上件，同研令至细，每半钱，看所患大小，以黄米粥摊在纸上，候温和得所，然后糁末
在药上，封裹所伤处，疼痛立止，隔日换贴之。
治一切伤折，及驴马伤堕，并打扑闪肭着，疼痛不可忍者。

上件都捣罗为末，入自然铜末，拌和令匀，用黄蜡三两半，于铫子内熔为汁，次入药末
，不住手搅，令匀，丸如弹子大，每服一丸，用好酒一盏同煎，煎散药丸为度，候通口呷讫
，就痛处，卧些小，只可一服止，大段疼痛者，两丸至三丸，永瘥。
治疗成人和儿童患口疮。

以上药材捣碎过筛成细末，每次服用约二字量的药末，撒在舌头上，立刻痊愈。
治疗各种刀斧造成的创伤，以及长期患有的恶疮。

以上药材一同研成细末，凡是各种疮疡，先用黄连汤或盐汤擦拭干净擦干，将药末撒在疮口上，不要让衣物粘连伤口。
治疗血风遍注引起的疼痛，男子筋骨疼痛，以及跌打损伤导致的剧烈疼痛。

以上十味药，各等分，一同杵碎过筛成细末，每次服用一钱，用热酒调服，每日一服。

以上药材，一同研磨至极细，每次取半钱，根据患处的大小，用黄米粥摊在纸上，待温度温和适宜后，然后将药末撒在药膏上，包裹包扎受伤处，疼痛立即停止，隔天更换贴敷一次。
治疗各种骨折脱臼，以及驴马摔伤坠落，还有跌打扭伤闪挫，疼痛难以忍受的情况。
没药（一两，优质的，生用） 乳香（一分，优质的，生用） 川椒（一两，挑选去除籽，生用） 芍药（一两，挑选生用） 川芎（一两，优质的，生用） 川当归（一两，挑选干净，洗过后，细切，炒干） 自然铜（一两半，用火烧烤至红，冷却后杵研极细，用水飞法处理，铺在纸上，放在灰烬上吸干水分，取出一两）
以上药材全部捣碎过筛成细末，加入自然铜末，搅拌混合均匀，用黄蜡三两半，在铫子内熔化成药汁，随后加入药末，不停地搅拌，使其均匀，制成如弹丸大小的药丸，每次服用一丸，用好酒一盏同煎，煎至药丸散开为度，待患者咽下后，在疼痛处躺一会儿，通常只需一服即可止疼，若疼痛严重，可服用两丸至三丸，彻底痊愈。
Treats mouth ulcers in adults and children.
Take two slices of Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) the width of two fingers, slow-roast them over low heat with honey until purple; one Hezi (Terminalia Chebulae Fructus), roast it, then cover it with a small cup for a short while; a small amount of Shexiang (Moscus); a small amount of Nifen (Calomel).
Pulverize the above ingredients into fine powder. For each dose, take approximately two qian (approx. 6-10g depending on historical context, here likely a small measure like 2-4g or less given topical/local use, but text says "two zi" which is a small weight unit) of the powder, sprinkle it onto the tongue, and the condition will heal immediately.
Treats all injuries caused by knives and axes, as well as chronic malignant sores.
Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Scapulae) (half liang); Hugu (Pantheris Os) (half liang); Huangdan (Mineral Lead Oxide) (five wen, place in an ironing pan, roast with fire until thoroughly red); Zhusha (Cinnabaris) (one qian);
Nifen (Calomel) (one qian); Shexiang (Moscus) (twenty wen); Ruxiang (Olibanum) (one piece, high quality, size of a soap nut).
Grind the above ingredients together into a fine powder. For any type of sore, wipe it dry with Huanglian Tang (Coptidis Decoction) or salt water, sprinkle the powder onto the sore, and ensure no clothing adheres to the wound.
Treats pain caused by blood wind spreading throughout the body, bone and joint pain in men, and severe pain from contusions and fractures.
Hugu Su (Prepared Pantheris Os); Baigui (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum, aged); Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix); Guanzi Gui (Cinnamomi Ramulus, peeled); Dilong (Pheretima); Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, remove sprouts); Lulu (Reynoutriae Rhizoma); Weilingxian (Syringae Ramulus et Folium); Ziran Tong (Pyritum) (roasted).
The above ten herbs are taken in equal parts, pounded and sifted into a fine powder. Take one qian per dose, mix with hot wine to swallow, once daily.
Shanjiachuan (Manis Squama); Hu Jinggu (Pantheris Tibia) (each one liang, roasted to ash); Jishexiang (Litseae Fructus); Shexiang (Moscus) (small amount).
Grind the above ingredients together until extremely fine. Take half a qian per dose. Depending on the size of the lesion, spread yellow millet porridge on paper, wait until it is warm and suitable, then sprinkle the powder onto the paste. Wrap and bandage the injured area; pain stops immediately. Change the patch every other day.
Treats all types of fractures and dislocations, falls and injuries in donkeys and horses, as well as sprains and contusions where pain is unbearable.
Moyao (Boswelliae Resina) (one liang, high quality, raw); Ruxiang (Olibanum) (one fen, high quality, raw); Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) (one liang, select and remove seeds, raw); Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) (one liang, select and use raw); Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (one liang, high quality, raw); Chuan Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (one liang, select clean, wash, slice thinly, stir-fry until dry); Ziran Tong (Pyritum) (one and a half liang, roast with fire until red, cool down, pound and grind finely, process by water flotation, spread on paper, place on ashes to absorb moisture, take one liang).
Pound and sift all the above ingredients into a fine powder. Add the Ziran Tong powder and mix evenly. Melt three and a half liang of Huangla (Beeswax) in a yinzi (earthenware pot) into liquid. Then add the herbal powder, stirring constantly to ensure uniformity. Form pills the size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose, decoct it with one cup of good wine until the pill dissolves. After swallowing, lie down at the painful site for a short while. Usually, one dose is sufficient to stop pain. For severe pain, take two to three pills for permanent cure.
