上除阿魏、息香二味外，余用童便一升半煎七分，将药汁入阿魏、息香再煎十沸，分
二服，调辰砂末、槟榔末各半两，麝香少许。上三味亦分二服，入前汤五更初进一服，三
点时又进一服，至巳午必取下虫。其嘴红者，可治，青黑者不可治，但可绝后人传疰，调理
禁忌俱要根据前法。

川椒（二斤，去合口者略炒出汗）
上为细末，空心米汤调服二钱，或酒米粉糊为丸，梧桐子大。每服三十丸，渐增五六
十丸，如前服或酒送。凡人得传尸痨病，血气未甚虚损者，不必多方，只以此药早服，无
有不愈者。
一方 用花椒二分，苦楝根一分，丸服如法，空心服巳刻虫尽下。

啄木禽（一只）
除去阿魏、安息香这两味药外，其余药物用童便（儿童尿液）一升半煎煮至七分满，将药汁倒入阿魏、安息香中再煎煮十次沸腾，分两次服用。同时调配辰砂末、槟榔末各半两，麝香少许。这三味药也分两次服用，在凌晨五更初时服一次，三点时再服一次，到了巳时和午时必然能排出虫体。如果虫嘴是红色的，可以治疗；如果是青黑色的，则不可治，但可以用来杜绝后人感染传疰病，调理和禁忌都根据前面的方法执行。

将上述药材研成细末，空腹时用米汤调服二钱，或者用酒米粉糊制成丸剂，如梧桐子大小。每次服用三十丸，逐渐增加至五六十丸，按照前述方法服用，或用酒送服。凡是患有传尸痨病，且血气尚未严重虚损的人，不必采用多种疗法，只需以此药早晨服用，没有不痊愈的。
另一方案：使用花椒二分，苦楝根一分，按法制成丸剂服用，空腹服用，巳时虫体全部排出。

啄木鸟禽（一只）
Excluding Asafoetida (Asafetidae Resina) and Benzoin (Benzoinum), the remaining herbs are decocted with one and a half sheng of child's urine (Tongbian, 童便) until reduced to seventy percent. The herbal liquid is then combined with Asafoetida and Benzoin and boiled for ten additional boils. The mixture is divided into two doses. Meanwhile, Cinnabar powder (Chensha Mo, 辰砂末) and Areca Nut powder (Binglang Mo, 槟榔末), each half liang, along with a small amount of Musk (Shexiang, 麝香), are prepared. These three substances are also divided into two doses. One dose is taken at the beginning of the fifth watch (Wugeng, 五更), and the second dose is taken at three o'clock. By the Si and Wu hours (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM), the parasites will inevitably be expelled. If the parasite's mouth is red, it is treatable; if it is blue-black, it is untreatable, but this method can prevent the transmission of Zhuzhu disease (Chanzhu, 传疰) to future generations. Regimen and contraindications should follow the previous methods.
(From *Qingnang*) Shenshou San (Divine Bestowal Powder): This formula was obtained from the Prince of Henan's mansion. Having been in circulation for a long time, its efficacy is beyond description.
Sichuan Pepper (Chuanjiao, 川椒) (two jin, remove those with closed pores and stir-fry lightly until sweat appears).
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take two qian mixed with rice soup on an empty stomach. Alternatively, make pills using wine and rice flour paste, sized like wutong seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, gradually increasing to fifty or sixty pills. Administer as previously described, or take with wine. For anyone suffering from Chanshi Lao disease (Transmitted Corpse Consumption/Lao disease, 传尸痨病) whose blood and qi have not yet severely depleted, there is no need for multiple treatments; simply taking this medicine in the morning ensures recovery without exception.
Another prescription: Use two fen of Sichuan Pepper (Chuanjiao, 川椒) and one fen of Toosendan Root (Kulian Gen, 苦楝根). Prepare as pills and take according to the method. Take on an empty stomach; by the Si hour (9:00-11:00 AM), all parasites will be expelled.
