治骨疽疮，及冷漏久不合者。
滴乳香 腻粉 白矾（烧存性，各等分
上三味，同为细末，每遇患者，先用盐酱水洗之，以津唾调之，贴疮上，必效。
治风毒流注恶疮热疼，生肌化毒。
乌蛇（四两） 五倍子（一两半） 蛇皮（半两以上，生使，锉碎） 巴豆（二十个，
去壳） 雄黄 牙硝（各一两，研碎） 麝香续添（一钱）
上件，依法修事，于铫子内，入油二斤半煎，闻油香，入前药熬，候药并巴豆焦黑色，
漉出诸药不用，却入黄蜡一两半，慢火养成膏，以瓷器内盛，但有风毒疮，以小纸摊贴，妙
治丈夫妇人风毒攻冲头面，生疮虚肿等。
羚羊角 犀角 羌活 槟榔 人参（以上各一两） 当归（少许）
上件，锉碎，略焙，杵过，分作四贴，每贴用水一升，煎至四合，分作两服，空心临卧
分服，其每贴两服，滓更用水半升，煎至七分，又作一服，吃之，温服立瘥。
治本脏风毒攻疰生疮，及热毒瓦斯流注赤痒。
白芨（半两） 白蔹（半两） 白矾（一两） 翦草（一两半，净洗细锉） 吴茱萸（一
分） 水银豌豆大
上七味为末，相和，先用油半盏以下，瓷碗内盛，以慢火熬令沸，更入蜡一分，同煎三
五沸，却安冷处，入前药末，调和自然成膏，或者疮，以盐汤洗，后以贴在疮上。
治疗骨疽疮，以及因寒湿导致的溃疡长期不愈合的情况。
滴乳香、腻粉、白矾（煅烧至保留药性，各取等量）
将上述三味药，共同研磨成细末。每次使用时，先用盐酱水清洗患处，用唾液调和药末，贴敷于疮口上，必定有效。
治疗风毒流注引起的恶疮及热痛，具有生肌解毒的功效。

按照上述药材，依法处理后，放入铫子中，加入二斤半油进行煎煮，待闻到油的香气后，加入前面的药物继续熬制，等到药物连同巴豆都变成焦黑色时，滤出药物不再使用，随后加入一两半黄蜡，用慢火熬制成膏状，盛放在瓷器中。凡是有风毒疮的患者，用小纸摊开贴敷，效果奇妙。
治疗男女风毒攻冲头面，导致生疮虚肿等症状。
羚羊角、犀角、羌活、槟榔、人参（以上各一两）、当归（少许）
将上述药材切碎，略加焙干，捣碎过筛，分成四剂。每剂用水一升，煎煮至四合，分两次服用，空腹和临睡前分别服用。每一剂药的两服残渣，再加水半升，煎煮至七分，再作为一剂服用，温服后立即痊愈。
治疗本脏风毒攻疰生疮，以及热毒瓦斯流注导致的红肿瘙痒。
白芨（半两）、白蔹（半两）、白矾（一两）、翦草（一两半，洗净切碎）、吴茱萸（一分）、水银豌豆大小
将上述七味药研成末，混合均匀。先用半盏以下的油，盛在瓷碗中，用慢火熬至沸腾，再加入一分蜡，同煎三五沸，然后放置在冷处，加入前面的药末，调和自然成膏。如果有疮，先用盐汤清洗，然后将药膏贴在疮上。
Treats bone abscess sores (guju chuang) and ulcers that fail to heal for a long time due to cold-dampness.
Drop frankincense (Didoliu Xiang), calomel (Nifen), alum (Bai Fan, calcined to retain its properties, equal parts of each).
Grind the above three herbs into fine powder together. Whenever treating a patient, first wash the affected area with salted sauce water, mix the powder with saliva, and apply it to the sore; it will be effective.
Treats malignant sores and hot pain caused by wind-toxin flowing and accumulating, promoting tissue regeneration and detoxification.
Black snake (Wushe, 4 liang), Chinese gallnut (Wubeizi, 1.5 liang), snake skin (Banshang, raw, cut into pieces, more than 0.5 liang), croton seed (Badou, 20 seeds, shelled), realgar (Xionghuang), saltpeter (Yanxiao, 1 liang each, ground), musk (Shexiang, added later, 1 qian).
Process the above ingredients according to standard procedures. Place them in a yinzi (a type of cooking vessel) with 2.5 jin of oil and boil. When the aroma of the oil is detected, add the aforementioned herbs and continue simmering until the herbs and croton seeds turn scorched black. Strain out and discard the herbs. Then add 1.5 liang of yellow beeswax and slowly cook into an ointment. Store in a porcelain container. For any wind-toxin sores, spread a small amount on paper and apply; it is wonderful.
Treats men and women suffering from wind-toxin attacking the head and face, causing sores and edema.
Antelope horn (Lingyangjiao), rhinoceros horn (Xijiao), Notopterygium root (Qianghuo), areca nut (Binglang), ginseng (Renshen, 1 liang each of the above), angelica sinensis (Danggui, a small amount).
Chop the above ingredients finely, lightly roast, pound, and sieve. Divide into four doses. For each dose, use one sheng of water, boil down to four he, and divide into two servings. Take one serving when the stomach is empty and another before bed. For the residue of each dose after two servings, add half a sheng of water, boil down to seven-tenths, and take as one more serving. Take warm, and recovery will be immediate.
Treats wind-toxin attacking the internal organs leading to sores, and redness and itching caused by heat-toxin qi flowing and accumulating.
Bletilla striata (Baiji, 0.5 liang), Ampelopsis japonica (Bailian), alum (Bai Fan, 1 liang), Jianscao (1.5 liang, washed clean and finely chopped), evodia fruit (Wuzhuyu, 1 fen), mercury (size of a pea).
Grind the above seven herbs into powder and mix well. First, place less than half a zhan of oil in a porcelain bowl and boil over low heat. Add one fen of wax and boil for three to five boils. Then remove from heat and let cool. Add the previously prepared herb powder and mix to form a natural ointment. If there is a sore, wash it with salt water first, then apply the ointment to the sore.
