巴戟（味辛甘微温，枸杞子汤浸一宿，打去心，却用酒浸一时许，捞起菊花同包炭火焙，令黄色，去菊花
不用，只用巴戟） 续断（味辛苦微温，酒浸软，去肉里硬筋，又以文火炒半干晒用） 五味子（味
酸温，蜜汤浸，以铜刀劈作两半，去子，再以浆水浸一宿，焙干用） 茯苓（味甘平，去皮筋捣令细，
放水盆中搅之，浮者去之，是茯苓筋，不用，若误服之，令人眼暗目昏，甚忌之） 楮实子（味甘寒，水
浸三日，以杖搅，沉者用，浮者去之，然后捞起晒干，却用酒浸一时，滤出蒸，从辰至午，焙用） 山
茱萸（温水泡浸软，取肉去核，每一斤取肉四两，慢火焙之，秘精固气） 熟地黄（采生者，用柳木
甑蒸之，候冷，以酒拌再蒸，又出令干，又拌蒸三、四次，勿犯铜铁） 肉苁蓉（洗净，用清酒浸一宿，
刷去砂土浮甲，劈破中心去白膜一重如竹丝草，饭上蒸过从午至未，再用酥炙黄得所用） 甘州枸杞子
（去蒂） 小茴香（酒浸一宿，捞起炒干用） 杜仲（去皮酥炙，炒无丝用）
上将前药制度为细末，各等分，酒打面糊为丸，如梧桐子大。每服二十丸，空心温酒送下，
或滚白汤亦可。服五日便觉身轻，服至十日精神快爽，服二十日语言响亮，手足轻健，服一年白
发转黑，行步如飞。久远服之，百病消除，长生不老。
秘传十子丸
吕祖师传世度人，能治百病，修制丸成，斋戒沐浴焚香，先献天地祖宗，择六庚开成吉日，
方许人服。每服五、六十丸，淡盐汤空心送下，以干物压之，服至百日，功效无穷，能添精补髓，
不老不死。专治男子汞清不坚，女人血铅不足；调和阴阳，生育男女，神效立应。又治五劳七伤
，心神恍惚，梦遗鬼交，五痔七疝，诸般损疾。女人血铅不足，去柏子易香附子，加当归、川芎、
生熟地黄各四两。男子酒色过度，精遗不生育，加鹿角霜八两、连珠、巴戟肉、山茱萸、生地黄、黄
柏、枳壳、何首乌蒸七次，各四两或二两，共十子均为细末，炼蜜丸如梧桐子大服之。三生有
幸者，得传此方，真济世养身至宝，勿妄传非人。
覆盆子 枸杞子 槐角子（和何首乌蒸七次用） 桑堪子 冬青子（共蒸。各八两） 没石子
菟丝子（酒蒸，捣烂） 蛇床子 五味子（炒干） 柏子仁（各四两，先捣烂入）
上为末，加减如总论内，修制丸服。
人参膏
治伤寒汗、吐、下后，及行倒仓法吐、下后，用此补之。韩飞霞曰∶人参炼膏，回元气于
无何有之乡，王道也。又肺虚嗽亦宜人参膏补之。如肺虚兼有邪火者，人参膏与天门冬膏对服
之妙，用好人参去芦，或一斤、二斤，随意切片入砂锅，水浮于药一手背，文武火煎干一半，倾置
一瓶盛之，又将渣煎，又如前并之于瓶。凡煎三次。验参渣嚼无味乃止，却将三次所煎之汁去
渣乃入砂锅内，文武火慢慢熬成膏。如一斤参，只好熬得一饭碗足矣。既成膏，入碗，隔宿必有
清水浮上，亦宜去之，只留稠膏。
白术膏
用上好浙白术，煎法同人参膏。
当归地黄膏
当归一斤，生地黄一斤，俱用竹刀切碎，亦同煎人参膏法。凡煎膏只要用慢性人，不疾不徐，
不令焦与泛溢。凡盛膏须用净瓷瓶，每三、四日，在饭锅上蒸一次，使不生白花。凡服膏，须自
以意消息之。自觉因言、因怒与劳伤气，精神短少，言语不接续，便服人参膏。若觉脾胃不和，
饮食无味，便服白术膏。或血少生疮疡，肤燥痒，自汗遗精，便多服当归膏，平时三件间用，若
嫌苦入炼蜜一、二匙。
苍术膏
存精固气，通达二十四关脉，流注一身毛窍，服之半月，精满气盈，元阳壮盛，能补丹田，
能减相火，阴
消阳长，男子精冷绝阳，妇人胎冷不孕，服之一月，颜面如童。
苍术（十斤、米泔浸一宿，去皮舂如泥，大锅属性武火煮水二桶，约有十余碗，取出冷定，
绢滤去渣，入瓷罐内加众药） 人参 生地黄 熟地黄
黄柏 远志（各四两） 杜仲（炒） 川芎 核桃肉 川椒 破故纸（各四两） 碎青盐（二两）
碎朱砂（一两） 当归（四两） 旱莲草（取汁，二两） 蜂蜜（二斤） 姜汁（四两）
上各药共入前苍术膏，瓷罐内封固，大锅水煮香雨炷为度以出，埋地七日。每日空心，酒一
盏或白汤服之。
治年久瘫痪方 昔有人患此十八年，获此方愈。
槐枝 柳枝 楮枝 茄枝 东白艾
各一斤，煎水三大桶，高硕盆浸洗，冷添热洗，被覆取大汗，禁风三七日，如未愈再洗。
治鹤膝风
头酒糟（四两） 肥皂（二个，去子） 皮硝 五味子（去灰） 砂糖（各一两）
姜汁半盏调和，敷膝上，如干，加烧酒，搽十日就愈。
代茶汤 夏月服之以代茶，健脾止渴。
白术（一钱五分） 麦门冬（一钱，去心）
上煎作汤代茶服，此一盏可当茶三盏。夏日吃茶水多必至泻泄，白术补脾燥湿，麦门冬生
津止渴。
四制丸 （一名二妙丸） 滋阴降火，开胃进食，尽除周身之湿。
黄柏（四制，去皮，一斤酥炙十次，一斤入乳浸十次，一斤童便浸十次，一斤米泔水浸十次，
各焙干为末） 无油苍术（咀片一斤，四两） 川椒炒，四两破故纸炒，四两 川芎（炒，听用）
上去炒药四味，用苍术同黄柏为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每服三十丸，早酒下，午茶汤下，晚白汤
下。黄柏用六斤刮去皮，净有四斤，苍术用斤半，粳米泔浸过，割去皮，净有一斤。
山精丸 健脾去湿，息火消痰。
苍术（二斤，米泔水浸三日，竹刀刮去粗皮，切片阴干听用） 枸杞子（一斤） 地骨皮（一
斤） 桑椹子（一斗，取汁去渣，将苍术片浸入汁内令透，取出晒干，如是者九次，以木捶捣细末用）
上为末，与苍术一并细捣和匀，炼蜜为丸，如弹子大。每服一丸或二丸，白沸汤下。
遇仙丹（一名一粒金丹） 王经略于开通元年，赴广东安抚，在任忽患山岚瘴气，肚腹胀满，
无药可治，遍榜召。一时，有一道人揭榜，云能治此病。随付药一丸，服之，后取下一条形
如蛇长尺许，当时留下本方，云∶此实济世之宝。言毕转步烟雾中腾空而去。王经略疾病随痊，
自此留传在世。凡人百病皆因饥饱酒食生冷过度，伤其脾胃，心腹胀满，呕吐酸水，面黄肌瘦，
饮食减少，肠腹癖块。病初未觉，日久则成大患。此药能治五劳七伤，男女诸般劳嗽吐痰吐血，
翻胃转食咳逆，风壅痰涎冷泪，鼻流清涕，水泻痢疾，心腹疼痛，酒疸食黄水气，宿食不化，
左瘫右痪，三十六种风，七十二般风，润三焦，补精气，安五脏，安魂魄，壮筋骨，益元阳，宽
胸膈，暖腰膝，止疼痛，乌须发，牢牙齿，明眼目，返老还少，行走轻健，五、七日服一服。
腽肭脐 阿芙蓉（各二分） 片脑 朱砂（各二分） 麝香 晚蚕蛾（各一分）
上为末，放瓷碗内，另用火酒二钟，将射干草不拘多少，入酒内煎至八分，然后倾入碗用，
放水内，以炭火滚四、五次，取出为丸，如梧桐子大，金箔为衣。每服一丸，用砂糖或梨嚼烂
下之。
又方 累试累效，绝胜诸方。
黄连（三钱） 人参（一钱五分）
上水盏半，煎七分温服，药入口即苏。
苍木丸 健脾去湿保长生。古云∶若欲长生，须服山精，此也。
茅山苍术（一斤，米泔水浸一宿晒干） 云白茯苓（六两，去皮）
上为末，东流水煮，神曲作糊为丸，如绿豆大。清晨滚汤送下七、八十丸。
治饮食不住口仍易饥饿
用绿豆、糯米、黄麦各一升，炒熟共磨成粉。每服一杯，以滚汤调服，三、五日效。
育生糕
芡实（去核） 白山药 白术 茯苓（白者，去皮） 人参 莲肉（去心。各八两）
上为末，用粳米粉三升，仍用白蜜一斤和匀，蒸膏焙干。白滚汤调服，不拘多寡，饥时用。
琥珀散 追虫去积甚效。
黑牵牛（一两） 槟榔（一两）
上为剂，忌用砂糖，调汤送下三钱，要见虫积，方饮食为妙。
贴痞膏
三棱 陈皮 地骨皮 黄芩 黄连 五灵脂 苦参 玄参 赤芍药 两头尖 草乌 香附子
当归 香白芷 大黄（各三钱） 木鳖子（十六个，去壳） 轻粉 巴豆（四十九粒，去壳衣）
乳香 没药 麝香 血竭 阿魏（各一钱） 香油（一斤四两） 铅丹（十两，飞，焙干）
上先将香油入铜锅内，即将十八味切片粗药入油内，用桑柴慢火煎之，黑黄色为度。滤去
渣，方入丹，用槐柳条不住手搅千遍，将油滴入水内成珠，去火再入细药和匀，收贮去火毒，
用绢摊贴。每日换一次，如痒揭去，须用净布鞋底焙至不痒，复贴之，待药力尽自落下，不可强
揭。此药制贴，俱要净室避忌，禁一切生冷油腻发物。
治痞积灸方
以双线系开元旧钱一个，悬于颈上适中处所，钱胸前且所而下，钱孔对脐为率，切将颈上之线悬于喉上，
自背后垂下至钱孔对脐而止，用墨点孔之中，再钱之两边亦用墨点，却去铜钱写一十字，于钱
之两边点出，各灸一穴至十余壮，更服他药，痞积消，其效甚速。
化痰丸
天络丝（即丝瓜也），烧存性为细末，枣肉为丸，如弹子大。每服一丸好酒下，化痰立效。
治嗽方
白糖FS （打碎，同生萝卜片间层在器中，二三日彼此得味，均食之，细嚼无时，二、三夜嗽自已
治白浊方
川萆 川黄柏（酒炒） 麦门冬 远志（去心） 菟丝子（制） 北五味（各等分）
上加竹叶五片、灯芯十茎，大黄少许，水钟半，煎一钟，空心温服。
又方 治老人气虚而淋。
人参 白术 山栀 木通
上各等分水煎服。
金樱丸 治精滑梦遗及小便后遗沥。
金樱子 鸡头石（各一两） 白莲花蕊龙骨（ 。各半两）
上为末糊丸，梧桐子大。每服七十丸，空心盐汤下。
五味膏
北五味一斤洗净，水浸一宿，以手拔去核，再用温水将核洗，取余味通置砂锅内，用布滤过，
入好冬蜜二斤，炭火慢熬成膏，待数日后，略去火性。每服一、二匙，空心白汤调服。火候难于
适中，先将砂锅秤定斤
两，然后秤五味汁并蜜，大约煮至二斤四两为度。
既济方
半夜子时分阳正兴时仰卧，瞑目闭口，舌顶上 ，将腰拱起，左手用中指顶住尾闾穴，（在
肾囊粪门间）。右手用大指顶住无名指根拳着，又将两腿俱伸，两脚十指俱抠提起，一口气心中
存想，脊背脑后上贯至顶门，慢慢直下至丹田，方将腰、腿、脚、手从容放下，再照前行，阳
即衰矣。如阳未衰，再行二、三遍。如初行时，阳未兴，勉强兴之方可行。夫人之所以有虚疾
者，因年少欲心太盛，房事过多，水火不能相济，以致此疾。能行此法，不惟速去泄精之病，久
而肾水上升，心火下降，即水火既济，永无病矣。
熏洗痔疮
五倍子 朴硝 桑寄生 莲房（又加荆芥）
煎汤，先熏后洗。又冬瓜藤亦可。
治痔漏补塞方
乳香 没药 辰砂（各五分） 南星 麝香（各一钱） 轻粉（五分） 血竭（三分）
牛黄（三分） 冰片（二厘） 蟾酥（一钱） 斑蝥（七个） 信石（一两，先用五钱，以白矾一
两盖于信上，火炼枯，生用五钱）
上为末糊丸，如大麦粒样锭子。每日以锭子药插入漏孔内，渐加或三、四锭，一七日住药，
其肉自腐，去其瘀肉，每日用荆芥、薄荷、黄柏、葱、艾之类凉药沃洗，后敷以收口药，用
乳香 没药 黄丹（各二钱） 轻粉（一钱） 血竭（三分） 白蜡（五钱） 赤石脂（五钱）
上为末，每用少许敷上，外用膏药贴之，一日一换。服药可用败毒散之类收功，后可服黄蜡
解毒丸，用黄蜡三两化开，入雄黄一钱，白矾四两为末，不住手为丸，空心酒下二、三十丸。此
千金不传之秘方也。
经验胆槐丹
十月以上取槐角子，拣肥嫩结实者，用新黄瓦盆二个如法固济，埋于背阴墙下，约二、三
尺深，预先寻取
黑牛胆五、六个，腊月八日取出槐子，装入胆内，高悬阴干，至次年清明日取出入好瓷瓶内
盛放。每日空心滚白汤吞服，初一日一粒，二日二粒，三日三粒，加至十五日十五粒，以后日
减一粒，周而复始。不问远年近日，痔疮并皆服之，其效如神，亦能补虚。
又方 用真正熊胆不拘多寡，略用麝少许研极细，填入疮口内，虽甚痛之而即愈。
又方 治心气痛及胃脘诸痛。
抚芎（一钱） 肥栀子（十枚，去壳，姜汁浸炒，如用中大，连壳用） 香附（制，一钱）
红枣（三个，去核） 巴豆（三粒，去壳）
上将巴豆填入枣内，文武火煨熟去枣皮，再入人参三钱为末，同擂一处凉一夜，丸如米大。
每服五、七丸，烧酒送下立止。
苍六散 治下元虚损偏坠，肾茎疼痛。
好茅山苍术（六斤。一斤老米泔水浸二日夜；一斤酒浸三日夜，切片晒干；一斤斗子青盐半斤炒
黄色，去盐不用；一斤小茴香四两炒黄色，去茴香不用；一斤大茴香四两炒黄黑色，去茴香不用；
一斤桑椹子二斤取汁，制过晒干）
【巴戟天等药的处理方法】
巴戟天（味道辛、甘，性微温。先用枸杞子汤浸泡一整夜，剔除心部，再用酒浸泡约一小时，捞出后用菊花包裹，在炭火上焙至黄色，去掉菊花不用，只保留处理好的巴戟天） 续断（味道辛、苦，性微温。用酒浸泡至软，去除肉质中坚硬的筋络，再用小火炒至半干后晒干使用） 五味子（味道酸，性温。用蜜水浸泡，用铜刀劈成两半，去掉种子，再用浆水浸泡一夜，焙干后使用） 茯苓（味道甘，性平。去皮和筋，捣碎成细末，放入水盆中搅拌，浮在水面上的部分是茯苓筋，要去除不用，如果误服，会导致视力模糊、眼睛昏花，非常忌讳） 楮实子（味道甘，性寒。用水浸泡三天，用棍棒搅拌，沉入底部的留下使用，浮起的去除，然后捞出晒干，再用酒浸泡一小时，滤出后蒸制，从辰时到午时，最后焙干使用） 山茱萸（用温水泡软，取果肉去核，每斤药材取肉四两，用慢火焙干，具有秘精固气的作用） 熟地黄（选用新鲜的生地黄，用柳木制成的甑蒸制，待冷却后，用酒拌匀再次蒸制，取出晾干，再拌酒蒸三到四次，注意不要接触铜铁器） 肉苁蓉（洗净，用清酒浸泡一夜，刷去砂土和表面的硬壳，剖开中心去掉一层像竹丝草一样的白色薄膜，放在饭上蒸制，从午时到未时，再用酥油炙烤至黄色即可使用） 甘州枸杞子（去掉蒂头） 小茴香（用酒浸泡一夜，捞出炒干使用） 杜仲（去掉外皮，用酥油炙烤，炒至无丝状物残留为止）。
以上药物均按上述方法处理后，研磨成细粉，各取等份，用酒调和面糊制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用二十丸，空腹时用温酒送服，或者用滚开的白开水送服也可以。服用五天后便觉得身体轻盈，服用十天后精神爽快，服用二十天后声音洪亮，手脚轻健，服用一年后白发转黑，行走如飞。长期服用，百病消除，长生不老。
【秘传十子丸】
吕祖师传世度人，此方能治百病。制作丸药时，需斋戒沐浴焚香，先向天地祖宗献祭，选择六庚开成的吉日，才允许人服用。每次服用五六十丸，空腹用淡盐汤送服，并用干食物压住药力。服用一百天，功效无穷，能添精补髓，不老不死。专门治疗男子精气不坚，女人血铅不足；调和阴阳，助孕生育，神效立现。又治疗五劳七伤，心神恍惚，梦遗鬼交，五痔七疝，各种虚损疾病。如果是女人血铅不足，将柏子仁换成香附子，加入当归、川芎、生地黄、熟地黄各四两。如果是男子因酒色过度导致精遗不育，加入鹿角霜八两、连珠、巴戟肉、山茱萸、生地黄、黄柏、枳壳、何首乌（蒸七次），各四两或二两，共十种果实研为细末，炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂服用。三生有幸得到此方的人，这是济世养身的至宝，切勿随意传给非人。
【配方组成】
覆盆子、枸杞子、槐角子（与何首乌蒸七次后使用）、桑椹子、冬青子（共同蒸制，各八两）、没石子、菟丝子（酒蒸后捣烂）、蛇床子、五味子（炒干）、柏子仁（各四两，先捣烂加入）。
以上药物研为细末，加减方法参照总论中的说明，修制丸剂服用。
【人参膏】
治疗伤寒经过发汗、催吐、泻下之后，以及施行“倒仓法”催吐、泻下之后，用此方进行补益。韩飞霞说：炼制人参膏，是在虚无缥缈之处挽回元气，这是王道的治疗方法。另外肺虚咳嗽也适宜用人参膏补益。如果肺虚兼有邪火，将人参膏与天门冬膏配合服用效果奇妙。用好的人参，去掉芦头，用量一斤或二斤，随意切片放入砂锅中，水量以没过药材一个手背为宜，用文武火煎至一半水量，倒入瓶中保存。再将药渣煎煮，同样倒入瓶中。总共煎三次，直到尝药渣没有味道为止。然后将三次煎出的药汁过滤去渣，重新放入砂锅内，用文武火慢慢熬成膏。如果是一斤人参，只能熬出一饭碗左右的膏。膏成后装入碗中，隔夜后上面必有一层清水浮起，也应去除，只保留稠膏。
【当归地黄膏】
当归一斤，生地黄一斤，都用竹刀切碎，煎制方法同人参膏。凡是煎膏只要用慢性子的人操作，不急不缓，不让药焦糊或溢出。盛放膏药的瓶子必须干净瓷器，每三四天在饭锅上蒸一次，防止产生白花。凡是服用膏药，必须根据自己的情况酌情调整。如果觉得因为说话多、生气或劳累导致气伤，精神短少，言语不接续，就服用人参膏。如果觉得脾胃不和，饮食无味，就服用白术膏。如果血少生疮疡，皮肤干燥瘙痒，自汗遗精，就多服用当归膏。平时这三样交替使用，如果觉得苦，可以加一两匙炼蜜。
【苍术膏】
存精固气，通达二十四关脉，流注一身毛窍，服用半个月，精满气盈，元阳壮盛，能补丹田，能减相火，阴消阳长。治疗男子精冷绝阳，妇人胎冷不孕，服用一个月，颜面如童。
【苍术膏配方】
苍术（十斤，米泔水浸泡一夜，去皮舂成泥，大锅用武火煮水两桶，约有十余碗，取出冷却，用绢过滤去渣，放入瓷罐内加入众药） 人参、生地黄、熟地黄、黄柏、远志（各四两）、杜仲（炒）、川芎、核桃肉、川椒、破故纸（各四两）、碎青盐（二两）、碎朱砂（一两）、当归（四两）、旱莲草（取汁，二两）、蜂蜜（二斤）、姜汁（四两）。
以上各药共同放入前面的苍术膏中，瓷罐内封固，大锅水煮至香雨炷的时间长度以取出，埋入地下七日。每天空腹，用一盏酒或白开水送服。
【治疗多年瘫痪的方子】
过去有人患此病十八年，获得此方后痊愈。
槐枝、柳枝、楮枝、茄枝、东白艾，各一斤，煎水三大桶，用高硕的盆浸洗，冷了加热的洗，盖上被子取大汗，禁风三七天，如果没好再洗。
【治疗鹤膝风】
头酒糟（四两）、肥皂（二个，去子）、皮硝、五味子（去灰）、砂糖（各一两）。
用姜汁半盏调和，敷在膝盖上，如果干了，加烧酒搽擦，十日痊愈。
【代茶汤】
夏天服用以代替茶，健脾止渴。
白术（一钱五分）、麦门冬（一钱，去心）。
以上煎作汤代茶服用，这一盏可当茶三盏。夏天吃茶水多必然导致腹泻，白术补脾燥湿，麦门冬生津止渴。
【四制丸】（又名二妙丸）
滋阴降火，开胃进食，尽除周身之湿。
黄柏（四制：去皮，一斤用酥油炙十次，一斤用乳汁浸泡十次，一斤用童便浸泡十次，一斤用米泔水浸泡十次，各焙干为末）、无油苍术（咀片一斤，四两）、川椒（炒，四两）、破故纸（炒，四两）、川芎（炒，听用）。
去掉上述炒制的四种药，用苍术同黄柏为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每次服用三十丸，早晨用酒送下，中午用茶汤送下，晚上用白开水送下。黄柏用六斤刮去皮，净有四斤，苍术用斤半，粳米泔浸过，割去皮，净有一斤。
【山精丸】
健脾去湿，息火消痰。
苍术（二斤，米泔水浸泡三天，竹刀刮去粗皮，切片阴干备用）、枸杞子（一斤）、地骨皮（一斤）、桑椹子（一斗，取汁去渣，将苍术片浸入汁内令透，取出晒干，如是者九次，以木捶捣细末使用）。

【遇仙丹】（又名一粒金丹）
王经略在开通元年，赴广东安抚，在任期间忽然患上山岚瘴气，肚腹胀满，无药可治，遍贴告示招募医生。一时，有一道人揭榜，声称能治此病。随即给了一丸药，服用后，排出了一条形如蛇、长约一尺的东西，当时留下了本方，说：“这确实是济世之宝。”说完转身步入烟雾中腾空而去。王经略的疾病随即痊愈，从此留传在世。凡人的百病皆因饥饱酒食生冷过度，损伤脾胃，导致心腹胀满，呕吐酸水，面黄肌瘦，饮食减少，肠腹癖块。病初未觉，日久则成大患。此药能治五劳七伤，男女诸般劳嗽吐痰吐血，翻胃转食咳逆，风壅痰涎冷泪，鼻流清涕，水泻痢疾，心腹疼痛，酒疸食黄水气，宿食不化，左瘫右痪，三十六种风，七十二般风，润三焦，补精气，安五脏，安魂魄，壮筋骨，益元阳，宽胸膈，暖腰膝，止疼痛，乌须发，牢牙齿，明眼目，返老还少，行走轻健。五、七天服用一次。
【遇仙丹配方】
腽肭脐、阿芙蓉（各二分）、片脑、朱砂（各二分）、麝香、晚蚕蛾（各一分）。
以上为末，放入瓷碗内，另用火酒二钟，将射干草不拘多少，入酒内煎至八分，然后倾入碗中，放水内，以炭火滚四、五次，取出为丸，如梧桐子大，金箔为衣。每次服用一丸，用砂糖或梨嚼烂送下。
【又方】
累试累效，绝胜诸方。
黄连（三钱）、人参（一钱五分）。
以上用水一盏半，煎至七分温服，药入口即苏醒。
【苍木丸】
健脾去湿保长生。古云：“若欲长生，须服山精”，说的就是这个。
茅山苍术（一斤，米泔水浸泡一夜晒干）、云白茯苓（六两，去皮）。
以上为末，用东流水煮，神曲作糊为丸，如绿豆大。清晨滚汤送下七、八十丸。
【治疗饮食不住口仍易饥饿】
用绿豆、糯米、黄麦各一升，炒熟共磨成粉。每次服用一杯，用滚汤调服，三、五天见效。
【育生糕】
芡实（去核）、白山药、白术、茯苓（白色的，去皮）、人参、莲肉（去心，各八两）。
以上为末，用粳米粉三升，仍用白蜜一斤和匀，蒸膏焙干。白滚汤调服，不拘多寡，饥时使用。
【琥珀散】
追虫去积甚效。
黑牵牛（一两）、槟榔（一两）。
以上为剂，忌用砂糖，调汤送下三钱，要见虫积排出，方饮食为妙。
【贴痞膏】
三棱、陈皮、地骨皮、黄芩、黄连、五灵脂、苦参、玄参、赤芍药、两头尖、草乌、香附子、当归、香白芷、大黄（各三钱）、木鳖子（十六个，去壳）、轻粉、巴豆（四十九粒，去壳衣）、乳香、没药、麝香、血竭、阿魏（各一钱）、香油（一斤四两）、铅丹（十两，飞，焙干）。
以上先将香油入铜锅内，即将十八味切片粗药入油内，用桑柴慢火煎之，黑黄色为度。滤去渣，方入丹，用槐柳条不住手搅千遍，将油滴入水内成珠，去火再入细药和匀，收贮去火毒，用绢摊贴。每日换一次，如痒揭去，须用净布鞋底焙至不痒，复贴之，待药力尽自落下，不可强揭。此药制贴，俱要净室避忌，禁一切生冷油腻发物。
【治疗痞积灸方】
以双线系开元旧钱一个，悬于颈上适中处所，钱胸前且所而下，钱孔对脐为率，切将颈上之线悬于喉上，自背后垂下至钱孔对脐而止，用墨点孔之中，再钱之两边亦用墨点，却去铜钱写一十字，于钱之两边点出，各灸一穴至十余壮，更服他药，痞积消，其效甚速。
【化痰丸】
天络丝（即丝瓜也），烧存性为细末，枣肉为丸，如弹子大。每次服用一丸好酒送下，化痰立效。
【治嗽方】
白糖（打碎，同生萝卜片间层在器中，二三日彼此得味，均食之，细嚼无时，二、三夜嗽自已）。
【治白浊方】
川萆薢、川黄柏（酒炒）、麦门冬、远志（去心）、菟丝子（制）、北五味（各等分）。
上加竹叶五片、灯芯十茎，大黄少许，水钟半，煎一钟，空心温服。
【又方】治疗老人气虚而淋。
人参、白术、山栀、木通。
以上各等分水煎服。
【金樱丸】
治疗精滑梦遗及小便后遗沥。
金樱子、鸡头石（各一两）、白莲花蕊、龙骨（各半两）。
以上为末糊丸，梧桐子大。每次服用七十丸，空腹盐汤送下。
【五味膏】
北五味子一斤洗净，水浸泡一夜，用手拔去核，再用温水将核洗，取余味通置砂锅内，用布滤过，入好冬蜜二斤，炭火慢熬成膏，待数日后，略去火性。每次服用一、二匙，空腹白汤调服。火候难于适中，先将砂锅秤定斤两，然后秤五味汁并蜜，大约煮至二斤四两为度。
【既济方】
半夜子时分阳正兴时仰卧，瞑目闭口，舌顶上颚，将腰拱起，左手用中指顶住尾闾穴（在肾囊粪门间）。右手用大指顶住无名指根拳着，又将两腿俱伸，两脚十指俱抠提起，一口气心中存想，脊背脑后上贯至顶门，慢慢直下至丹田，方将腰、腿、脚、手从容放下，再照前行，阳即衰矣。如阳未衰，再行二、三遍。如初行时，阳未兴，勉强兴之方可行。夫人之所以有虚疾者，因年少欲心太盛，房事过多，水火不能相济，以致此疾。能行此法，不惟速去泄精之病，久而肾水上升，心火下降，即水火既济，永无病矣。
【熏洗痔疮】
五倍子、朴硝、桑寄生、莲房（又加荆芥）。
煎汤，先熏后洗。又冬瓜藤亦可。
【治痔漏补塞方】
乳香、没药、辰砂（各五分）、南星、麝香（各一钱）、轻粉（五分）、血竭（三分）、牛黄（三分）、冰片（二厘）、蟾酥（一钱）、斑蝥（七个）、信石（一两，先用五钱，以白矾一两盖于信上，火炼枯，生用五钱）。
以上为末糊丸，如大麦粒样锭子。每日以锭子药插入漏孔内，渐加或三、四锭，一七日住药，其肉自腐，去其瘀肉，每日用荆芥、薄荷、黄柏、葱、艾之类凉药沃洗，后敷以收口药，用乳香、没药、黄丹（各二钱）、轻粉（一钱）、血竭（三分）、白蜡（五钱）、赤石脂（五钱）。
以上为末，每用少许敷上，外用膏药贴之，一日一换。服药可用败毒散之类收功，后可服黄蜡解毒丸，用黄蜡三两化开，入雄黄一钱，白矾四两为末，不住手为丸，空心酒下二、三十丸。此千金不传之秘方也。
【经验胆槐丹】
十月以上取槐角子，拣肥嫩结实者，用新黄瓦盆二个如法固济，埋于背阴墙下，约二、三尺深，预先寻取黑牛胆五、六个，腊月八日取出槐子，装入胆内，高悬阴干，至次年清明日取出入好瓷瓶内盛放。每日空腹滚白汤吞服，初一日一粒，二日二粒，三日三粒，加至十五日十五粒，以后日减一粒，周而复始。不问远年近日，痔疮并皆服之，其效如神，亦能补虚。
【又方】用真正熊胆不拘多寡，略用麝少许研极细，填入疮口内，虽甚痛之而即愈。
【又方】治疗心气痛及胃脘诸痛。
抚芎（一钱）、肥栀子（十枚，去壳，姜汁浸炒，如用中大，连壳用）、香附（制，一钱）、红枣（三个，去核）、巴豆（三粒，去壳）。
上将巴豆填入枣内，文武火煨熟去枣皮，再入人参三钱为末，同擂一处凉一夜，丸如米大。每次服用五、七丸，烧酒送下立止。
【苍六散】
治疗下元虚损偏坠，肾茎疼痛。
好茅山苍术（六斤。一斤老米泔水浸二日夜；一斤酒浸三日夜，切片晒干；一斤斗子青盐半斤炒黄色，去盐不用；一斤小茴香四两炒黄色，去茴香不用；一斤大茴香四两炒黄黑色，去茴香不用；一斤桑椹子二斤取汁，制过晒干）。
[Processing Methods for Morinda Root and Other Herbs]
Morinda officinalis (Taste: pungent, sweet; Nature: slightly warm. Soak in a decoction of Lycium chinense fruit overnight, remove the core, then soak in wine for about one hour. Remove, wrap with Chrysanthemum flowers, and bake over charcoal until yellow. Discard the Chrysanthemum flowers, using only the processed Morinda.) Dipsacus asper (Taste: pungent, bitter; Nature: slightly warm. Soak in wine until soft, remove the hard tendons within the flesh, then stir-fry over low heat until half-dry and sun-dry for use.) Schisandra chinensis (Taste: sour; Nature: warm. Soak in honey-water, split into two halves with a copper knife, remove seeds, then soak in fermented rice water overnight, bake dry for use.) Poria cocos (Taste: sweet; Nature: neutral. Remove skin and tendons, grind into fine powder, place in a basin of water and stir. The floating parts are Poria tendons, which should be discarded and not used; accidental ingestion causes blurred vision and dimness, so it is strictly contraindicated.) Broussonetia papyrifera fruit (Taste: sweet; Nature: cold. Soak in water for three days, stir with a stick, keep the sinking parts and discard the floating ones. Then remove, sun-dry, soak in wine for one hour, filter, steam from Chen hour to Wu hour, and bake dry for use.) Cornus officinalis (Soak in warm water until soft, take the flesh and remove the pit. For every jin [approx. 500g] of material, obtain four liang [approx. 200g] of flesh. Bake slowly over low heat; it has the effect of securing essence and consolidating qi.) Prepared Rehmannia Root (Select fresh raw Rehmannia root, steam in a steamer made of willow wood. After cooling, mix with wine and steam again. Remove and dry. Repeat mixing with wine and steaming three to four times. Avoid contact with copper and iron vessels.) Cistanche deserticola (Wash clean, soak in clear wine overnight. Brush off sand, soil, and surface crust. Split open the center and remove a layer of white membrane resembling bamboo silk grass. Steam on rice from Wu hour to Wei hour, then roast with butter/suet until yellow for use.) Gansu Goji Berry (Remove the stem.) Fennel Fruit (Soak in wine overnight, remove, stir-fry dry for use.) Eucommia Bark (Remove bark, roast with butter/suet, stir-fry until no fibrous strands remain.)
Process all the above herbs according to the methods described, grind into fine powder, take equal parts, mix with flour paste prepared with wine to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, taken on an empty stomach with warm wine, or boiling plain water is also acceptable. After five days of administration, one will feel light-bodied; after ten days, spirit becomes refreshed; after twenty days, speech becomes resonant, hands and feet become agile; after one year, white hair turns black, and walking becomes swift. Long-term use eliminates hundred diseases and promotes longevity.
[Mystery-Transmitted Ten-Seed Pill]
Master Lü transmitted this formula to save people, capable of treating hundred diseases. When preparing the pills, observe fasting, purify body and bath, burn incense, and first offer sacrifices to Heaven, Earth, and ancestors. Choose an auspicious day marked by "Six Geng" to allow consumption. Take 50-60 pills per dose, on an empty stomach with light salt water, pressing down with dry food. After 100 days of administration, effects are boundless, adding essence and supplementing marrow, preventing aging and death. Specifically treats men's weak semen/erections and women's insufficient blood essence; harmonizes Yin and Yang, aids conception of both male and female offspring, with miraculous immediate response. Also treats Five Exhaustions and Seven Injuries, vague mind/spirit, nocturnal emission with dream intercourse, five hemorrhoids and seven hernias, and various deficiency diseases. For women with insufficient blood essence, replace Biota Seed with Cyperus Rhizome, and add Angelica Sinensis, Ligusticum Chuanxiong, Raw Rehmannia Root, and Prepared Rehmannia Root, each four liang. For men suffering from excessive alcohol and sexual indulgence leading to seminal emission and infertility, add Deer Antler Glue eight liang, Lianzhu, Morinda officinalis flesh, Cornus officinalis, Raw Rehmannia Root, Phellodendron Bark, Aurantium Fructus, and Polygonum multiflorum (steamed seven times), each four liang or two liang. Grind the total ten seeds into fine powder, refine honey to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Those fortunate enough to receive this formula possess a supreme treasure for saving the world and nourishing the body; do not transmit it recklessly to unworthy persons.
[Formula Composition]
Rubus chingii fruit, Lycium chinense fruit, Sophora japonica fruit (steamed seven times with Polygonum multiflorum), Mulberry fruit, Ilex aquifolium fruit (steam together, each eight liang), Myrobalan, Cuscuta seed (steam in wine, crush), Cnidium monnieri fruit, Schisandra chinensis (stir-fry dry), Biota seed (each four liang, crush first).
Grind the above into powder, adjust additions/subtractions as per the General Discussion, prepare and take as pills.
[Ginseng Paste]
Used to tonify after Taiyang disease treated with sweating, vomiting, or purging, and after performing the "Dao Cang Fa" (stomach content evacuation) method of vomiting and purging. Han Feixia stated: Refining Ginseng paste restores primordial Qi to the realm of non-being; this is the Kingly Way. It is also suitable for tonifying Lung deficiency cough. If Lung deficiency is accompanied by pathogenic fire, taking Ginseng paste alongside Asparagus cochinchinensis paste is excellent. Use good quality Ginseng, remove the rhizome, slice arbitrarily (one or two jin), place in a clay pot. Add water covering the herbs by the width of a hand back. Decoct over mild and strong fire until half the liquid remains. Pour into a jar. Decoct the dregs again similarly and combine in the jar. Repeat decotion three times. Stop when chewing the Ginseng dregs yields no taste. Filter the combined three decoctions to remove dregs, return to the clay pot, and slowly simmer over mild and strong fire to form a paste. One jin of Ginseng yields approximately one rice bowl of paste. Once formed, place in a bowl; after one night, a layer of clear water will float on top, which should be removed, keeping only the thick paste.
[Atractylodes Macrocephala Paste]
Use high-quality Zhejiang Atractylodes macrocephala. Decoction method is the same as Ginseng Paste.
[Dong Quai and Rehmannia Paste]
Angelica sinensis one jin, Raw Rehmannia root one jin. Both chopped with a bamboo knife. Decoct using the same method as Ginseng Paste. Anyone making paste must be patient, neither hurried nor slow, preventing scorching or overflowing. Store paste in clean porcelain jars. Steam once every three or four days over a rice cooker to prevent white mold spots. Dosage should be adjusted according to one's own judgment. If feeling Qi deficiency due to excessive talking, anger, or labor, causing shortness of spirit and disjointed speech, take Ginseng Paste. If feeling Spleen-Stomach disharmony and loss of appetite, take Atractylodes Paste. If blood deficiency leads to sores, dry itchy skin, spontaneous sweating, or seminal emission, take more Dong Quai Paste. Use these three alternately in daily life. If too bitter, add one or two spoons of refined honey.
[Atractylodes Lancea Paste]
Preserves essence and consolidates Qi, unblocks the twenty-four pulse gates, flows through all hair follicles. After half a month of use, essence is full, Qi is abundant, Yuan Yang is vigorous. Tonifies the Dantian, reduces Ministerial Fire, Yin declines while Yang grows. Treats men with cold sperm and impotence, women with cold uterus and infertility. After one month of use, the face resembles that of a child.
[Atractylodes Lancea Paste Formula]
Atractylodes lancea (ten jin, soak in rice washing water overnight, remove skin, pound into mud. Boil in a large pot with two buckets of water over strong fire until about ten bowls remain. Cool, filter through silk cloth to remove dregs, put into porcelain jar with other herbs): Panax ginseng, Raw Rehmannia root, Prepared Rehmannia root, Phellodendron amurense bark, Polygala tenuifolia root (each four liang), Eucommia ulmoides bark (stir-fried), Ligusticum chuanxiong, Walnut kernel, Zanthoxylum bungeanum, Croton seed (each four liang), Crushed green salt (two liang), Crushed cinnabar (one liang), Angelica sinensis (four liang), Eclipta prostrata juice (two liang), Honey (two jin), Ginger juice (four liang).
Mix all herbs into the previously prepared Atractylodes Lancea paste, seal tightly in a porcelain jar. Boil in a large pot for the time it takes to burn an incense stick ("Xiang Yu Zhu"). Bury underground for seven days. Take on an empty stomach daily with one cup of wine or plain water.
[Formula for Treating Long-standing Paralysis]
Someone suffered from this for eighteen years and was cured by this formula.
Sophora japonica branch, Willow branch, Paper mulberry branch, Eggplant branch, Eastern White Mugwort. Each one jin. Decoct in three large buckets of water. Immerse and wash in a tall, wide basin. Add hot water as it cools. Cover with blankets to induce heavy sweating. Avoid wind for twenty-one days. If not cured, wash again.
[Formula for Treating Knee-Crane Disease]
Head grain distiller's grains (four liang), Soap (two pieces, remove seeds), Mirabilite, Schisandra chinensis (remove ash), Rock sugar (each one liang).
Mix with half a cup of ginger juice, apply to knees. If dry, add distilled liquor and rub. Cured in ten days.
[Tea Substitute]
Take in summer to replace tea, strengthens Spleen and stops thirst.
Atractylodes macrocephala (1.5 qian), Ophiopogon japonicus (1 qian, remove heart).
Decoct as soup to drink as tea. One cup equals three cups of tea. Drinking too much tea in summer causes diarrhea; Atractylodes strengthens Spleen and dries dampness, Ophiopogon generates fluids and stops thirst.
[Four-Preparation Pill] (Also known as Er Miao Pill)
Nourishes Yin, descends Fire, opens appetite, eliminates dampness throughout the body.
Phellodendron amurense bark (Four preparations: peel off, one jin roasted ten times with butter/suet, one jin soaked ten times in milk, one jin soaked ten times in children's urine, one jin soaked ten times in rice washing water; each baked dry and powdered). Un-oiled Atractylodes lancea (chopped slices one jin, use four liang), Zanthoxylum bungeanum (stir-fried, four liang), Croton seed (stir-fried, four liang), Ligusticum chuanxiong (stir-fried, as needed).
Take the four stir-fried herbs above, mix with Atractylodes lancea and Phellodendron bark into powder. Refine honey to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills per dose: morning with wine, noon with tea soup, evening with plain water. Use six jin of Phellodendron bark, scraped clean to yield four jin net weight. Use one and a half jin of Atractylodes lancea, soaked in rice washing water, peeled to yield one jin net weight.
[Mountain Spirit Pill]
Strengthens Spleen, eliminates dampness, extinguishes Fire, resolves phlegm.
Atractylodes lancea (two jin, soak in rice washing water for three days, scrape coarse skin with bamboo knife, slice and air-dry for use), Lycium chinense fruit (one jin), Lycium barbarum root bark (one jin), Mulberry fruit (one dou, extract juice, remove dregs, soak Atractylodes slices in juice until penetrated, remove and sun-dry; repeat nine times, then beat into fine powder with wooden mallet).
Grind into powder, mix thoroughly with Atractylodes lancea powder. Refine honey to form pills the size of marbles. Take one or two pills per dose with boiling plain water.
[Immortal Meeting Pill] (Also known as One Grain Golden Pill)
Governor Wang Jinglue, during his appointment in Guangdong in the first year of Kaithong, suddenly contracted mountain miasma, causing abdominal distension. With no medicine available, he posted notices seeking help. A Daoist priest appeared, claiming he could cure this. He provided one pill. After taking it, the patient passed a snake-like object about one chi long. The formula was kept, described as a true treasure for saving the world. The priest vanished into smoke. Governor Wang recovered. This formula has been passed down. All human diseases arise from excesses in hunger/fullness, alcohol, food, and cold/raw items, damaging the Spleen and Stomach, causing chest/abdominal distension, vomiting acid, sallow complexion, emaciation, reduced appetite, and intestinal masses. Initially unnoticed, they become major ailments over time. This medicine treats Five Exhaustions and Seven Injuries, various劳嗽 (laborious coughs), expectoration, hemoptysis in men and women, reverse flow vomiting, coughing/wheezing, wind obstruction with phlegm saliva/cold tears, runny nose, watery diarrhea/dysentery, heart/abdominal pain, jaundice from alcohol/food, water qi, undigested food, left/right paralysis, thirty-six types of wind, seventy-two types of wind. It moistens the Triple Burner, supplements essence and Qi, calms the Five Viscera, secures soul and spirit, strengthens sinews and bones, benefits Yuan Yang, widens chest/diaphragm, warms waist/knees, stops pain, darkens beard/hair, stabilizes teeth, clarifies eyes, reverses aging, makes movement light and agile. [Immortal Meeting Pill Formula]
Otter penis (Asiatic otter genitalia), Opium (each two fen), Borneol, Cinnabar (each two fen), Musk, Silkworm pupae (each one fen).
Grind into powder, place in a porcelain bowl. Separately, boil Shegan herb (Belamcanda chinensis) in two zhong of fire wine until reduced to eight parts. Pour into the bowl. Place the bowl in water and boil over charcoal fire four or five times. Remove, form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds, coat with gold foil. Take one pill per dose, chewed with rock sugar or pear and swallowed.

Coptis chinensis (three qian), Panax ginseng (1.5 qian).
Decoct in one and a half cups of water until seven parts remain. Take warm. Consciousness returns immediately upon ingestion.
[Cangmu Pill]
Strengthens Spleen, eliminates dampness, ensures longevity. Ancient saying: "If you wish for longevity, you must eat Mountain Spirit," referring to this.
Maoshan Atractylodes lancea (one jin, soak in rice washing water overnight, sun-dry), Cloud White Poria cocos (six liang, remove skin).
Grind into powder. Cook with flowing water from the east, use Shenqu (Medicated Leaven) to make paste for pills the size of mung beans. Take 70-80 pills with boiling water early in the morning.
[Treating Constant Hunger Despite Eating]
Use Mung bean, Glutinous rice, Yellow wheat, each one sheng. Stir-fry until cooked, grind together into powder. Take one cup per dose, mixed with boiling water. Effective in three to five days.
[Yusheng Cake]
Euryale ferox seed (remove pit), White Chinese Yam, Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos (white variety, remove skin), Panax ginseng, Lotus seed (remove heart, each eight liang).
Grind into powder. Mix with three sheng of glutinous rice flour and one jin of white honey. Steam into paste, bake dry. Mix with boiling plain water to take. Amount unrestricted, take when hungry.
[Hupo Powder]
Very effective in expelling parasites and removing accumulation.
Black Qian Niu (one liang), Areca nut (one liang).
Form into dosage form. Avoid using rock sugar. Mix with soup and take three qian. It is best to wait until parasite accumulation is visible before resuming normal diet.
[Pie Paste]
Burret joint (Sanleng), Tangerine peel, Lycium barbarum root bark, Scutellaria baicalensis, Coptis chinensis, Trogopterus dung (Wulingzhi), Sophora flavescens root, Scrophularia ningpoensis, Red Peony root, Liangtoujian, Aconitum carmichaelii (Caowu), Cyperus rotundus, Angelica sinensis, Angelica dahurica, Rhubarb (each three qian), Momordica cochinchinensis seed (sixteen pieces, remove shell), Calomel, Croton seed (forty-nine pieces, remove shell and coat), Frankincense, Myrrh, Musk, Dragon's blood, Ferula resin (each one qian), Sesame oil (one jin four liang), Lead tetroxide (ten liang, refined, baked dry).
First, put sesame oil in a copper pot. Add the eighteen coarse herbs sliced into the oil. Slowly fry over mulberry wood fire until black-yellow. Filter to remove dregs. Then add lead tetroxide. Stir continuously with locust/willow branches for a thousand turns. Test by dropping oil into water to see if it forms beads. Remove from fire. Add fine herbs and mix evenly. Store to remove fire toxicity. Apply using silk cloth. Change once daily. If itching occurs, remove and roast a clean cloth shoe sole until no longer itchy, then reapply. Let the medicine fall off naturally when its power is exhausted; do not forcibly peel it off. Preparation requires a clean room and avoidance taboos. Strictly avoid all cold, raw, greasy, and stimulating foods.
[Moxibustion Formula for Treating Pie Accumulation]
Tie a double thread to an old Kaiyuan coin. Hang around the neck at an appropriate position. Let the coin hang down from the chest, aligning the coin hole with the navel. Tie the upper end of the thread to the throat. Let it hang down from the back to the coin hole aligned with the navel. Mark the center of the hole with ink. Mark the two sides of the coin with ink. Remove the coin. Draw a cross on the paper where the coin was, marking the points corresponding to the ink marks on the coin's sides. Moxibustion on each of these two points for ten-plus moxa cones. Take other medicines subsequently. The pie accumulation will dissipate rapidly.
[Phlegm Resolving Pill]
Luffa cylindrica stem (Tianluosi), burnt to retain character, ground into fine powder. Form pills with jujube pulp, size of marbles. Take one pill per dose with good wine. Resolves phlegm immediately.
[Formula for Cough]
White sugar (crushed, layered with raw radish slices in a container for two to three days until flavors merge). Eat evenly, chew finely at any time. Cough resolves spontaneously in two to three nights.
[Formula for Treating White Turbidity]
Dioscorea hypoglauca rhizome (Chuanbi), Phellodendron amurense bark (wine-fried), Ophiopogon japonicus, Polygala tenuifolia root (remove heart), Cuscuta seed (processed), Schisandra chinensis (equal parts).
Add five leaves of bamboo and ten stems of rush. Add a small amount of Rhubarb. Decoct in half a zhong of water until one zhong remains. Take warm on an empty stomach.

Filter through cloth. Add two jin of good winter honey. Slowly simmer over charcoal fire to form paste. Wait several days to reduce fire nature. Take one or two spoons per dose, mixed with plain water on an empty stomach. Fire control is difficult; first weigh the empty clay pot, then weigh the Schisandra juice and honey. Simmer until approximately two jin four liang remains.

At midnight (Zi hour) when Yang is rising, lie supine. Close eyes and mouth, press tongue against palate. Arch the waist. Use left middle finger to press the Weilü point (between scrotum and anus). Make right hand into a fist, pressing thumb against the base of the ring finger. Extend both legs, curl toes upward. Focus mind on Qi moving up the spine and back of head to the crown, then slowly descending to the Dantian. Gently lower waist, legs, feet, and hands. Repeat. Yang will decline. If not declined, repeat two or three times. If Yang does not rise initially, stimulate it artificially to proceed. Deficiency diseases in humans arise from excessive desire in youth and excessive sexual activity, causing Water and Fire to fail to interact. Practicing this method not only quickly stops seminal leakage, but over time raises Kidney Water and lowers Heart Fire, achieving Water-Fire Jiji (interaction), ensuring permanent health.

Frankincense, Myrrh, Cinnabar (each five fen), Arisaema cum Bile (Nanxing), Musk (each one qian), Calomel (five fen), Dragon's blood (three fen), Bovine calculus (Niuhuang) (three fen), Borneol (two li), Toad venom (Chansu) (one qian), Mustard beetle (Banmao) (seven pieces), Realgar/Xingshi (one liang, first use five qian, cover with one liang of alum, calcine until dry, use five qian raw).
Grind into powder, use paste to form pellets the size of barley grains. Insert pellet into fistula daily, gradually increasing to three or four pellets. Stop medication after seven days. Necrotic tissue will slough off. Clean daily with cool herbs like Schizonepeta, Mentha, Phellodendron, Scallion, and Mugwort. In October or later, select plump, solid Sophora japonica fruits. Use two new yellow earthenware basins, seal them properly, bury under a north-facing wall about two to three chi deep. Prepare five or six black ox gallbladders. On the eighth day of the twelfth lunar month, take out the Sophora fruits, insert them into the gallbladders. Hang high to dry in shade. On Qingming Festival of the next year, take out and store in a good porcelain jar. Take on an empty stomach daily with boiling plain water.
