheng of clear wine. Decoct until the fish is cooked and the medicine is ready. Strain to remove dregs. When the temperature is suitable, divide into five doses. The interval between doses should be short to ensure the medicinal force connects continuously; this promotes lactation.
Sus scrofa domesticia front hooves (four pieces), Radix Trichosanthis Kirilowii (Tugua Gen), Herba Tetrapanacis Spinosi (Tongcao), Radix Euphorbiae Humifusae (Loulou) (each 3 liang).
First, wash the hooves clean. Decoct with two dou of water until reduced to one dou. Remove the hooves. Add the other herbs and decoct until reduced to six sheng. Strain to remove dregs. Add Rhizoma Allii Fistulosi (Congbai) and Semen Sojae Preparatum (Chi). Add a small amount of rice and cook into a thin porridge. Eat after meals. It is best if the patient feels slightly warm and sweats. If there is still no milk, take two or three more doses.
Sus scrofa domesticia front hooves (four pieces), Radix Astragali Membranacei (Huangqi) (8 liang), Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Gadihuang), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Radix Dipsaci (Chuanduan) (each 4 liang), Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (Niuxi) (2 liang).
Decoct together and squeeze out thick juice. Add 4 liang of honey and boil until it resembles malt sugar syrup. Take one spoonful with warm wine each time; breast milk will naturally increase.
Fructus Hordei Germinatus (Chao Maiya, 3 qian).
Decoct to make a concentrated juice and drink. Drink once daily; breast milk will naturally decrease. Do not take too much; stop when the milk volume reaches an appropriate level.
Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis (Paoku Zhi Xiaobian), Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata (Xi Banxia), Radix Rheomi Palmati (Da Huang), Radix Asari (Xixin) (each 4 fen), Semen Cnidii (Shechuangzi) (6 fen).
Pulverize the above ingredients. Place in a thin silk bag, sized like a finger, and insert into the vagina. Change twice daily. Internal medication:
Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Radix Scutellariae Baicalensis (Huangqin), Concha Ostreae (Ao Muli) (each 2 liang), Radix Paeoniae Alba (Shaoyao) (1.5 liang), Cortex Moutan (Pi) (1 liang).
Pulverize the above ingredients. Take one fangcun bi (square-inch measure) with wine, three times daily. Avoid heavy lifting.
Semen Zanthoxyli (Shujiao), Fructus Mume (Wumei), Rhizoma Bletillae Striatae (Baiji) (each 2 fen).
Pulverize and sieve the above ingredients. Wrap in cotton using a fangcun bi measure and insert into the vagina, about three cun deep. When the packet becomes hot, replace it the next morning. Discontinue when cured.
Yinchui (Vaginal Flatulence): This condition arises from the downward leakage of Stomach Qi, causing sounds in the vagina resembling flatus during defecation, continuous and unceasing. Treatment uses:
Porcine Adipose Tissue (Zhigao) (0.5 jin), Human Hair (Luanku) equivalent to three chicken eggs in size.
Decoct the above together until the hair dissolves and the medicine is ready. Divide into two doses. The pathogen exits via urination.
