凡卒中风欲死，身体缓急，口目不正，舌强不能语，奄奄忽忽，神情闷乱。宜急用∶
麻黄 防己 人参 黄芩 桂心 白芍药 甘草 川芎 杏仁各一两 防风一两半 附
子一枚 生姜五两
先以水一斗一升，煮麻黄三沸，去沫，乃纳诸药，煮取三升，分三服，极效。
淡竹沥一斗 防风 葛根 菊花 细辛 芍药 白术 当归 桂心 通草 防己 人参
炙甘草 炮附子 茯苓 玄参各一两 秦艽 生姜各二两 桑寄生三两
以淡竹沥煮诸药，得四升，分四次服之，忌海藻、菘菜、猪肉、生菜、生葱、醋、桃、
李、雀肉等物。
取苇筒长五寸，以一端刺耳孔中，四面以面密塞，勿令泄气；一端纳大豆一粒，并艾烧
之令燃，灸七壮即瘥。患右灸左，患左灸右。
羌活十分 炙甘草 人参各二分 荆沥 竹沥 生地黄汁各二升 大附子一枚（炮）
以诸药纳三汁中，煎取一升六合，去滓，分二次服。未瘥，四、五日更进一剂，取微利。
忌
取人乳汁半合，以着美酒半升中合搅，分为再服。
生川乌头 生附子各半两（去皮脐） 生南星一两 生木香二钱半
每服五钱，生姜十片，水煎一盏，温服。
旋复花（洗净、焙干）
为末，蜜为丸大如梧子，卧时茶下五丸至七丸或十丸。
凡是突然中风濒临死亡，身体或松弛或拘急，口眼歪斜，舌体僵硬不能言语，气息微弱忽隐忽现，神情烦闷混乱。应当紧急使用：
麻黄、防己、人参、黄芩、桂心、白芍药、甘草、川芎、杏仁各一两，防风一两半，附子一枚，生姜五两。
先用一斗一升水，煮麻黄至沸腾三次，撇去浮沫，然后放入其他药物，煮取三升药液，分三次服用，效果极佳。
淡竹沥一斗，防风、葛根、菊花、细辛、芍药、白术、当归、桂心、通草、防己、人参、炙甘草、炮附子、茯苓、玄参各一两，秦艽、生姜各二两，桑寄生三两。
用淡竹沥煎煮上述药物，取得四升药液，分四次服用。忌食海藻、菘菜（白菜）、猪肉、生菜、生葱、醋、桃、李、雀肉等食物。
取芦苇管长五寸，将一端插入耳孔中，四周用面粉严密堵塞，不要漏气；另一端放入一粒大豆，并在上面燃烧艾绒使其点燃，灸七壮即可痊愈。患右侧则灸左侧，患左侧则灸右侧。
羌活十分，炙甘草、人参各二分，荆沥、竹沥、生地黄汁各二升，大附子一枚（炮制）。
将各种药物放入三种汁液中，煎取一升六合药液，滤去药渣，分两次服用。若未痊愈，四、五日后再次进服一剂，以产生轻微腹泻为度。忌口（原文此处中断）。
取人乳汁半合，加入美酒半升中混合搅匀，分两次服用。
生川乌头、生附子各半两（去皮和脐），生南星一两，生木香二钱半。
每次服用五钱药粉，加生姜十片，用水煎至一盏量，温服。

研为细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸药，睡前用茶送服五至七丸或十丸。
In cases of sudden stroke approaching death, with the body either flaccid or rigid, deviation of the mouth and eyes, stiff tongue unable to speak, faint and intermittent breathing, and mental restlessness and confusion, urgently apply:
Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang), Spatholobi Caulis (Fangji), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishaoyao), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Armeniacae Semen Amarum (Xingren) each 1 liang; Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng) 1.5 liang; Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi) 1 piece; Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) 5 liang.
First, use 1 dou 1 sheng of water, boil Ephedrae Herba until it boils three times, remove the foam, then add the other herbs. Boil to obtain 3 sheng of liquid, divide into three doses. Extremely effective.
Phyllostachris Nodulus Juice (Danzhuli) 1 dou; Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Puerariae Radix (Gegen), Chrysanthemi Flos (Juhua), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Paeoniae Radix (Shaoyao), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin), Tetsii Caulis (Tongcao), Spatholobi Caulis (Fangji), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle (Zhigancao), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Paofuzi), Poria (Fuling), Scrophulariae Radix (Xuanshen) each 1 liang; Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix (Qinjiao), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) each 2 liang; Taxilli Herba (Sangjisheng) 3 liang.
Decoct the above herbs in Phyllostachris Nodulus Juice to obtain 4 sheng of liquid, divide into four doses. Avoid eating Algae (Haizao), Brassica rapa var. pekinensis (Songcai), pork, raw vegetables, raw scallions, vinegar, peaches, plums, sparrow meat, etc.
Take a reed tube five cun long. Insert one end into the ear canal and seal the surrounding area tightly with flour paste to prevent air leakage. Place one soybean at the other end, and burn moxa on top of the bean until ignited. Perform seven moxibustion cones (zhuang) for cure. If the right side is affected, treat the left; if the left side is affected, treat the right.
Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo) 10 fen; Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle (Zhigancao), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) each 2 fen; Schizonepetae Spica Juice (Jingli), Phyllostachris Nodulus Juice (Zhuli), Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuangzhi) each 2 sheng; large Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Paofuzi) 1 piece.
Place all herbs into the three juices, decoct to obtain 1 sheng 6 he of liquid, filter out the dregs, and divide into two doses. If not cured, administer another dose after four or five days, aiming for mild purgation. Avoid [text cuts off].
Take human milk 0.5 she, mix with half a sheng of fine wine, stir well, and divide into two doses.
Realgar (Xionghuang), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingshe sui) in equal amounts.
Grind into powder, take 2 qian with Doulin Jiu (wine soaked with black beans).
Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Crudus (Sheng Chuanwu Tou), Aconiti Radix Crudus (Sheng Fuzi) each 0.5 liang (remove skin and umbilicus); Asteris Radix Crudus (Sheng Nanxing) 1 liang; Costi Radix (Sheng Muxiang) 0.5 qian.
For each dose, take 5 qian of the powder, add ten slices of fresh ginger, decoct in water to obtain one zhan, and take warm.
Inulae Flos (Xuanjinf Hua) (wash clean, dry by baking).
Grind into powder, make pills with honey the size of mulberry seeds. Take five to seven or ten pills with tea before sleep.
