治溺有余沥，小便白浊，梦泄 用菟丝子五两，白茯苓三两，石莲肉二两，为末，酒糊
丸如桐子大。每服三十丸，空心盐汤下。
治虚寒白浊，小便频数，漩面如油，脚凝如糊 用益智、萆 、菖蒲、乌药等分。每服
四钱，水一盏，入盐一捻，煎七分，食前温服。一方加茯苓。
治肾虚白浊淋沥，梦泄，盗汗 用茯苓四两，龙骨二两，五倍子十六两，为末，糊丸如
桐子大。每服四十丸，空心盐汤下。
治思虑伤脾，脾不摄精，遂致白浊 用浓朴姜制二两，羊胫炭火 通红、窨杀，研如粉
一两，面糊丸如桐子大。每服百丸，空心米饮下。
治小便频数，时有白浊 用菟丝子蒸、韭子炒、益智子去皮、茴香炒、蛇床子去皮炒等
分为末，酒糊丸如桐子大。每服七十丸，米饮、盐汤任下。一方加川椒。
治漏精白浊 用白茯苓、白盐 过、山药炒各一两，以枣肉和蜜丸如桐子大。每服三十
丸，空心枣汤下。
治心经虚热，小便赤浊 用莲肉、莲心六两，甘草炙一两，为末。每服二钱，灯心汤调
下。
治心经伏暑，小便赤浊 用人参、白术、赤茯苓去皮、香薷、泽泻、猪苓去皮、莲肉去
心、麦门冬去心等分。每服四钱，水一盏，煎七分温服。
治年壮气盛欲动，意淫于外，梦遗白浊 用半夏一两锉碎，以猪苓末二两同炒黄，出火
毒半日，取半夏为末，糊丸如桐子大，候干，再用猪苓末二两炒药微裂，同于瓷器内藏之。
空心温酒、盐汤下四五十丸。
治便数白浊 用附子炮去皮脐为末。每服二钱匕，水一盏半，煎六分，空心温服。
治元阳虚备，精气不固，小便白浊余沥，梦惊遗泄，妇人白淫、白带 用黄蜡四两，白
茯苓四两去皮作块，以猪苓一两，同煮二十余沸，去猪苓，自干为末，溶蜡丸如弹子大。每
服一丸，空心细嚼津咽；或灯心、麦门冬煎汤下，以小便清为度。忌醋。
又方 用陈冬瓜仁炒为末，每服五钱，空心米饮调下。
治小便混浊如精之状 用没药、木香、当归等分为末，以刺棘自然汁丸如桐子大。每服
五七丸，食前盐汤下。
治小便赤浊 用辣母藤即茺蔚子茎叶捣取自然汁一小盏，空心通口服；若瘾疹痒，煎汤
浴。
治元脏久虚，小便白浊，妇人赤白带、崩漏 用苍术一斤作四分，一分用茴香，盐各一
两同炒；一分用川乌、川楝各一两同炒；一分用红椒、破故纸各一两同炒黄为度，只用苍术
一分，用醋、酒各半升，同煮五七沸，焙干为末，以煮药酒、醋打糊丸如桐子大，每服三十
丸，空心温酒、盐汤下，妇人醋汤下。
治疗排尿后仍有滴沥不尽，小便浑浊发白，梦中遗精。用菟丝子五两，白茯苓三两，石莲肉二两，研为细末，用酒调糊制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用三十丸，空腹时用淡盐水送服。
治疗因虚寒导致的小便浑浊，小便次数频繁，尿液表面浮油如油膜，下肢浮肿僵硬如糊状。用益智仁、萆薢、石菖蒲、乌药各等分。每次服用四钱，加水一盏，放入一撮盐，煎至七分水量，饭前温服。另一配方加入茯苓。
治疗肾虚导致的小便浑浊、淋漓不尽，梦中遗精，夜间盗汗。用茯苓四两，龙骨二两，五倍子十六两，研为细末，用面糊制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用四十丸，空腹时用淡盐水送服。
治疗因思虑过度损伤脾脏，脾脏不能统摄精气，从而导致小便浑浊。用姜制厚朴二两，羊胫骨烧至通红后闷杀，研成粉末一两，用面糊制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用一百丸，空腹时用米汤送服。
治疗小便次数频繁，偶尔出现小便浑浊。用蒸熟的菟丝子、炒制的韭菜子、去皮的益智子、炒制的茴香、去皮炒制的蛇床子各等分，研为细末，用酒调糊制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用七十丸，可用米汤或淡盐水任意一种送服。另一配方加入川椒。
治疗滑精、小便浑浊。用白茯苓、过火的白盐、炒山药各一两，用枣肉和蜂蜜调和，制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用三十丸，空腹时用枣汤送服。
治疗心经虚热，小便红赤浑浊。用莲子肉、莲子心六两，炙甘草一两，研为细末。每次服用二钱，用灯心草汤调服。
治疗心经潜伏暑邪，小便红赤浑浊。用人参、白术、去皮的赤茯苓、香薷、泽泻、去皮的猪苓、去心的莲子肉、去心的麦门冬各等分。每次服用四钱，加水一盏，煎至七分水量，温服。
治疗年轻气盛、性欲冲动，意念外驰淫欲，导致梦中遗精、小便浑浊。用半夏一两切碎，与猪苓末二两同炒至黄色，去除火毒半天后，取出半夏研为细末，用面糊制成梧桐子大小的药丸，待干燥后，再用猪苓末二两将药丸微炒裂开，一同存放在瓷器中。空腹时用温酒或淡盐水送服四五十丸。
治疗尿频、小便浑浊。用炮制去皮脐的附子研为细末。每次服用二钱匕，加水一盏半，煎至六分水量，空腹温服。
治疗元阳极度虚弱，精气不固，小便浑浊且有滴沥不尽，梦中惊悸遗精，妇女白带过多、带下病。用黄蜡四两，去皮切块的白茯苓四两，加入猪苓一两，共同煮沸二十多次，去掉猪苓，将剩余物晾干研为细末，融化黄蜡制成弹子大小的药丸。每次服用一丸，空腹细细咀嚼后用津液吞下；或者用灯心草、麦门冬煎汤送服，以小便清澈为痊愈标准。忌食醋。
又一方：用陈年的冬瓜仁炒制后研为细末，每次服用五钱，空腹时用米汤调服。
治疗小便浑浊如同精液状。用没药、木香、当归各等分，研为细末，用刺棘（植物）的自然汁液制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用五到七丸，饭前用淡盐水送服。
治疗小便红赤浑浊。用辣母藤（即茺蔚子的茎叶）捣取自然汁一小盏，空腹通口服下；如果患有瘾疹瘙痒，可煎汤洗浴。
治疗元脏长久虚弱，小便浑浊，妇女赤白带下、崩漏。用苍术一斤分为四份，其中一份用茴香、盐各一两同炒；一份用川乌、川楝子各一两同炒；一份用红椒、破故纸（补骨脂）各一两同炒至黄为止。只用苍术这一份，用醋、酒各半升，共同煮沸五到七次，焙干后研为细末，用煮药的酒和醋打糊制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用三十丸，空腹时用温酒或淡盐水送服，妇女用醋汤送服。
To treat dribbling after urination, turbid white urine, and nocturnal emission. Use 5 liang of *Cuscutae Semen* (Tusizi), 3 liang of *Poria* (Baifuling), and 2 liang of *Nelumbinis Semen* (Shilianrou). Grind into fine powder, make pills with wine paste the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills each time, administered on an empty stomach with salt water.
To treat turbid white urine due to deficiency-cold, frequent urination, urine surface resembling oil, and lower limb stiffness like paste. Use equal parts of *Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus* (Yizhi), *Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma* (Bixie), *Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma* (Changpu), and *Linderae Radix* (Wuyao). Take 4 qian each time, add one pinch of salt to one cup of water, decoct until 70% remains, and take warm before meals. Another prescription adds *Poria* (Fuling).
To treat turbid urine and dribbling due to Kidney deficiency, nocturnal emission, and night sweats. Use 4 liang of *Poria* (Fuling), 2 liang of *Os Draconis* (Longgu), and 16 liang of *Galla Chinensis* (Wubeizi). Grind into fine powder, make pills with paste the size of paulownia seeds. Take 40 pills each time, administered on an empty stomach with salt water.
To treat turbid urine caused by excessive worry injuring the Spleen, leading to the Spleen's failure to control essence. Use 2 liang of *Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex* (Houpo) processed with ginger, and 1 liang of *Ossis Tibiae Carbonisatum* (Yangjingtan) roasted red-hot and quenched, ground into powder. Make pills with flour paste the size of paulownia seeds. Take 100 pills each time, administered on an empty stomach with rice drink.
To treat frequent urination with occasional turbid urine. Use equal parts of steamed *Cuscutae Semen* (Tusizi), fried *Allii Tuberosi Semen* (Jiu Zi), peeled *Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus* (Yizhi Zi), fried *Foeniculi Fructus* (Huixiang), and peeled and fried *Cnidii Fructus* (Shechuangzi). Grind into fine powder, make pills with wine paste the size of paulownia seeds. Take 70 pills each time, administered with rice drink or salt water as preferred. Another prescription adds *Zanthoxyli Fructus* (Chuanjiao).
To treat spermatorrhea and turbid urine. Use 1 liang each of *Poria* (Baifuling), calcined *Natrii Chloridum* (Baiyan), and fried *Dioscoreae Rhizoma* (Shanyao). Mix with jujube flesh and honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills each time, administered on an empty stomach with jujube soup.
To treat deficiency-heat in the Heart channel causing red and turbid urine. Use 6 liang of *Nelumbinis Plumula* (Lian Rou) and *Nelumbinis Plumula* (Lian Xin), and 1 liang of *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao) processed with honey. Grind into fine powder. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with *Centaurii Herba* (Dengxin) decoction.
To treat latent summer-heat in the Heart channel causing red and turbid urine. Use equal parts of *Ginseng Radix* (Renshen), *Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma* (Baizhu), peeled *Poria Cum Rubro* (Chifuling), *Moslae Herba* (Xiangru), *Alismatis Rhizoma* (Zexie), peeled *Polyporus* (Zuling), *Nelumbinis Plumula* (Lian Rou) without heart, and *Ophiopogonis Radix* (Maidong) without heart. Take 4 qian each time, add one cup of water, decoct until 70% remains, and take warm.
To treat nocturnal emission and turbid urine due to vigorous youth, strong libido, and external lustful thoughts. Use 1 liang of *Pinelliae Rhizoma* (Banxia) chopped, stir-fried together with 2 liang of *Polyporus* (Zhuling) powder until yellow, remove fire toxicity for half a day, then take out Banxia and grind into powder. Make pills with paste the size of paulownia seeds. Once dry, stir-fry the pills again with 2 liang of *Polyporus* (Zhuling) powder until slightly cracked, and store in a porcelain vessel. Take 40-50 pills on an empty stomach with warm wine or salt water.
To treat frequent urination and turbid urine. Use *Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata* (Fuzi) processed, peeled, and navel removed, ground into powder. Take 2 qian spoons each time, add one and a half cups of water, decoct until 60% remains, and take warm on an empty stomach.
To treat extreme deficiency of Primordial Yang, insecurity of essence and qi, turbid urine with dribbling, nocturnal fright and emission, and leukorrhea in women. Use 4 liang of *Cera Flava* (Huangla), 4 liang of peeled *Poria* (Baifuling) cut into pieces, and 1 liang of *Polyporus* (Zhuling). Boil together for more than 20 boils, remove Zhuling, dry the remainder, and grind into powder. Melt Huangla to make pills the size of quail eggs. Take one pill each time, chew slowly and swallow with saliva on an empty stomach; or administer with *Centaurii Herba* (Dengxin) and *Ophiopogonis Radix* (Maidong) decoction. Stop when urine becomes clear. Avoid vinegar.
Another prescription: Use aged *Benincasae Semen* (Dongguaren) fried and ground into powder. Take 5 qian each time, administered on an empty stomach with rice drink.
To treat turbid urine resembling semen. Use equal parts of *Myrrha* (Moyao), *Costi Radix* (Muxiang), and *Angelicae Sinensis Radix* (Danggui). Grind into fine powder, make pills with natural juice from *Urtica* (Ci Ji) the size of paulownia seeds. Take 5-7 pills each time, administered with salt water before meals.
To treat red and turbid urine. Extract one small cup of natural juice from the stems and leaves of *Leonuri Herba* (Lamuteng/Chongweizi), and take orally on an empty stomach. If suffering from urticaria and itching, decoct for bathing.
To treat long-term deficiency of the Primordial Viscera, turbid urine, red and white leukorrhea, and metrorrhagia in women. Use 1 jin of *Atractylodis Rhizoma* (Cangzhu) divided into four parts. One part is stir-fried with 1 liang of *Foeniculi Fructus* (Huixiang) and 1 liang of salt. One part is stir-fried with 1 liang of *Aconiti Radix* (Chuanwu) and 1 liang of *Meliae Fructus* (Chuanlian). One part is stir-fried with 1 liang of *Zanthoxyli Fructus* (Hongjiao) and 1 liang of *Psoraleae Fructus* (Poguzhi) until yellow. Use only this one part of Cangzhu. Add half sheng of vinegar and half sheng of wine, boil for 5-7 boils, dry and roast, then grind into powder. Make pills with paste using the medicinal wine and vinegar, the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills each time, administered on an empty stomach with warm wine or salt water; women should use vinegar water.
