（治疗头面、耳部及周身突然生出黄色粟粒状皮疹，破溃后流出脂水，顷刻间蔓延扩大，多伴有疼痛和瘙痒。此因日晒风吹，突然感受湿邪，或因内伤湿热之物，风动火生所致。）

Panzeris Squama (Zhi, prepared Pangolin Scales) 16 liang, Rhubarb 16 liang, Alum 16 liang; Almond Paste 8 liang, Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Dongguishen, Dang Gui body) 8 liang, Chuanxiong Rhizome 4 liang.
Grind each ingredient into a pure fine powder. Form pills using the water-pellet method. Take 3 qian per dose, swallowed with plain boiled water.
(Treats all types of fire sores and bullous impetigo/Tianpao Chuang.)
Gypsum Fibrosum 4 liang; Indigo Naturalis 1 liang 2 qian, Phellodendri Cortex 1 liang 2 qian; Well Mud (sun-dried) 8 qian.
Grind each ingredient into a pure powder, mix finely and uniformly, and store. Apply externally by mixing with juice of Rehmanniae Radix (Sheng Dihuang).
Use bean pod shells, burn to ash, and apply mixed with rapeseed oil. Alternatively, use lotus seedpod shell ash applied with well water. Both are effective.
(Treats sudden appearance of yellow millet-like papules on the head, face, ears, and entire body, which rupture and exude serous fluid, spreading rapidly within moments, often accompanied by pain and itching. This is caused by sun exposure and wind, sudden contraction of dampness, or internal injury from damp-heat inducing substances, leading to wind stirring and fire generating.)
Gypsum Fibrosum ( ) 1 liang; Tridacnitis Concha (Ge Fen, Clam Shell Powder) 1 liang; Phellodendri Cortex (raw ground) 5 qian, Arecae Catechu 5 qian.
Grind together into an extremely fine powder. Apply externally mixed with sesame oil. Complete recovery in one to two days.

Rehmanniae Radix (Da Shengdi) 3 qian, Polygoni Multiflori Radix Rubra (Chishouwu) 3 qian; Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Dongguishen) 1 qian 5 fen, Flos Lonicerae Japonicae (Jing Yinhuajin) 1 qian 5 fen, Paeoniae Radix Alba (Chao Baishao, stir-fried White Peony Root) 1 qian 5 fen; Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Sheng Gancao, raw Licorice Root) 6 fen, Chuanxiong Rhizome ( ).
Decoct in water, add one cup of wine, take one dose every other day.
Sophorae Flavescentis Radix 6 qian; Kochiae Fructus 2 liang; Zanthoxyli Pericarpium 1 qian 5 fen.
Hibisci Mutabilis Folium 6 qan; Chrysanthemi Indici Folium 6 qian; Schizonepetae Spica 1 qian; Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Sheng Gancao, raw Licorice Root) 2 qian; Flos Lonicerae Japonicae 3 qian.
Grind into an extremely fine powder. Mix with tea oil and rub frequently onto the affected area. Using fresh Hibiscus and Chrysanthemum leaves is even better.
Callicarpa Formosana Cortex (Tujinpi) 1 jin (do not expose to fire, dry in sun and grind to powder). Soak in 10 jin of good distilled liquor with 4 liang of Elm flour for seven days. Dip and rub the affected area with the liquid as needed.
Apply crab saliva to the affected area, or smear with whetstone mud. Alternatively, wash with decoction of Fir tree water, or apply a mixture of crab shell powder, Talcum, and honey. All methods are effective.
