螽斯丸妇人月经不调，目昏头晕，子宫久冷。此药温中益气有孕，神效。
人参（一两） 杜仲（姜汁炒断丝） 桂心 防风 秦艽 浓朴（各五钱） 附子（制）
白茯苓 细辛（各一两） 白蔷薇 干姜（炮） 沙参 牛膝（酒洗 半夏（各半两）
上为细末，炼蜜丸，梧桐子大。每服五十丸，空心米饮或酒下。已觉有孕，便可止服。
滋血暖宫丸（一名百子附归丸）阴阳不利，气血不足，服此药无不孕者。
香附米（十二两，童便透各浸一宿） 当归（酒洗二两） 川芎 白芍药（酒炒） 熟地黄（酒洗）
真阿胶（蛤粉炒成珠） 艾叶（醋煮晒干。各二两）
上为末，醋糊丸，梧桐子大。每服百丸，空心醋点汤下，食物压。
济阴丸 治妇人血虚挟火，子宫干涩，不能摄精，久无子。服此滋阴养血有孕，极效。
当归 熟地黄 生地黄 川芎 芍药（各一两） 香附米（八两） 人参（八钱） 肉桂（七钱）
黄芩（一两）
上为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。食前米饮或温酒送下五十丸。
妙应丸 治妇人气虚痰盛满溢，子宫不能受精，肥胖妇人无子服此效。
苍术（米泔水浸酒炒） 人参 黄 （蜜炙） 白术（土炒） 地黄（酒洗） 陈皮（去白）
半夏（制） 当归（酒洗） 茯苓（各一两） 滑石 炙甘草（各七钱）
上为末，糊丸，梧桐子大。每服五十丸，空心姜汤下。
螽斯丸：适用于妇女月经不调、视力模糊头晕、子宫长期寒冷。此药能温补中焦、益气助孕，效果显著。

以上药材研成粉末，用醋调糊制成丸子，大小如梧桐子。每次服用一百丸，空腹时用醋点汤送服，并用食物压住药力。
济阴丸：治疗妇女血虚兼有内热，子宫干涩，不能受孕，长期不孕。服用此药滋阴养血以求孕，效果极佳。

Zhongsi Wan (Locust Seed Pill): Indicated for irregular menstruation, blurred vision and dizziness, and chronic coldness of the uterus in women. This formula warms the middle jiao (middle burner), benefits qi, and promotes conception with miraculous efficacy.
Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (1 liang), Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex processed with ginger juice until fibers break), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Qinjiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix), Nongpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) (each 5 qian), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata).
Baifuling (Poria), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) (each 1 liang), Baiqiangwei (Rosa Rosae), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Praeparatum), Shashen (Glehniae Radix), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix washed with wine), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (each 0.5 liang).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, swallowed with rice water or wine on an empty stomach. Discontinue use once pregnancy is suspected.
Zixue Nuangong Wan (Nourishing Blood and Warming Uterus Pill, also known as Baizi Fugui Wan): Indicated for disharmony of yin and yang, and deficiency of qi and blood. Women taking this formula will invariably conceive.
Xiangfu Mi (Cyperi Rhizoma) (12 liang, soaked overnight in clear urine of young boys), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix washed with wine, 2 liang), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Baishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba stir-fried with wine), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata washed with wine).
Zhen Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini processed with Ariciae Pulvis into bead-like shapes), Aye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium boiled with vinegar and sun-dried) (each 2 liang).
Grind all ingredients into powder, mix with vinegar paste to make pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 100 pills per dose, swallowed with vinegar-infused water on an empty stomach, followed by food to settle the medicine.
Jiyin Wan (Benefiting Yin Pill): Treats blood deficiency with accompanying heat, dryness and astringency of the uterus, inability to retain sperm, and long-term infertility. Taking this formula nourishes yin and tonifies blood to achieve pregnancy, with extreme efficacy.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix) (each 1 liang), Xiangfu Mi (Cyperi Rhizoma) (8 liang), Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (8 qian), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex) (7 qian).
Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (1 liang).
Grind all ingredients into powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 50 pills before meals, swallowed with rice water or warm wine.
Miaoying Wan (Wonderful Efficacy Pill): Treats qi deficiency with excessive phlegm overflowing, inability of the uterus to receive fertilization, and infertility in obese women. This formula is effective for such cases.
Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma soaked in rice wash water, then stir-fried with wine), Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Huangqi (Astragali Radix honey-roasted), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma stir-fried with soil), Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix washed with wine), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium peeled), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparata), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix washed with wine), Fuling (Poria) (each 1 liang), Huashi (Talcum), Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata) (each 7 qian).
