跌打损伤方
四川提督军门吴英言。昔得秘方。治跌打损伤极效。虽重伤濒死。但有一丝之气未绝者。
立苏。前任福建为副将时。军中有二弁。相斗皆致重伤。其一则死矣。驰往视之。其一惟心
头气尚微暖。亟命以药灌入。觉胸间喀喀有声。不移时。张目索食。翌日遂能起行。自后屡
用屡着神效。其方或于重阳日。或于十一月采野菊花。连枝叶阴干。每用菊花一两。加童便
无灰酒各一碗。同煎热服。
跌打损伤。气绝不能言。急以韭汁和童便饮一盏。
治跌打损伤昏迷不省人事此药灌下立神效
苏木 白麻皮 细木耳
以上各二钱。俱用瓦上焙焦色。木耳更要焦为妙。共为末。黄酒同黑糖调服。服后将酒
饮醉。避风睡一宿。即愈。
川麻（一分） 木香（二分） 红花（三分） 甘草（四分）
研末。黄酒送下。均生用。
宫粉（一钱）
和水服之。即安。
凡刀伤磕伤及烂入寸深者
千年锻石、轻粉、血竭、白蜡、研末糁之。外以随便膏药。盖上即愈。
金疮或磕伤折伤血出不止疼痛难忍者。
葱白 砂糖（等分）
研为泥封之。其痛立止。又无疤痕之妙。
龙眼核剥净外面光皮。只用其仁。捣研极细末。填敷伤口即止。
西平氏云。此药在西秦及巴里坤军营。救愈多人。
龙眼核治金刃伤之功效验。查《本草纲目》。及《别集本草》。俱未细载。可知世间有用
之材。自古迄今。湮没者不可胜计矣。惜哉惜哉。
跌打损伤方
四川提督军门吴英曾说：过去得到一方秘传秘方，治疗跌打损伤极为有效。即使是重伤濒临死亡的人，只要还有一丝气息未断，服下后即可立即苏醒。他在前任福建副将时，军中两名士兵因争斗都受了重伤。其中一人已经死亡，他急忙赶去查看，另一人只有心口处尚存微弱暖意。他立刻命令将药灌入患者口中，听到患者胸间发出喀喀的声音，不一会儿便睁眼索要食物，第二天就能起身行走。此后多次使用，屡显神效。该方的采集时间或在重阳节，或在十一月，采摘野菊花，连同枝叶一起阴干。每次使用时取菊花一两，加入童便和无灰酒各一碗，一同煎煮后热服。
对于跌打损伤导致气绝不能言语者，急用韭菜汁混合童便饮用一盏。
治疗跌打损伤昏迷不省人事，将此药灌下，立即见效。
苏木、白麻皮、细木耳
以上药材各二钱，均放在瓦片上焙至焦色，木耳更要焙得焦一些为佳。共同研成粉末，用黄酒和黑糖调匀服用。服药后将酒饮醉，避风睡一觉，即可痊愈。
川麻（一分）、木香（二分）、红花（三分）、甘草（四分）
研成粉末，用黄酒送服。以上药材均生用。
宫粉（一钱）
加水调和后服用，病情即安。
凡是刀伤、磕伤以及溃烂深入一寸深者
千年锻石、轻粉、血竭、白蜡，研成粉末撒在伤口上，外用随便选取的膏药覆盖，盖上即可痊愈。
金创或磕伤折伤导致出血不止、疼痛难忍者
葱白、砂糖（等量）
研成泥状封敷伤口，疼痛立即停止，且无疤痕之妙。
龙眼核剥去外面光滑的皮，只用其仁，捣碎研成极细的粉末，填入敷于伤口即可止血。

龙眼核治疗金刃创伤的功效显著。查阅《本草纲目》及《别集本草》，均未详细记载。可知世间有用的材料，从古至今被埋没的不可胜数。可惜啊，可惜啊。

Formula for Traumatic Injuries
Wu Ying, Military Commissioner of Sichuan, stated: "I once obtained a secret prescription that is extremely effective in treating traumatic injuries. Even in cases of severe injury approaching death, as long as there is the slightest breath remaining, the patient will revive immediately. When I served as Vice General in Fujian, two soldiers in the army were severely injured in a fight. One had already died; I rushed to examine him and found that the other still had faint warmth at the heart region. I urgently ordered the medicine to be forced down his throat. He made gurgling sounds in his chest, opened his eyes shortly after asking for food, and was able to walk the next day. Since then, it has been used repeatedly with miraculous results. The herbs should be collected either on the Double Ninth Festival or in the eleventh lunar month. Wild Chrysanthemum flowers (Juhua), including stems and leaves, are shade-dried. For each use, take 1 liang of Chrysanthemum, add one bowl of fresh urine from an unweaned boy (Tong Bian) and one bowl of pure wine (Wu Hui Jiu), boil together, and drink while hot."
For traumatic injuries causing loss of qi and inability to speak, urgently administer one cup of a mixture of Chinese Leek Juice (Jiu Zhi) and fresh urine from an unweaned boy (Tong Bian).
To treat traumatic injuries resulting in coma and unconsciousness, administering this medicine leads to immediate efficacy.
Sappan Wood (Sumu), White Hemp Bark (Bai Ma Pi), Fine Wood Ear Mushroom (Xi Mu Er)
Take 2 qian of each of the above. All are roasted on tiles until charred; the Wood Ear Mushroom should be particularly well-charred. Grind all into powder, mix with yellow rice wine and brown sugar, and take orally. After taking the medicine, get drunk on wine, avoid wind, and sleep for one night to recover.
Sichuan Ephedra Herb (Chuan Ma Huang, 1 fen), Costus Root (Mu Xiang, 2 fen), Safflower (Hong Hua, 3 fen), Licorice Root (Gan Cao, 4 fen)
Grind into powder and take with yellow rice wine. All ingredients are used raw.
Palace Powder (Gong Fen, 1 qian)
Mix with water and take orally; the condition will stabilize immediately.
For any knife wounds, contusions, or ulcers penetrating up to one cun deep:
Thousand-Year Calcined Iron Oxide (Qian Nian Duan Shi), Calomel (Qing Fen), Dragon's Blood (Xue Jie), and Beeswax (Bai La) are ground into powder and sprinkled on the wound. Cover with any available plaster; healing occurs upon covering.
For metallic wounds or contusions/fractures causing continuous bleeding and unbearable pain:
Scallion White (Cong Bai) and Granulated Sugar (Bai Sha Tang) in equal parts
Grind into a paste and apply topically to the wound. Pain stops immediately, and this method prevents scarring.
Longan Seed (Long Yan He): Peel off the outer smooth skin, using only the kernel. Pound and grind into an extremely fine powder, fill and apply to the wound to stop bleeding.
Mr. Xiping said: This medicine saved many lives in the military camps of Xiqin and Barkol.
The efficacy of Longan Seed in treating metallic wounds is verified. However, neither *Bencao Gangmu* (Compendium of Materia Medica) nor *Bieji Bencao* records this in detail. It can be seen that useful materials in the world have been buried and forgotten since ancient times without number. Alas, alas.
