治
一杖毕，即饮童便和酒，免血攻心。用热豆腐铺在杖紫色处，其气如蒸，其腐即紫，复易之，须得紫色
散尽，转淡红为度。或只用葱切烂炒焦，搭患处，冷则再易，以血散为度。又法，用凤仙花科连根带叶捣烂涂
患处，如干又涂，一夜血散即愈。如冬月无鲜者，秋间收，阴干为末，水和涂之，一名金凤花。又法，
并打伤皮不破，内损者，用萝卜捣烂罨之。又法，用大黄末，童便调敷之。又法，用猪胆汁涂之。又法，
用真绿豆粉微炒，鸡子清刷之。
方
化瘀散 治杖打重血上攻心。
苏木（三钱） 红花（二钱） 归尾（三钱） 大黄（二钱）
上共为末，童便一钟，黄酒一钟，煎至一钟，热服。
退血止痛散 治杖后肿痛瘀血不散，气血攻心，或憎寒壮热。
归尾 赤芍药 生地 白芷 防风 荆芥 羌活 连翘 黄芩
黄连 黄柏 大黄 栀子 薄荷 枳壳 桔梗 知母 石膏 车前子 甘草（各等分）
上锉一剂，水煎服。
八仙过海（黄宾江传） 治杖打极重，血沁裆，不治即死。
半夏（姜汁炒） 巴豆霜 当归 乳香 没药 硼砂 血蝎 土鳖（倍用）
上各等分，为细末，每服八厘，好酒送下。
金箔散（刘文庵传） 治杖打极重，痛不可忍，昏闷欲死者。
白蜡（一两，生研） 乳香（三钱） 没药（三钱） 金箔（二十帖） 银箔（二十帖）
上为末，每服二钱，温酒调服。
补气生血汤 治杖后溃烂久不愈者。
人参 白术（炒，倍） 茯苓 当归 芍药 熟地黄 陈皮 香附 贝母 桔梗 甘草
往来寒热，加柴胡、地骨皮。口干，加五味子、麦门冬。
脓清加黄 。脓多加川芎。肌肉迟生，加白蔹、肉桂。
杖疮膏（丁望海传）
密陀僧（四两） 香油（八两）
上为末，同入锅内，文武火熬，用柳条数根，一顺勤搅，不要住手，待熬成黑色，滴水成珠，油纸
摊贴患处，当时疼止，拘流脓水，自然生肉。如有疔甲，贴药即止。又治顽疮、大泡 疮，神效。
不二膏（吴应峰传）
大黄（一两） 黄柏（一两） 黄连（一两） 乳香（一钱） 没药（一钱） 轻粉（一钱）
血蝎（二钱） 孩儿茶（二钱） 片脑（二分） 水银（三钱，用官粉三分，吐涎以银磨）
上为末，合和，以猪脂四两，炼去渣，入黄蜡一两，再煎，滤过入药，柳条搅匀，随疮大小摊纸贴之。
白龙膏（陈仪宾传） 治杖疮及远年近日一切顽疮。
黄蜡（二两） 黄香（二两，为末，去黑渣不用） 香油（三两，顿温） 乳香（末，五分） 没药（末，五分）
上先将蜡入瓷碗内，慢火化开，用箸敲碗边，续续入黄、香、乳、没，取碗离火，入温香
油于内，搅匀待冷，入水缸内，去火毒，三日取出，油单纸摊药贴患处，立效。
鬼代丹
乳香 没药 自然铜（火 ，醋淬） 木鳖子（去壳） 无名异 地龙（去土，各等分）
上为末，炼蜜丸如弹子大，每服一丸，温酒下，打着不痛。
寄杖散（王少泉传）
用白蜡一两，细细切烂，滚酒淬入碗内服之，打着不痛。
治疗：
每受杖刑一次，立即饮用童便混合酒，以避免瘀血攻心。用热豆腐敷在杖打后呈现紫色的部位，热气如同蒸腾，豆腐变紫后即更换，必须等到紫色完全消散，转为淡红色为止。或者只用葱切碎炒焦，敷在患处，冷了再换，以瘀血散尽为度。另一种方法，用凤仙花连根带叶捣烂涂在患处，干了再涂，一夜之间瘀血散开即可痊愈。如果是冬季没有新鲜的，可在秋季采收，阴干研成粉末，用水调和涂抹，又名金凤花。又一种方法，对于被打伤但皮肤未破、内部受损的情况，用萝卜捣烂外敷。又一种方法，用大黄粉末，童便调匀后敷贴。又一种方法，用猪胆汁涂抹。又一种方法，用真绿豆粉轻微炒制，用鸡蛋清刷涂。
方剂：
化瘀散：治疗杖打严重导致瘀血上攻心脏。
苏木（三钱） 红花（二钱） 当归尾（三钱） 大黄（二钱）
以上药物共研为末，用一杯童便、一杯黄酒，煎煮至一杯量，趁热服用。
退血止痛散：治疗杖打后肿痛、瘀血不散，气血上攻心脏，或出现怕冷高热症状。
当归尾 赤芍药 生地黄 白芷 防风 荆芥 羌活 连翘 黄芩
黄连 黄柏 大黄 栀子 薄荷 枳壳 桔梗 知母 石膏 车前子 甘草（各等分）
以上药物锉碎为一剂，用水煎服。
八仙过海（黄宾江传授）：治疗杖打极重，血液渗入裆部，不治疗就会死亡。
半夏（姜汁炒） 巴豆霜 当归 乳香 没药 硼砂 血竭 土鳖虫（加倍使用）
以上药物各取等分，研成细末，每次服用八厘，用好酒送服。
金箔散（刘文庵传授）：治疗杖打极重，疼痛难以忍受，昏闷欲死的情况。
白蜡（一两，生研） 乳香（三钱） 没药（三钱） 金箔（二十帖） 银箔（二十帖）
以上药物研为末，每次服用二钱，用温酒调服。
补气生血汤：治疗杖打后溃烂长期不愈合的情况。
人参 白术（炒，用量加倍） 茯苓 当归 芍药 熟地黄 陈皮 香附 贝母 桔梗 甘草
若出现往来寒热，加柴胡、地骨皮。若口干，加五味子、麦门冬。
若脓液清澈，加黄芪。若脓液增多，加川芎。若肌肉生长缓慢，加白蔹、肉桂。
杖疮膏（丁望海传授）
密陀僧（四两） 香油（八两）
以上药物研为末，一同放入锅内，用文武火熬制，用柳条数根，顺着同一方向勤快搅拌，不要停手，待熬成黑色，滴水成珠状时，用油纸摊开贴在患处，当时疼痛停止，拘束流脓水，自然长出新肉。如果有疔甲，贴药即止。又治疗顽疮、大泡疮，效果神奇。
不二膏（吴应峰传授）
大黄（一两） 黄柏（一两） 黄连（一两） 乳香（一钱） 没药（一钱） 轻粉（一钱）
血竭（二钱） 孩儿茶（二钱） 片脑（二分） 水银（三钱，用官粉三分，吐涎法处理后用银器研磨）
以上药物研为末，混合均匀，用四两猪脂，炼去渣滓，加入一两黄蜡，再煎，过滤后加入药物，用柳条搅拌均匀，根据疮口大小摊在纸上贴敷。
白龙膏（陈仪宾传授）：治疗杖疮及多年近日一切顽疮。
黄蜡（二两） 黄香（二两，研为末，去掉黑色渣滓不用） 香油（三两，一次性温热） 乳香（末，五分） 没药（末，五分）
以上先将蜡放入瓷碗内，慢火化开，用筷子敲击碗边，陆续加入黄、香、乳、没，将碗离开火源，加入温香油在内，搅拌均匀待冷，放入水缸中，去除火毒，三天后取出，用油单纸摊药贴在患处，立刻见效。
鬼代丹
乳香 没药 自然铜（火煅，醋淬） 木鳖子（去壳） 无名异 地龙（去土，各等分）
以上药物研为末，炼蜜制成如弹子大的丸药，每次服用一丸，用温酒送下，被打处不再疼痛。
Treatment:
Immediately after each stroke of the cane, drink child's urine mixed with wine to prevent blood stasis from attacking the heart. Apply hot tofu to the purplish areas caused by the beating; as the heat steams and the tofu turns purple, replace it immediately. Continue this until the purple discoloration completely dissipates and turns a pale red. Alternatively, chop green onions finely, stir-fry until scorched, and apply to the affected area. Replace when cool, continuing until the blood stasis disperses. Another method involves crushing whole *Impatiens balsamina* L. (Fengxianhua, 凤仙花) plants, including roots and leaves, and applying the paste to the lesion. Reapply if it dries out; the injury will heal overnight once the stasis disperses. If fresh plants are unavailable in winter, harvest them in autumn, dry them in the shade, grind into powder, and mix with water for application; this plant is also known as Jin Feng Hua (Golden Phoenix Flower). For blunt trauma where the skin remains intact but internal damage exists, apply crushed radish externally. Another method uses Rhubarb powder (*Dahuang*, 大黄) mixed with child's urine for topical application. Another method involves applying pig bile. Yet another method uses lightly fried true mung bean flour brushed onto the area with egg white.
Formulas:
Hua Yu San (Blood-Dispersing Powder): Treats severe beating resulting in blood stasis attacking the heart.
* Sappan Wood (*Sumu*, 苏木) - 3 qian
* Safflower (*Honghua*, 红花) - 2 qian
* Tail of Angelica Sinensis (*Guiwei*, 归尾) - 3 qian
* Rhubarb (*Dahuang*, 大黄) - 2 qian
Grind all ingredients into powder. Decoct one cup of child's urine and one cup of yellow wine together until reduced to one cup. Take hot.
Tui Xue Zhi Tong San (Blood-Resolving and Pain-Relieving Powder): Treats swelling, pain, and persistent blood stasis after beating, where qi and blood attack the heart, or where there is aversion to cold with high fever.

Crush the herbs into pieces for one dose. Decoct in water and take orally.
Ba Xian Guo Hai (Eight Immortals Cross the Sea) [Transmitted by Huang Binjiang]: Treats extremely severe beating where blood seeps into the groin area; without treatment, death ensues.
* Pinellia Tuber (*Banxia*, 半夏), stir-fried with ginger juice

Take equal parts of each ingredient, grind into fine powder. Take 8 li per dose, washed down with good wine.
Jin Bo San (Gold Leaf Powder) [Transmitted by Liu Wen'an]: Treats extremely severe beating with unbearable pain, leading to faintness and a sensation of impending death.
* White Beeswax (*Baila*, 白蜡), 1 liang, ground raw
* Frankincense (*Ruxiang*, 乳香), 3 qian
* Myrrh (*Moyao*, 没药), 3 qian
* Gold Leaf (*Jinbo*, 金箔), 20 sheets
* Silver Leaf (*Yinbo*, 银箔), 20 sheets
Grind all ingredients into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine.
Bu Qi Sheng Xue Tang (Qi-Nourishing and Blood-Generating Decoction): Treats ulcers from beating that fail to heal for a long time.

Add Bupleurum Root (*Chaihu*, 柴胡) and Groundcherry Root (*Digupi*, 地骨皮) if there are alternating chills and fever. Add Schisandra Berry (*Wuweizi*, 五味子) and Ophiopogon Tuber (*Maimendong*, 麦门冬) if there is dry mouth.
Add Astragalus Root (*Huangqi*, 黄芪) if the pus is clear. Add Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (*Chuanxiong*, 川芎) if there is excessive pus. Add Belamcanda Rhizome (*Bailian*, 白蔹) and Cinnamon Twig (*Rougui*, 肉桂) if muscle regeneration is slow.
Zhang Chuang Gao (Cane Wound Ointment) [Transmitted by Ding Wanghai]
* Lead Monoxide (*Mituo seng*, 密陀僧), 4 liang
* Sesame Oil (*Xiangyou*, 香油), 8 liang
Grind into powder and place together in a pot. Heat using moderate fire. Stir constantly in one direction with several willow twigs without stopping. Cook until black and drops form pearls when tested in water. Spread on oil paper and apply to the affected area. Pain stops immediately, discharge is regulated, and new flesh grows naturally. It also stops leech-like sores. It is also effective for stubborn sores and large blisters.
Bu Er Gao (Unparalleled Ointment) [Transmitted by Wu Yingfeng]
* Rhubarb (*Dahuang*, 大黄), 1 liang
* Phellodendron Bark (*Huangbai*, 黄柏), 1 liang
* Coptis Rhizome (*Huanglian*, 黄连), 1 liang
* Frankincense (*Ruxiang*, 乳香), 1 qian
* Myrrh (*Moyao*, 没药), 1 qian
* Calomel (*Qingfen*, 轻粉), 1 qian
* Dragon's Blood (*Xuexie*, 血蝎), 2 qian
* Child's Tea (*Haiercha*, 孩儿茶), 2 qian
* Borneol (*Pian nao*, 片脑), 2 fen
* Mercury (*Shuiyin*, 水银), 3 qian (processed by vomiting saliva method with 3 qian of refined starch, then ground with silver)
Grind all ingredients into powder and mix well. Melt 4 liang of lard, remove dregs, add 1 liang of beeswax, and boil again. Filter and add the medicinal powder. Stir evenly with a willow twig. Spread on paper according to the size of the sore and apply.
Bai Long Gao (White Dragon Ointment) [Transmitted by Chen Yibin]: Treats cane wounds and all stubborn sores, both old and recent.
* Beeswax (*Huangla*, 黄蜡), 2 liang
* Yellow Rosin (*Huangxiang*, 黄香), 2 liang (ground into powder, discard black dregs)
* Sesame Oil (*Xiangyou*, 香油), 3 liang (warmed at once)
* Frankincense (*Ruxiang*, 乳香), powdered, 5 fen
* Myrrh (*Moyao*, 没药), powdered, 5 fen
First, melt the wax in a porcelain bowl over low heat. Tap the side of the bowl with chopsticks and gradually add the rosin, frankincense, and myrrh. Remove the bowl from the heat source, add the warm sesame oil, and stir evenly. Allow to cool, then immerse in a water vat to remove "fire toxicity." After three days, remove. Spread the ointment on oil paper and apply to the affected area for immediate effect.
Gui Dai Dan

* Natural Pyrite (*Ziran tong*, 自然铜), calcined and quenched in vinegar
* Momordica Cochinchinensis Seed (*Mubiezi*, 木鳖子), shell removed

Grind into powder and make pills with refined honey the size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose with warm wine. This stops pain from blows.
Ji Zhang San [Transmitted by Wang Shaoquan]
Take 1 liang of white beeswax, cut finely, and quench in boiling wine in a bowl. Consume orally. This stops pain from blows.
