Formula: Yi Nian Jin (One Pinch of Gold)
Treats pediatric wind-phlegm with foaming, wheezing, cough, abdominal distension, and loss of appetite.

The symptoms described include lung distension with fullness and wheezing, elevated chest with rapid breathing, pulsation in the two hypochondriac regions with sunken depressions, flaring of the nostrils, mental restlessness, cough with thirst, hoarseness or aphonia, and tidal accumulation of saliva and phlegm. Commonly known as "Ma Pi Feng" (Horse Spleen Wind). If not treated urgently, death may occur within a day or night.
