论曰小儿脾肺壅热，或缘时气温病，表里俱虚，邪毒发于肌表。致生斑痘，甚者遍体，
斑如玳瑁，头作 浆，毒瓦斯炎盛，上攻眼目，发于睛轮。先须于睑肤上，用药贴 ，次
可调利脾肺，切不得用药点眼，点药则令斑疮溃烂，穿坏睛轮，不可不慎也。
治小儿斑疮入眼。连翘散方
连翘（去子） 芎 黄柏（去粗皮各一钱） 胡麻（三钱去油） 甘草（炙三分）
上五味，捣罗为散，用白汤调放冷，食后服。五岁以下半钱，五岁以上一钱，如眼内有
白丁子者，不日退去。
治小儿热盛攻眼，及斑疮入眼。井泉石散方
井泉石（为末再研飞过） 蝉壳（去土） 蛇蜕皮（炙） 甘草（炙各一两）
上四味，捣研罗为散，每服半钱，至一钱匕，蜜水调下。
治小儿斑疮入眼。柳絮散方
柳絮 谷精草 石决明 夜明砂（各等分）
上四味，捣罗为散，每服一钱匕。 猪肝一片批开，掺药在内，以线子扎定。米泔一大
盏，煮至五分，取出乘热，以汤熏眼，良久服之，日一服。
治小儿斑疮入眼，生翳膜遮睛。乌龙散方
乌鱼骨 贝齿 猪趾甲（各一两）
上三味，同入沙合子内，用盐泥固济令干，烧通赤为度，取出细研，每服半钱匕。用羊
子肝一具批开，掺药在内，麻缕扎定，粟米泔一盏，煮熟为度，细嚼，米饮下。
治小儿斑疮入眼，成 疮。如圣散方
蛇蜕皮（一尺），皂子（十四枚） 马勃（一分）
上三味，以蛇皮裹皂子，更用马勃裹蛇皮，入罐子中瓦盖，黄泥裹合曝干。炭火 ，候
烟欲断即止。取出油单贴入地中，出火毒一宿研细，入麝香少许再研，每服半钱匕，葱汤调
下。日三服，忌一切发眼物。
治小儿斑疮入眼，及生翳。通圣散方
白菊花（如无用甘菊花代） 绿豆皮 谷精草（各一两）
上三味，捣罗为散，每服一钱匕，用干柿一枚，生粟米泔一盏，与药同煎，水尽为度，
只吃干柿。一日可二服，不计时候。若患十日以里，三五服即瘥，一月以里，十数服瘥。
治豆疮子入眼。妙应散方
蛇蜕皮（一两） 蝉壳（二十五枚）
上二味，用罐子泥固济曝干，火 过，地上出火毒一宿。研为末，蜜水调下一字匕，
食后日三。
治小儿出疮子后，眼内生青膜翳晕。蛤粉散方
蛤粉（一分） 甘草（炙一握）
上二味，将甘草捣罗为末，与蛤粉同研令匀，每服一钱匕，新汲水调下，不拘时候。
治小儿斑疮，入眼成白膜，但不作丁子者，服之必效。螵蛸散方
桑螵蛸（二两） 麝香（少许研）
上二味，捣研为细散，每服一钱半匕，生米泔调下，临卧服。
治小儿疮疹入眼，成翳膜。蝉壳汤方
蝉壳 羊子肝
上二味，捣罗为末，每服二钱匕，用水煎羊子肝汤调下，日三。
治小儿斑疹入眼，生翳膜。方
谷精草 细蛤粉（以上各一两）
上二味，捣研为细末，每用一钱匕。猪肝二两批开，掺药在内卷了，用青竹叶裹。麻缕
扎定，水一碗，煮令熟，入收口瓷瓶内，熏眼后，取肝食之，服不过十日，必瘥，日二。
治小儿斑疮入眼。轻粉散方
轻粉（一两用银器内炒令黑色）
上一味，如患左眼用纸拈缠左耳，右耳亦如之，以填满为度，如耳根痛，其膜自落。
论述说：小儿脾肺蕴积热邪，有时因为时行温病，导致表里俱虚，邪毒发于肌表。从而生出斑痘，严重的遍布全身，斑纹如同玳瑁色，头部形成脓浆，毒气炽盛，向上攻冲眼目，发作于黑睛（角膜）。首先必须在眼睑皮肤上用药贴敷，然后才可以调理脾肺，切不可以药物点眼，点药会导致斑疮溃烂，穿透损坏黑睛，不可不谨慎啊。

以上五味药，捣碎过筛成为散剂，用白开水调匀放凉后服用，饭后服。五岁以下儿童半钱，五岁以上儿童一钱，如果眼内有白色翳障的，不久就会消退。
治疗小儿热邪炽盛攻冲眼目，以及斑疮侵入眼目。井泉石散方
井泉石（研成细末，再次研磨并水飞） 蝉蜕（去掉泥土） 蛇蜕皮（炙制） 甘草（炙制，各一两）
以上四味药，捣碎研磨过筛成为散剂，每次服用半钱至一钱匕，用蜜水调服。
治疗小儿斑疮侵入眼目。柳絮散方
柳絮 谷精草 石决明 夜明砂（各等分）
以上四味药，捣碎过筛成为散剂，每次服用一钱匕。取猪肝一片切开，将药粉掺入其中，用线扎紧。用米泔水一大盏，煮至剩余五分，取出趁热，用蒸汽熏蒸眼睛，过一会儿再吞服，每天一次。
治疗小儿斑疮侵入眼目，生成翳膜遮蔽黑睛。乌龙散方
乌贼骨 贝齿 猪趾甲（各一两）
以上三味药，一同放入沙合子内，用盐泥密封固定使其干燥，烧至通红为止，取出后细细研磨，每次服用半钱匕。用羊肝一个切开，将药粉掺入其中，用麻线扎紧，用粟米泔水一盏，煮熟为止，细细咀嚼，用米饮送下。
治疗小儿斑疮侵入眼目，生成瘢痕。如圣散方
蛇蜕皮（一尺），皂角子（十四枚） 马勃（一分）
以上三味药，用蛇皮包裹皂角子，再用马勃包裹蛇皮，放入罐子中用瓦片盖住，用黄泥封口晒干。用炭火煅烧，等到烟快要断绝时就停止。取出放在油单纸上埋入地下，去除火毒一夜后研磨细，加入少许麝香再次研磨，每次服用半钱匕，用葱汤调服。每天三次，忌食一切发散眼目的食物。
治疗小儿斑疮侵入眼目，以及生成翳膜。通圣散方
白菊花（如果没有可用甘菊花代替） 绿豆皮 谷精草（各一两）
以上三味药，捣碎过筛成为散剂，每次服用一钱匕，用干柿子一枚，生粟米泔水一盏，与药同煎，水尽为度，只吃干柿子。一天可以服用两次，不限时候。如果在患病十日内，服用三五次即可痊愈；在患病一月内，服用十几次即可痊愈。
治疗豆疮侵入眼目。妙应散方
蛇蜕皮（一两） 蝉蜕（二十五枚）
以上两味药，用罐子泥密封晒干，用火煅烧过，在地上放置一夜去除火毒。研磨成粉末，用蜜水调服一字匕，饭后每天三次。
治疗小儿出疮疹后，眼内生青膜翳晕。蛤粉散方
蛤粉（一分） 甘草（炙制，一握）
以上两味药，将甘草捣碎过筛成粉末，与蛤粉一起研磨均匀，每次服用一钱匕，用新汲取的冷水调服，不限时候。
治疗小儿斑疮侵入眼目，生成白膜，但不形成白色翳障的，服用此方必有效。螵蛸散方
桑螵蛸（二两） 麝香（少许，研磨）
以上两味药，捣碎研磨成细散，每次服用一钱半匕，用生米泔水调服，临睡前服用。
治疗小儿疮疹侵入眼目，生成翳膜。蝉壳汤方
蝉蜕 羊肝
以上两味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，每次服用二钱匕，用水煎羊肝汤调服，每天三次。
治疗小儿斑疹侵入眼目，生成翳膜。方
谷精草 细蛤粉（以上各一两）
以上两味药，捣碎研磨成细末，每次用一钱匕。猪肝二两切开，将药粉掺入其中卷好，用青竹叶包裹。用麻线扎紧，用一碗水煮至熟，放入收口瓷瓶内，熏眼后，取出猪肝食用，服药不超过十天，必定痊愈，每天两次。
治疗小儿斑疮侵入眼目。轻粉散方
轻粉（一两，用银器内炒至黑色）
以上一味药，如果患左眼，用纸捻缠绕左耳，右耳也这样做，以填满为度，如果耳根痛，那层膜自然会脱落。
Discussion: In children, heat and stagnation accumulate in the Spleen and Lung. Sometimes, due to seasonal warm pathogens (Shiwen Bing), both the exterior and interior become deficient, allowing pathogenic toxins to erupt on the skin and muscle surface. This leads to the generation of macules and pustules; in severe cases, they cover the entire body. The macules resemble the pattern of tortoiseshell, with heads forming pus. The toxic qi becomes rampant and attacks upward toward the eyes, affecting the cornea (Jinglun). Initially, medication should be applied to the eyelid skin. Only afterwards can the Spleen and Lung be regulated. One must strictly avoid using eye drops, as this will cause the macules and pustules to ulcerate and perforate the cornea. Caution is essential.

Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus, seeds removed) [1 qian]
Xiong (Chuanxiong Rhizome) [1 qian]
Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, coarse bark removed) [1 qian]
Huma (Sesami Semen, oil removed) [3 qian]
Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried) [3 fen]
Crush and sieve these five herbs into a powder. Mix with plain boiled water, allow to cool, and take after meals. For children under five years old, administer half a qian; for those over five, one qian. If white opacities appear in the eyes, they will recede within a few days.
Treatment for excessive heat attacking the eyes in children, and for macules and pustules invading the eyes. Jingquanshi San Formula
Jingquanshi (Calcitum, ground fine, levigated again)
Chanqiao (Cicadae Periostracum, cleaned of soil)
Shetuipi (Bombyx Batryticatus, fried)
Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried) [each 1 liang]
Grind these four herbs into a powder. Take half to one qianbi per dose, mixed with honey water.

Liuxu (Poplar Catkin)
Gujingcao (Gaultheria Herba)
Shijueming (Haliotidis Concha)
Yemingcha (Strigis Fuligo) [equal parts]
Grind these four herbs into a powder. Take one qianbi per dose. Slice one piece of pig liver, sprinkle the powder inside, and tie securely with thread. Boil in a large cup of rice washing water until reduced to two-fifths. Remove while hot, steam the eyes, and after some time, swallow the liver. Once daily.

Wuyu Gu (Sepiae Endoconcha)
Beichi (Dentalium)
Zhuzhijia (Unguis Porci) [each 1 liang]
Place these three herbs in a clay pot, seal with salt mud, dry, and calcine until red-hot. Grind finely. Take half a qianbi per dose. Slice one sheep liver, sprinkle the powder inside, and tie with hemp thread. Cook in one cup of millet washing water until done. Chew thoroughly and swallow with rice drink.

Shetuipi (Bombyx Batryticatus, 1 chi)
Zaozi (Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina, 14 seeds)
Mabo (Lasiosphaera) [1 fen]
Wrap the Zaozi with Shetuipi, then wrap that bundle with Mabo. Place in a jar, cover with tile, seal with yellow mud, and dry in the sun. Calcine over charcoal fire until smoke nearly ceases. Bury in the ground on an oil cloth overnight to remove "fire toxicity." Grind fine, add a small amount of Shexiang (Moschus), and grind again. Take half a qianbi per dose, mixed with scallion soup. Three times daily. Avoid all foods that may aggravate eye conditions.

Bai Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos, substitute Gan Juhua if unavailable)
Lv Dou Pi (Phaseoli Radiati Testa)
Gujingcao (Gaultheria Herba) [each 1 liang]
Grind into a powder. Take one qianbi per dose. Decoct together with one dried persimmon and one cup of raw millet washing water until the liquid is exhausted. Eat only the persimmon. Twice daily, at any time. If treated within ten days of onset, recovery occurs after three to five doses; if within one month, after more than ten doses.
Treatment for variola (smallpox) invading the eyes. Miaoying San Formula
Shetuipi (Bombyx Batryticatus, 1 liang)
Chanqiao (Cicadae Periostracum, 25 pieces)
Seal in a jar with mud, dry, calcine, and bury in the ground overnight to remove "fire toxicity." Grind to powder. Take one zibi per dose, mixed with honey water, three times daily after meals.
Treatment for green membranes and halos appearing inside the eyes after childhood exanthems. Hafan San Formula
Hafen (Concha Arcae) [1 fen]
Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried, one handful)
Grind Gancao into powder, mix evenly with Hafen. Take one qianbi per dose, mixed with fresh drawn cold water, at any time.
Treatment for pediatric macules and pustules invading the eyes, forming white membranes but without distinct opacities. This formula is highly effective. Piaoxiao San Formula
Sangpiaoxiao (Mantis Ootheca, 2 liang)
Shexiang (Moschus, a little, ground)
Grind into a fine powder. Take one and a half qianbi per dose, mixed with raw rice washing water, taken before bed.
Treatment for childhood exanthems invading the eyes, forming membranes. Chanke Tang Formula
Chanqiao (Cicadae Periostracum)
Yanggan (Ovis Liver)
Grind into powder. Take two qianbi per dose, mixed with decoction of sheep liver boiled in water. Three times daily.

Gujingcao (Gaultheria Herba)
Xi Hafen (Concha Arcae, fine) [each 1 liang]
Grind into fine powder. Use one qianbi per dose. Slice two liang of pig liver, insert powder, roll up, wrap in green bamboo leaves, and tie with hemp thread. Boil in one bowl of water until cooked. Place in a narrow-mouthed porcelain bottle. Steam the eyes, then eat the liver. Recovery is certain within ten days. Twice daily.

Qingfen (Calomelas, 1 liang, stir-fried in silver vessel until black)
For left eye inflammation, wrap a paper wick around the left ear; do the same for the right. Fill the space completely. If pain occurs at the root of the ear, the membrane will naturally fall off.
