山茱萸强阴益精通九窍，柴胡引入厥阴经为使。蜜剂者，欲泥膈难下也；辰砂为衣者，为通
于心也。然必兼《千金》磁朱丸服之，庶易为效。
滋阴地黄丸 治证上同。眵多 者，并皆治之。

上方剂，以升麻、苍术、甘草，诸药主元气，作为君药，因为受损的要温补；以防风、柴胡、羌活、细辛、藁本，诸药升阳化滞，作为臣药，因为郁结的要消散；以川芎、桔梗、红花、当归尾，诸药补行血脉，作为佐药，因为留滞的要行散；以黄连、黄芩、黄柏、知母、连翘、生地黄、龙胆草，诸药去除热邪，作为使药，因为客邪的要祛除。奇经客邪的病，强阳搏实阴的病，服用此方也有验效。

上方剂，是偶方。奇方不去病，就用偶方，这是重方。现在用蝉蜕，又用蛇蜕，取其双重蜕皮之意，以除翳为君药；川芎、防风、羌活，都能清利头目，作为臣药；甘草、苍术，通主脾胃，又脾胃多气多血，所以用赤芍药补气，当归补血，作为佐药；石决明镇坠肾水，益精还阴，白茯苓分阴阳上下，作为使药。也治疗奇经客邪的病。
黄芪防风饮子：治疗眼棱紧急，以致倒睫拳毛，损伤眼球生翳，以及上下眼睑红肿糜烂，涩痛难开，眼屎眼泪稠粘。

上方剂，是因为奇经客邪所致。《八十一难经》说：阳跷脉，起于脚跟中部，沿外踝上行进入风池。风池，就是脑户。所以用川芎治风入脑，用菊花治四肢游风，一疗其上，一平其下，作为君药；蔓荆子除手太阴经的邪气，蝉蜕、蛇蜕、木贼草、密蒙花除郁结，作为臣药；薄荷叶、荆芥穗、白蒺藜诸药疗风，清其上，楮桃仁、地骨皮诸药通小便，利其下，作为佐药；黄连除胃中热，天花粉除肠中热，甘草和协百药，川椒皮利五脏明目，所有患病之处血也病，所以再用当归和血，作为使药。

栀子胜奇散：主治证候同上。并有眼屎流泪，涩痛难开。
