【人参消风散】治诸风上攻。头目昏痛。项背拘急。肢体烦疼。肌肉蠕动。目眩旋运。耳
啸蝉鸣。眼涩。好睡。鼻塞多嚏。皮肤顽麻。瘙痒瘾疹。
川芎 甘草 荆芥穗 羌活
防风 白僵蚕 茯苓 蝉壳
藿香叶 人参（各二两） 浓朴 陈皮（各半两）
上为末。每服二钱。茶清调下。如脱着沐浴。暴感风寒。头痛声重。寒热倦疼。用荆芥茶清调
下。温酒调下亦得。可并服之。
【龙脑芎犀丸】治头面诸风。偏正头痛。心肺邪热。痰热咳嗽。
石膏 川芎（各四两） 生龙脑 生犀屑
山栀（各一两） 朱砂（四两。二两为衣） 人参 茯苓
细辛 甘草（各二两） 阿胶（炒。一两半） 麦门冬（三两）
上为细末。蜜丸如樱桃大。每服一丸至二丸。细嚼茶清送下。○一方加白豆蔻。龙脑。以金
箔为衣。
【神清散】治头昏目眩。脑痛耳鸣。鼻塞声重。消风壅。化痰涎。
檀香 人参 羌活 防风（各十两）
薄荷 荆芥穗 甘草（各二十两） 石膏（研。四十两）
细辛（五两）
上为末。每服二钱。沸汤点服。
肝经风邪亢盛。肝木之气自行摇动不定。尚书说：自满会招致损失。老子说：事物过于强盛就会走向衰老。因此，肝木（子）凌犯脾土（母），肺金来克制它。这是子脏来为母脏复仇的表现。如果梳头时发现有白色皮屑脱落，这是肺经受邪的证候。因为肺主司皮毛。若大便干结坚硬，使用泻青丸主治。体质虚弱者，使用人参消风散主治。
【人参消风散】治疗各种风邪上攻头部。症状包括头目昏沉疼痛，颈项背部拘挛紧急，肢体烦扰疼痛，肌肉跳动蠕动，头晕目眩旋转，耳中鸣响如蝉叫，眼睛干涩，嗜睡，鼻塞多打喷嚏，皮肤麻木不仁，瘙痒及瘾疹。
川芎、甘草、荆芥穗、羌活、防风、白僵蚕、茯苓、蝉蜕、藿香叶、人参（各二两）、厚朴、陈皮（各半两）。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，用清茶调服。如果是洗头或沐浴后，突然感受风寒，出现头痛声音重浊、恶寒发热、疲倦疼痛的症状，用荆芥配清茶调下。用温酒调下也可以。可以配合服用。
【龙脑芎犀丸】治疗头面部的各种风邪，偏头痛或正头痛，心肺部位的邪热，以及痰热引起的咳嗽。
石膏、川芎（各四两）、生冰片、生犀角屑、山栀子（各一两）、朱砂（四两，其中二两用于包衣）、人参、茯苓、细辛、甘草（各二两）、阿胶（炒制，一两半）、麦门冬（三两）。
以上药物研为极细末，用蜂蜜制成如樱桃大小的丸剂。每次服用一至二丸，细细咀嚼后用清茶送服。○另一配方加入白豆蔻、冰片，并用金箔作为包衣。
【神清散】治疗头昏目眩，脑部疼痛耳鸣，鼻塞声音重浊，疏散风邪壅滞，化解痰涎。
檀香、人参、羌活、防风（各十两）、薄荷、荆芥穗、甘草（各二十两）、石膏（研磨，四十两）、细辛（五两）。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，用沸水冲服。
Liver meridian wind pathogen is hyperactive. Liver wood qi shakes and moves restlessly. The Book of Documents states: "Self-satisfaction invites loss." Laozi states: "When things become too strong, they age." Therefore, Liver Wood (the child) invades Spleen Earth (the mother), and Lung Metal comes to restrain it. This is the child organ seeking revenge for the mother organ. If white dandruff is seen when combing hair, this is a sign of Lung pathology. Since the Lung governs the skin and hair, if the stool is dry and hard, Xieqing Wan (Drain the Green Pill) is the primary treatment. For deficiency patterns, Renshen Xiaofeng San (Ginseng Wind-Dispersing Powder) is the primary treatment.
[Renshen Xiaofeng San] Treats various wind pathogens attacking upwards. Symptoms include dizziness and pain in the head and eyes, stiffness and urgency in the neck and back, irritability and pain in the limbs, twitching and wriggling of muscles, vertigo and spinning sensations, tinnitus sounding like cicadas, dryness and astringency of the eyes, excessive sleepiness, nasal congestion with frequent sneezing, numbness and hardness of the skin, itching, and urticaria.
Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong Radix), Licorice Root (Gancao), Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjie Sui), Notopterygium Rhizome (Qianghuo), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng), White Silkworm (Bai Jiangcan), Poria (Fuling), Cicada Slough (Chan Qiao), Agastache Leaf (Huoxiang Ye), Ginseng Root (Renshen) [each 2 liang], Magnolia Bark (Noupu), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi) [each 0.5 liang].
Grind the above into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with clear tea water. If after washing hair or bathing, one suddenly contracts wind-cold, resulting in headache with heavy voice, aversion to cold, fever, fatigue, and pain, use Jingjie mixed with clear tea water. Mixing with warm wine is also acceptable. They can be taken together.
[Longnao Xiongxiong Wan / Borneol and Rhinoceros Horn Pill] Treats various winds affecting the head and face, lateral or central headaches, evil heat in the Heart and Lungs, and cough caused by phlegm-heat.
Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao), Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong) [each 4 liang], Natural Borneol (Longnao), Rhinoceros Horn (Xijiao) [1 liang each], Gardenia Fruit (Zhizi), Cinnabar (Zhusha) [4 liang total, 2 liang used as coating], Ginseng Root (Renshen), Poria (Fuling), Asarum Root (Xixin), Licorice Root (Gancao) [each 2 liang], Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao) [stir-fried, 1.5 liang], Ophiopogon Tuber (Maimendong) [3 liang].
Grind the above into fine powder. Form pills with honey, sized like cherries. Take 1 to 2 pills per dose, chew thoroughly and swallow with clear tea water. ○ Another prescription adds Cardamom Seed (Ba Doukou) and Borneol, coated with Gold Foil.
[Shenqing San] Treats dizziness and vertigo, brain pain and tinnitus, nasal congestion with heavy voice, disperses wind stagnation, and resolves phlegm-fluids.
Sandalwood (Tanxiang), Ginseng Root (Renshen), Notopterygium Rhizome (Qianghuo), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng) [each 10 liang], Mint Herb (Bohe), Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjie Sui), Licorice Root (Gancao) [each 20 liang], Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao) [ground, 40 liang], Asarum Root (Xixin) [5 liang].
Grind the above into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, brew with boiling water.
