论曰疮生恶肉，久则反出于疮外，故谓之反花疮，其初如饭粒，破之血出，余毒尚炽，
恶肉随生，根深而脓溃，此皆风热毒瓦斯之所作也。
治反花疮。甘草涂敷方
甘草（半生半熟） 矾锻石 人中白 密陀僧（各半两）
上四味，并捣罗为末，入童子小便半盏，以微灰火熬，用竹篦搅成膏，取涂疮上，日三
五次。
治反花疮。胭脂涂敷方
胭脂（一两） 胡粉（一两半）
上二味相和，研令匀，先以盐汤洗疮，净帛 干，用药敷之，日三五次。
治反花疮久不瘥方
鹁鸽粪（二两炒黄）
上一味，捣罗为散，先以温浆水洗疮 干，以药敷之。
治反花疮。藜芦敷方
藜芦（末） 猪脂（各二两）
上二味相和，调如糊，涂疮上，日三五度。
治反花疮，并治积年诸疮不瘥者。恶实根涂敷方
恶实根（末四两） 猪脂（三两）
上二味调和如糊，涂疮上，日三四度。
治反花疮。马齿苋涂方
马齿苋
上烂捣令细，涂疮上，日五度，一方、烧灰以猪脂调涂之。
治反花疮方
上取蜘蛛膜，贴疮上，干即易之。

上一味，用水五升，煎至二升，去滓再煎如饧，涂敷疮上，日三五度，一方、以清油单

以上一味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。先用温浆水清洗疮口并擦干，然后用药敷贴。
治疗反花疮的藜芦敷方：
藜芦（研末）、猪脂（各二两）。
以上两味药混合，调成糊状，涂抹在疮上，每天三到五次。
治疗反花疮，并治疗多年各种久治不愈的疮疡。恶实根涂敷方：
恶实根（研末四两）、猪脂（三两）。
以上两味药调和成糊状，涂抹在疮上，每天三到四次。
治疗反花疮的马齿苋涂方：
马齿苋。
将其捣烂至细碎，涂抹在疮上，每天五次。另一方法是将马齿苋烧成灰，用猪脂调匀后涂抹。
治疗反花疮的方子：
柳枝叶（二斤，切碎）。
以上一味药，用水五升，煎煮至二升，去掉药渣后再煎浓缩如饴糖状，涂抹敷贴在疮上，每天三到五次。另一方法是只用清油单独煎柳枝至焦黄，去掉药渣，待冷却后随时涂抹。
治疗反花疮的方子：
盐（炒制）。
以上一味药，细细研磨，涂抹在疮上，每天三到五次。
Discussion states: When a sore develops malignant flesh, over time it may protrude outward from the wound, hence termed Fan Hua Chuang (Reversed Flower Sore). Initially resembling a grain of rice, upon rupture it bleeds, while residual pathogenic factors remain vigorous. Malignant flesh grows subsequently with deep roots and suppuration/ulceration. These are all caused by wind-heat toxic qi.
Formula for applying Gancao to treat Fan Hua Chuang:
Gancao (Licorice Root, *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma*) [half raw, half processed], Fanduan Shi (Calcined Alum Stone), Renzhongbai (Human Urine Deposit), Mituoseng (Lead Monoxide) [each 0.5 liang].
The above four herbs are crushed, sifted into powder, mixed with half a cup of urine from an uncircumcised boy, and simmered over mild ash fire. Stir with a bamboo spatula until it forms a paste. Apply this paste to the sore three to five times daily.
Formula for applying Yanzhi to treat Fan Hua Chuang:
Yanzhi (Vermilion/Cinnabar pigment, *Cinnabaris*), Hufen (White Lead Powder, *Plumbi Carbonas*).
Mix the above two ingredients and grind them evenly. First wash the sore with salt water, dry with a clean cloth, then apply the medication. Use three to five times daily.
Formula for treating Fan Hua Chuang that has not healed for a long time:
Boge Fen (Pigeon Droppings, *Columbae Excrementum*) [2 liang, stir-fried until yellow].
The above single herb is crushed and sifted into a powder. First wash the sore with warm fermented rice water and dry it, then apply the medication.
Formula for applying Lili to treat Fan Hua Chuang:
Lili (Veratrum Root, *Veratri Radix*) [powder], Zhuzhi (Pig Fat, *Suis Adeps*) [each 2 liang].
Mix the above two ingredients to form a paste and apply to the sore three to five times daily.
Formula for treating Fan Hua Chuang, and also for treating various sores that have not healed for years. Formula for applying Eshi Gen to treat Fan Hua Chuang:
Eshi Gen (Arctii Radix/Rhizoma, *Arctii Radix seu Rhizoma*) [powder, 4 liang], Zhuzhi (Pig Fat, *Suis Adeps*) [3 liang].
Mix the above two ingredients to form a paste and apply to the sore three to four times daily.
Formula for applying Machixian to treat Fan Hua Chuang:
Machixian (Portulaca Herb, *Portulacae Herba*).
Crush thoroughly until fine and apply to the sore five times daily. Another method: burn to ash, mix with pig fat, and apply.
Formula for treating Fan Hua Chuang:
Obtain spider web membrane (*Araneus Membrana*) and apply it to the sore; replace when dry.
Formula for treating Fan Hua Chuang:
Liuzhiye (Willow Branches and Leaves, *Salicis Ramulus et Folium*) [2 jin, chopped].
Boil the above single herb in five sheng of water until reduced to two sheng. Remove the dregs and continue boiling until thick like maltose syrup. Apply to the sore three to five times daily. Another method: decoct willow branches alone in clear oil until scorched yellow, remove dregs, let cool, and apply as needed.
Formula for treating Fan Hua Chuang:
Yan (Salt, *Natrii Chloridum*) [stir-fried].
Grind the above single herb finely and apply to the sore three to five times daily.
Formula for treating Fan Hua Chuang:
Canier Ye (Xanthii Leaf, *Xanthii Folium*).
Crush and press to extract juice from the above single herb. Take 3 he internally and apply externally to the sore three to five times daily.
Formula for treating Fan Hua Chuang:
Shuweicaogen (Radix of *Myosurus* or similar root, *Shuweicao Radix*) [finely cut].
Take an appropriate amount of the above single herb, cook thoroughly, crush, mix with pig fat, and seal/apply to the sore.
