三月三日取水中蝌蚪一合，阴干，候桑椹黑时，取汁一升渍之，盛于瓦器内，埋东壁下，百
日取之，其色如黑。以涂白发，其发如漆，永不再白。
新柳花如椹者，收之阴干为末。日以擦牙，去其宣疳臭，诸风不生，明目驻颜，黑发聪耳，
壮筋力，益寿算，轻身健体，齿坚可咀金石，奇效。
五月五日取鳖切如棋子大，与苋菜杵如泥，丸如弹子大。若投水中，三日成鳖。
古人有咒枣法，向日咒曰∶吾有一枚枣，一心归大道。优化夷，优隆夷。劈烧念七遍，
吹枣上，与病患食之，不再作。
用桑白皮一斤、火麻子三升，同煮五十沸，用附子一个入药内，每日午时洗头少顷，梳发
不落。
龙骨、巴戟天、韭子等分为末，炼蜜丸，梧桐子大。每服三五丸，空心盐汤下，固精如神。
一人忽觉自形作两人，并卧不别真假，不语，问亦无对，乃离魂也。法用朱砂、人参、茯
神浓煎服，真者气爽，假者即化矣。
一人鼻中出亳，一昼夜长一二尺，渐渐粗圆如绳，痛不可忍，摘去更生。此因食猪羊血过
多然也。法以 砂、乳香，饭为丸，水下十粒，早晚各一服，病去乃止。
三月三日，取一合（约为一升的十分之一）水中的蝌蚪，在阴凉处晾干。等到桑葚变黑时，取桑葚汁一升浸泡蝌蚪，装入瓦器中，埋在房屋东墙下。经过一百天后取出，其颜色呈黑色。用此物涂抹白发，头发会变得像漆一样黑，且永远不再变白。
新长的柳花大小如桑葚时，将其收集起来阴干并研成粉末。每天用来刷牙，可以去除牙龈溃烂和口臭，预防各种风邪引起的疾病，使眼睛明亮、容颜常驻，头发乌黑、耳朵灵敏，筋骨强健，延年益寿，身体轻盈健壮，牙齿坚固到可以咀嚼金石，效果奇特显著。
五月五日，取鳖肉切成棋子大小的块，与苋菜一起捣烂如泥，制成如弹子大小的药丸。如果投入水中，三天后能变成活鳖。

有一人鼻中长出毫毛，一昼夜长到一二尺粗，渐渐变得又粗又圆像绳子一样，疼痛难忍，摘去后又再生。这是因为吃猪羊血过多的缘故。治疗方法是用硇砂、乳香，以米饭为丸，温水送服十粒，早晚各一次，病愈即止。
有一人患病，感觉皮肤下有虫子像螃蟹一样爬行，发出声音如同婴儿啼哭。肌肉和筋脉被火热之邪所化，治疗方法是用雷丸、雄黄等分研成粉末，撒在猪肉上烤熟后食用，即可痊愈。
有一人灸疮的痂皮脱落后，灸疮内流出鲜血片状物如蝴蝶形状，腾空飞去，疼痛难忍。这是血肉被火邪所化的表现，治疗方法是用大黄、芒硝等分研成粉末，用水调服，轻微腹泻后即可痊愈。
On the third day of the third lunar month, take one he (approximately 1/10 of a sheng) of tadpoles from water, dry them in the shade. When mulberries turn black, extract one sheng of mulberry juice to soak the tadpoles, place them in a ceramic vessel, and bury it under the east wall of the house. After one hundred days, retrieve it; its color will be black. Apply this substance to white hair, and the hair will become as black as lacquer, never turning white again.
When new willow flowers are the size of mulberries, collect them, dry them in the shade, and grind them into powder. Use it daily to brush teeth to remove gingival caries (ulceration of gums) and bad breath, prevent various wind-pathogen diseases, brighten the eyes, preserve youthfulness, darken the hair, sharpen hearing, strengthen tendons and muscles, prolong life, lighten the body, and make teeth strong enough to chew metal and stone. The effect is miraculous.
On the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, cut turtle meat into pieces the size of chessmen, pound it together with amaranth vegetables until it becomes a paste, and form pills the size of marbles. If thrown into water, they will transform into live turtles after three days.
Ancients had a method of incanting dates. Facing the sun, recite: "I have one date, my heart returns to the Great Dao. Youhua Yi, Yulong Yi." Split the date, burn it, recite seven times, blow on the date, and give it to the patient to eat; the disease will not recur.
Boil one jin of Cortex Mori Radicis (Sangbaipi) and three sheng of Semen Cannabis (Huomaren) for fifty boils, then add one Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (Fuzi). Wash the head briefly at noon every day; hair will not fall out when combing.
Equal parts of Os Draconis (Longgu), Radix Morindae Officinalis (Bajitian), and Semen Allii Tuberosi (Jiuizi) are ground into powder, mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take three to five pills each time, swallowed with salted water on an empty stomach; it effectively consolidates essence.
A person suddenly felt their body split into two, lying side by side unable to distinguish true from false, remaining silent and unresponsive to questions. This is Li Hun Syndrome (Soul Separation). The treatment is to decoct Cinnabar Barbituritis (Zhusha), Radix Ginseng (Renshen), and Poria Cum Wood (Fushen) in thick concentration and administer orally. The true self regains clarity, and the false self dissolves.
A person grew bristles from the nose, reaching one or two chi in length within a day and night, gradually becoming thick and round like a rope, causing unbearable pain. Removing them caused them to grow back. This was due to excessive consumption of pig and sheep blood. The treatment is to use Natrium Chloratum Impurum (Naosha) and Resina Olibani (Ruxiang), formed into pills with rice, taken with water, ten pills per dose, morning and evening. Stop when the disease is cured.
A person suffered from a sensation of insects crawling under the skin like crabs, making sounds like a crying infant. Muscles and sinews were transformed by fire-heat. The treatment is to equal-parts grind Pillulae (Leiwan) and Realgar (Xionghuang) into powder, sprinkle on pork, roast, and eat; recovery follows immediately.
After the scab of a moxibustion wound fell off, fresh blood flowed out in butterfly-shaped flakes that flew away, causing unbearable pain. This was flesh and blood transformed by fire-toxin. The treatment is to equal-parts grind Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang) and Natrii Sulfas (Mangxiao) into powder, mix with water, and ingest. Mild purgation leads to recovery.
