各取净末。用杜仲四两。熬膏为丸。每服四钱。酒下。
（治心肾不交。彻夜无寐。骨蒸汗泄。阴阳两亏诸症。）
川连（二两） 肉桂（一两） 炙甘草（五钱）
各取净末。蜜丸。每晚服三钱。酒下。
（治一切风痹挛痿。腰膝酸楚。筋脉不通。周身疼痛。并遗精白浊诸症。）
熟地（八两） 麦冬（四两） 萸肉（八钱） 龙骨（一两） 元参 南沙参（各三两）
牛膝 虎骨
各取末。用南枣六两。去皮核煮烂。同熟地杵膏为丸。每服三钱。酒下。
（治诸虚百损。）
玉竹 黄 （蜜炙） 白术（土炒各一斤） 熟地（酒洗） 枸杞子（酒洗各八两）
上方。文火煎熬成膏。每早晚二钱。用酒一杯。或开水一杯。调下。
（治经年头疼。终朝眩晕。诸虚百损。火嗽潮热等症。）

方剂首论内伤病症。内伤病证中有由内部七情（喜、怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊）所伤者；有由外部六气（风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火）侵袭所致者。不仅如此，凡是饮食不节、劳倦过度、气机郁结，都是外因触动而损伤内脏；凡是风痹、淫湿等邪气，都是积滞于体内而表现于体表。况且元气日益薄弱，真精容易耗损。

将上述药材取纯净粉末，用杜仲四两熬制成膏，作为丸药。每次服用四钱，用酒送服。

将上述药材取纯净粉末，用蜂蜜制成丸药。每晚服用三钱，用酒送服。
（治疗各种风痹引起的痉挛痿软、腰膝酸楚、筋脉不通、全身疼痛，以及遗精、白浊等各种症状。）

将上述药材研成粉末，用南枣六两，去皮去核煮烂，同熟地一起捣烂成膏，制成丸药。每次服用三钱，用酒送服。

The formula section begins with internal disorders. Internal injuries include those caused by the seven emotions (joy, anger, worry, thought, sadness, fear, and fright) arising from within, and those caused by the six climatic factors (wind, cold, summer-heat, dampness, dryness, and fire) invading from without. Furthermore, improper diet, overexertion, and qi stagnation are external triggers that damage the interior organs; whereas wind-bi and excessive dampness accumulate internally and manifest externally. Moreover, yuan qi (original qi) becomes increasingly deficient day by day, and zhen jing (true essence) is easily depleted.
(Treats kidney deficiency causing lower back pain, emaciation, weakness, and various related symptoms.)
Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Yi Ren (Coicis Semen), Sha Yuan Zi (Astragali Complanati Semen) [each 2 liang]
Take the purified powders of each. Use Du Zhong (Eucommiae Cortex) 4 liang, decocted into a paste to form pills. Take 4 qian per dose, washed down with wine.
(Treats heart-kidney non-interaction, insomnia throughout the night, bone-steaming tidal sweating, yin-yang dual deficiency, and various related symptoms.)
Chuan Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma) [2 liang], Rou Gui (Cinnamomi Cortex) [1 liang], Zhi Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparatum) [5 qian]
Take the purified powders of each. Form pills with honey. Take 3 qian every night, washed down with wine.
(Treats all types of wind-bi causing spasms and flaccidity, soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, unpatent sinews and vessels, whole-body pain, as well as spermatorrhea and leukorrhea-like turbidity.)
Shu Di (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata) [8 liang], Mai Dong (Ophiopogonis Tuber) [4 liang], Yu Rou (Corni Fructus) [8 qian], Long Gu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Scapulae) [1 liang], Yuan Shen (Scrophulariae Radix), Nan Sha Shen (Adenophorae Radix) [each 3 liang], Niu Xi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Hu Gu (Pantheris Os)
Take the powders of each. Use Nan Zao (Jujubae Fructus) 6 liang, remove skin and pits, boil until soft, then mash together with Shu Di into a paste to form pills. Take 3 qian per dose, washed down with wine.
(Treats various deficiencies and hundred damages.)
Yu Zhu (Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma), Huang Qi (Astragali Radix) [honey-fried], Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) [soil-stir-fried, each 1 jin], Shu Di (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata) [wine-washed], Gou Qi Zi (Lycii Fructus) [wine-washed, each 8 liang]
Decoct the above formulas with gentle heat into a paste. Take 2 qian morning and evening, mixed with one cup of wine or one cup of boiled water.
(Treats chronic headache, constant dizziness, various deficiencies and hundred damages, fire-cough, and tidal fever.)
Shu Di (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata) [10 liang], Yu Rou (Corni Fructus) [4 liang], Bei Wu Wei (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus), Mai Dong (Ophiopogonis Tuber), Gan Ju (Chrysanthemi Flos) [each 2 liang], Chuan Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Yuan Shen (Scrophulariae Radix), Shan Yao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma), Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) [each 3 liang]
Take the powders of each. Form pills with honey. Take 3 qian per dose, washed down with salt water.
