上一味为细散，温酒调下二钱匕。

以上八味药，切碎如麻豆大小，每次服用五钱匕，用水一盏半，煎取七分，滤去药渣，加入荆沥半合。再煮沸数次，温服。如果服药后能说话但病未痊愈，接着服用小续命汤。
治疗妇人产后失血后中风，头晕目眩不知疼痛部位，身体拘急不能翻身侧卧，四肢或缓或急，大小便失禁。小续命汤方：
麻黄（去除根和节，煎煮后撇去浮沫） 桂枝（去除粗皮） 甘草（炙，各二两） 人参、川芎、白术、附子（炮裂，去皮脐）、防己、芍药、黄芩（去除黑心，各一两） 防风（去除叉状分枝，一两半）
以上十一味药，切碎如麻豆大小，每次服用五钱匕，用水一盏半，加入生姜一块（大枣大小，切大块），同煎取七分，滤去药渣，温服。
治疗妇人产后中风病情危重，或者背强直牙关紧闭，或者只是烦热，或者头身沉重，或者身上发痒，严重的呕吐逆气、两眼直视，这都是因为风湿所致。大豆酒方：
大豆（三升）
以上一味药，炒至发出爆裂声，放入容器中，倒入清酒五升，浇在热豆中，滤出豆子，保留剩下的汁液，每次温服一盏，每天五到七次，服药后覆盖衣被取微汗，身体微微湿润即可痊愈。此方一则祛风，二则消瘀血。
治疗产后中风，发热，面色红赤气喘，头目昏痛，竹叶汤方：
淡竹叶、葛根（切碎）、人参、防风（去除叉状分枝，各一两）、桔梗（炒，二两）、甘草（炙，半两）、附子（炮制，去皮脐，一枚）
以上八味药，切碎如麻豆大小。每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，生姜三片，煎取七分，滤去药渣，温服，不拘时候。
治疗产后虚弱受风，想要补气祛风，羊肉当归汤方：
肥羊肉（去除脂膜，切半斤）、当归（切，焙干，二两半）、黄芪（切碎，二两）、川芎（二两）
以上四味药，除羊肉外，切碎如麻豆大小。先用水二升，用小火煮羊肉，取汁一升，澄清后去掉肉。加入药末十钱匕，煎取二盏，滤去药渣，分三次温服。一天内服完。
治疗产后中风，烦闷发热，口渴烦躁头痛，知母汤方：

以上八味药，切碎如麻豆大小，每次服用五钱匕，用水一盏半，加入生姜三片，同煎至八分，滤去药渣，温服，每天两次。

先将黑豆，在铛中用慢火炒至香熟，随即倒入酒中，取出后用绢布过滤去掉豆子，将酒装入瓮器中，每次服用一盏，温服，不拘时候。
治疗产后服豆酒已，再服，地黄酒方：
生地黄汁（二升）、清酒（三升）、生姜汁（二合）
以上三味药，煮地黄四五沸，加入姜酒，再煎三沸，随意细细饮用，若感觉冷多加桂末二两，若感觉热多加生藕汁二合。

以上三味药，捣碎过筛为散剂，每次服用三钱匕，空心时用热酒调下，每天两次。

治疗产后中风，及暗风头风等疾病，乌鸦散方：

Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, 麻黄) [8 liang, roots and nodes removed, boiled to remove foam, dried]; Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao, 石膏) [4 liang]; Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guizhi, 桂枝) [bark removed]; Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Ganjiang, 干姜) [processed]; Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong, 川芎) and Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao, 芍药) [2 liang each].
The above eight ingredients are crushed to the size of hemp seeds. Each dose is 5 qianbi (approx. 10-15g), decocted in 1.5 sheng of water until reduced to 0.7 sheng. Strain the dregs and add 0.5 he of Jingli (Bambusa textilis juice). Boil a few more times and take warm. If speech returns but the condition persists, follow with Xiao Xuming Decoction.
Treatment for postpartum wind stroke following blood loss, characterized by dizziness, unawareness of pain location, rigidity preventing turning over, limbs alternating between flaccidity and spasticity, and incontinence. Using Xiao Xuming Decoction (Small Continuation of Life Decoction):

The above eleven ingredients are crushed to the size of hemp seeds. Each dose is 5 qianbi, decocted in 1.5 sheng of water with one large piece of fresh ginger (sliced thickly) until reduced to 0.7 sheng. Strain and take warm.
Treatment for severe postpartum wind stroke, presenting with stiff back, trismus, or merely irritability and heat, heaviness of head and body, pruritus, or in severe cases vomiting, upward gaze, all caused by wind-dampness. Using Soybean Wine (Dadou Jiu):
Sojae Semen Preparatum (Dadou, 大豆) [3 sheng].
Stir-fry until cracking sounds cease. Place in a vessel, pour 5 sheng of clear wine over the hot beans. Filter out the beans and retain the liquid. Take 1 cup warm, 5-7 times daily. Cover to induce slight sweating; recovery occurs when the body is slightly moist. This formula dispels wind and resolves blood stasis.
Treatment for postpartum wind stroke with fever, flushed face, panting, dizziness, and headache. Using Zhuye Decoction (Bamboo Leaf Decoction):
Phyllostachys Nigra Bamboo Leaves (Danzhuye, 淡竹叶); Puerariae Lobatae Radix (Gegen, 葛根) [crushed]; Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参); Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风) [forked parts removed, 1 liang each]; Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng, 桔梗) [stir-fried, 2 liang]; Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) [roasted, 0.5 liang]; Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi, 附子) [processed, skin and umbilicus removed, 1 piece].
The above eight ingredients are crushed to the size of hemp seeds. Each dose is 3 qianbi, decocted in 1 sheng of water with 3 slices of fresh ginger until reduced to 0.7 sheng. Strain and take warm, at any time.
Treatment for postpartum weakness due to wind invasion, aiming to tonify qi and dispel wind. Using Lamb and Angelica Decoction (Yangrou Danggui Tang):

Except for the lamb, crush the herbs to the size of hemp seeds. First, boil the lamb in 2 sheng of water over low heat to obtain 1 sheng of broth. Clarify and remove the meat. Add 10 qianbi of the herbal powder, decoct to obtain 2 cups. Strain and divide into three warm doses. Consume within one day.
Treatment for postpartum wind stroke with irritability, fever, thirst, restlessness, and headache. Using Zhimu Decoction (Anemarrhenae Decoction):
Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Zhimu, 知母); Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duohuo, 独活) [rhizome removed]; Puerariae Lobatae Radix (Gegen, 葛根) [crushed]; Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 白术) [3 liang each]; Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) [roasted]; Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao, 石膏) [crushed]; Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guizhi, 桂枝) [bark removed]; Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 黄芩) [black heart removed, 1 liang]; Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风) [forked parts removed, 1.5 liang]; Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参) [1 liang].

Black Soybeans (Heidou, 黑豆) [2 sheng, small ones, crushed]; Wine (Jiu, 酒) [4 sheng].
Stir-fry the black beans slowly in a pan until fragrant and cooked. Pour wine over them, remove, filter through silk cloth to remove beans, and store the wine in a jar. Take 1 cup warm, at any time.
After taking the bean wine, take this next: Rehmannia Wine (Dihuang Jiu):
Rehmanniae Radix Fresh Juice (Shengdihuangzhi, 生地黄汁) [2 sheng]; Clear Wine (Qingjiu, 清酒) [3 sheng]; Fresh Ginger Juice (Shengjiangzhi, 生姜汁) [2 he].
Boil the Rehmannia juice for 4-5 boils. Add ginger and wine, boil three more times. Drink slowly as desired. If feeling cold, add 2 liang of Cinnamon powder; if feeling hot, add 2 he of fresh Lotus Root Juice.
Treatment for postpartum insufficiency of qi and blood, wind stroke with trismus. Using Duohuo Wine (Angelica Pubescens Wine):
Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duohuo, 独活) [rhizome removed, finely cut, 2 liang]; Sojae Semen Preparatum (Dadou, 大豆) [1 sheng].
Soak the Duohuo in 5 sheng of wine overnight. Stir-fry the soybeans until blue smoke appears, then add to the wine. Seal and cool. Strain and take about 1 cup warm.
Treatment for postpartum soft wind. Using Zige Powder (Purple Kudzu Powder):
Puerariae Thomsonii Radix (Zige, 紫葛) [heart removed, 4 liang]; Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) [roasted, 0.5 liang]; Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo, 羌活) [rhizome removed, 1 liang].

Each dose is 0.5 liang, decocted in 1.5 sheng of water until reduced to 1 cup. Strain and take warm, at any time.
Treatment for postpartum wind stroke with abdominal pain. Using Qianghuo Wine (Notopterygium Wine):
Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo, 羌活) [rhizome removed, cut].
Decoct 0.5 liang in strong wine until concentrated. Take warm.
Treatment for postpartum wind stroke, aphonia, and headache due to wind. Using Wuya Powder (Crow Powder):
Corvus Corax (Wuya, 乌鸦) [1 bird, beak and claws removed, split open from spine, intestines left inside, stuffed tightly with real tiger feces].
Place in a box, seal with yellow mud, fire strongly until red-hot. Remove and bury in a pit to eliminate fire toxicity. After one day, remove, pound, and grind into powder. Each dose is 2 qianbi, taken with warm wine.
Treatment for postpartum wind spasm. Using Huangtu Wine (Yellow Earth Wine):
Caulis Fici Microcarpae Pulvis / Kitchen Hearth Soil (Zaohuangtu, 灶中黄土); Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Ganjiang, 干姜) [processed].
