四岁 十三 二十二 三十一 四十 四十九 五十八 六十七 七十六 八十五 中宫管肩及尾穷骨。

按∶尻神者，神农之所制也。尻为尾底骨之臀尖。《节要》谓人之一身，何独惟臀尖之
有神也？此理皆不能通。且云急病亦不拘此。姑录以俟考订。

三岁、十二岁、二十一岁、三十岁、三十九岁、四十八岁、五十七岁、六十六岁、七十五岁、八十四岁，由巽卦（八卦之一，象征风）主管头部、口部和乳房。
四岁、十三岁、二十二岁、三十一岁、四十岁、四十九岁、五十八岁、六十七岁、七十六岁、八十五岁，由中宫（中央土位）主管肩膀及尾骨末端。
五岁、十四岁、二十三岁、三十二岁、四十一岁、五十岁、五十九岁、六十八岁、七十七岁、八十六岁，由乾卦（八卦之一，象征天）主管背部、面部和耳朵。
六岁、十五岁、二十四岁、三十三岁、四十二岁、五十一岁、六十岁、六十九岁、七十八岁、八十七岁，由兑卦（八卦之一，象征泽）主管手臂。
七岁、十六岁、二十五岁、五十四岁、四十三岁、五十二岁、六十一岁、七十岁、七十九岁、八十八岁，由艮卦（八卦之一，象征山）主管腰部和颈部。
八岁、十七岁、二十六岁、三十五岁、四十四岁、五十三岁、六十二岁、七十一岁、八十岁、八十九岁，由离卦（八卦之一，象征火）主管胸部和肋骨。
九岁、十八岁、二十七岁、三十六岁、四十五岁、五十四岁、六十三岁、七十二岁、八十一岁、九十岁，由坎卦（八卦之一，象征水）主管脚部、肘部和腹部。
按语：尻神（指尾骶骨处的神灵或禁忌），是神农氏所制定的。尻指的是尾底骨末端的臀尖。《节要》中说人的全身，为何唯独臀尖有神灵呢？这个道理都无法通晓。况且又说急病也不拘泥于此。姑且记录下来以等待考证订正。
正月对应丑月，二月对应未月，三月对应寅月，四月对应申月，五月对应卯月，六月对应酉月，七月对应辰月，八月对应戌月，九月对应巳月，十月对应亥月，十一月对应午月，十二月对应子月。（注：此处原文列举的是每月对应的“血忌”地支月份，即农历每月的特定忌讳日期所属的地支方位，通常用于择日避忌。）

Age two, eleven, twenty, twenty-nine, thirty-eight, forty-seven, fifty-six, sixty-five, seventy-four, eighty-three: The Zhen trigram (Zhen, representing Thunder) governs the teeth.
Age three, twelve, twenty-one, thirty, thirty-nine, forty-eight, fifty-seven, sixty-six, seventy-five, eighty-four: The Xun trigram (Xun, representing Wind) governs the head, mouth, and breasts.
Age four, thirteen, twenty-two, thirty-one, forty, forty-nine, fifty-eight, sixty-seven, seventy-six, eighty-five: The Central Palace (Zhonggong, the central earth position) governs the shoulders and the tip of the coccyx.
Age five, fourteen, twenty-three, thirty-two, forty-one, fifty, fifty-nine, sixty-eight, seventy-seven, eighty-six: The Qian trigram (Qian, representing Heaven) governs the back, face, and ears.

Age seven, sixteen, twenty-five, fifty-four, forty-three, fifty-two, sixty-one, seventy, seventy-nine, eighty-eight: The Gen trigram (Gen, representing Mountain) governs the waist and neck.
Age eight, seventeen, twenty-six, thirty-five, forty-four, fifty-three, sixty-two, seventy-one, eighty, eighty-nine: The Li trigram (Li, representing Fire) governs the chest and ribs.
Age nine, eighteen, twenty-seven, thirty-six, forty-five, fifty-four, sixty-three, seventy-two, eighty-one, ninety: The Kan trigram (Kan, representing Water) governs the feet, elbows, and abdomen.
Note: The "Kaoshen" (Spirit of the Coccyx) was established by Shennong (Divine Farmer). "Kao" refers to the tip of the buttocks at the end of the tailbone. The *Jieyao* states that among the entire body, why is it only the tip of the buttocks that has a spirit? This principle cannot be fully understood. Furthermore, it is stated that in cases of acute illness, this rule does not strictly apply. It is recorded here provisionally for future verification and correction.
The first month corresponds to Chou; the second month to Wei; the third month to Yin; the fourth month to Shen; the fifth month to Mao; the sixth month to You; the seventh month to Chen; the eighth month to Xu; the ninth month to Si; the tenth month to Hai; the eleventh month to Wu; the twelfth month to Zi.
