Grind the ingredients into powder, mix and pound with refined honey until extremely fine. Form each half tael of medicine into ten pills, coated with gold foil. Take one pill before going to bed and on an empty stomach; chew it thoroughly, and swallow with warm wine, tea, or clear broth as preferred. Administer according to the location of the disease (upper or lower) and relative to meals (before or after eating). For headache, crush the pill and take with tea. For sudden stroke in men and women, characterized by loss of consciousness, facial paralysis (deviation of mouth and eyes), trismus (lockjaw), aphonia (loss of voice), excessive salivation, and muscle spasms, dissolve one pill in good wine before bedtime, then sleep immediately. Upon waking, if sweating occurs profusely like a paste, the patient's hand will spontaneously relax and open. At dawn, have someone support them to walk.
