蒲公英（一两） 金银花藤（二两）捣汁。和热酒服。留渣敷患处。
（治乳硬如石。）
槐花（三钱炒） 远志（三钱）
上为末。每日陈酒调服。半月取效。外用远志葱蜜饼敷之。（远志葱蜜饼敷法。见外症

（治乳岩乳疖初起。）
用败龟板 存性。每服三钱。糖拌。好酒送下。尽醉。即消。
（治乳 溃烂。至见脏腑。）
雄鼠粪（两头尖者是炒） 露蜂房（ ） 土楝树子（经霜者炒川练不用）
上等分为末。每服三钱。酒下。间三日一服。数日脓尽。疮口渐收。
腹胀如鼓。数日垂死。用猪脬吹胀。以鹅毛管子安上。插入阴孔。捻脬气
后。加服补中汤（见前内症十）一二剂。
此症皆因下体受风。形似生毒。红赤肿疼。用葱白（一两）研膏。入乳香（一钱）
敷
贴患处。即消。
一方用羌活防风各一两。煎汤熏下体。亦消。
（治疗乳汁稀少，或无乳汁。）

蒙头睡下即可有乳汁。如果未见效，再服一次，无不通乳的。

另一法用雄猪膀胱一个。切碎。炒至半熟。冲入黄酒一碗。加热后空腹连膀胱一起服用。两三次即见效。此方适合体质壮实者。
另一法用赤小豆（四钱）煎汤频繁饮用。乳汁即通。此方适合体质虚弱者。

上药研为细末。每日用陈年米酒调服。半个月见效。外用远志葱蜜饼敷贴。（远志葱蜜饼敷法，见外症六号）
（治疗乳岩、乳疖初起。）
用败龟板（存性）。每次服用三钱。用糖拌和。好酒送下。喝到醉为止。肿块即消。
（治疗乳房溃烂，甚至见到脏腑组织。）

上等分研为细末。每次服用三钱。酒送下。每隔三天服一次。数日后脓液排尽，疮口逐渐愈合。
腹部胀大如鼓。数日濒临死亡。用猪膀胱吹胀。装上鹅毛管。插入阴部孔道。捻动膀胱充气后。再加服补中益气汤（见前内症十）一二剂。
此症皆因下体受风邪。形状似生毒疮。红赤肿痛。用葱白（一两）研成膏。加入乳香（一钱）
敷贴患处。即消。
另一法用羌活、防风各一两。煎汤熏洗下体。也能消退。
(Treating scanty lactation or agalactia.)
Raw Radix Astragali (Sheng Huangqi, 生黄芪) (1 liang), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui, 当归), Radix Peoniae Alba (Baizhi, 白芷) (each 5 qian), a pair of pig trotters with seven holes. Boil to make soup. Skim off the floating oil. Decoct the herbs to obtain one large bowl of liquid medicine.
Take orally.
Cover the head and sleep; milk will appear. If there is no effect, take another dose; all cases will be resolved.
For those with strong constitution, add 5 fen of high-quality Flos Carthami (Honghua, 红花) to eliminate lochia.
Another prescription uses one male pig bladder. Chop finely. Stir-fry until half-cooked. Pour in one bowl of yellow wine. Heat thoroughly and take orally on an empty stomach together with the bladder. Effective after two or three doses. This prescription is suitable for those with a strong constitution.
Another method uses Semen Phaseoli Verminei (Chixiaodou, 赤小豆) (4 qian). Decoct and drink frequently. Lactation will resume immediately. This prescription is suitable for those with a weak constitution.
(Treating early-stage breast abscess/Ru Yong [Breast Abscess].)
Herba Taraxaci (Gongying, 蒲公英) (1 liang), Caulis et Flos Lonicerae Japonicae (Jinyinhua Teng, 金银花藤) (2 liang). Crush to extract juice. Mix with hot wine and take orally. Retain the dregs and apply them to the affected area.
(Treating hardness of the breast like stone.)
Flos Sophorae (Huaihua, 槐花) (3 qian, stir-fried), Radix Polygalae (Yuanzhi, 远志) (3 qian).
Grind the above into powder. Take daily mixed with aged rice wine. Effect seen within half a month. Externally, apply a plaster of Yuanzhi, scallion, and honey. (Method for applying Yuanzhi, scallion, and honey plaster, see External Conditions No. 6.)
(Treating early-stage Ru Yan [Breast Cancer] or Ru Ji [Breast Nodule].)
Use Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum (Baiguiban, 败龟板) preserved by calcination. Take 3 qian per dose. Mix with sugar. Send down with good wine. Drink until intoxicated. The mass will dissipate.
(Treating breast ulceration extending to visible internal organs.)
Excrement of male mouse (Xiongshufen, 雄鼠粪) (stir-fried if pointed at both ends), Nidus Vespae (Lufengfang, 露蜂房) (), Fructus Toosendanii (Tulianshu Zi, 土楝树子) (frost-exposed, stir-fried; do not use Chuanlian).
Grind the above equally fine. Take 3 qian per dose with wine. Take every third day. After several days, pus will drain completely, and the wound will gradually close.
Abdominal distension like a drum. Near death after several days. Inflate a pig bladder. Attach a goose quill tube. Insert into the vaginal opening. After twisting the bladder to inflate it. Additionally, take Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang (Supplement the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction) (see Internal Conditions No. 10 previously) for one or two doses.
Use five qian of Herba Lycopi (Zelan Ye, 泽兰叶). Decoct strongly for fumigation and washing. It will heal.
This condition is caused by wind pathogen invading the lower body. It resembles a toxic sore. Red, swollen, painful. Grind one liang of Bai Cong (Scallion White, 葱白) into paste. Add 1 qian of Resina Olibani (Ruxiang, 乳香). Apply to the affected area. It will dissipate.
Another method uses 1 liang each of Radix Notopterygii (Qianghuo, 羌活) and Rhizoma Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng, 防风). Decoct for fumigation of the lower body. It will also dissipate.
