论曰小儿脓血痢者，由肠胃虚弱，冷热不调，寒多则色白，或如凝脂，与脓兼下。
多则色赤，或似栀子汁，甚则纯下鲜血，冷热交攻，脓血杂下，治法当分其冷热疳蛊而
治之，则无不瘥。
治小儿下痢脓血，肠鸣腹痛。赤石脂散方

右四味，捣罗为细散。每服半钱匕，空心午后各米饮调下一服。随儿大小，以意加减。
治小儿下痢脓血，腹痛肠鸣。干姜散方

治小儿脏毒，久痢下脓血。如圣散方
上用好枣一枚去核，以铅丹半钱匕， 砂一皂子大，腻粉抄一钱匕，三味细研，入在枣
内，用大麦面裹， 灰火烧香熟为度，去面烂研为粉，每一枚枣，分两服，煎槐花汤调下，
二服定。
治小儿纯痢脓血。 汤丸方

上六味，同细研令匀，用烧饭为丸，如绿豆大，每服二丸，血痢煎黄芩汤下，白痢煎附
子汤下，疳痢蛤粉汤下。
治小儿热毒痢，下脓血。羚羊角汤方

上一十味，粗捣筛，每服二钱匕，水一盏，煎去滓取五分，空腹分温三服。
论述说：小儿脓血痢，是由于肠胃虚弱，寒热失调所致。寒气偏盛时，大便颜色发白，或像凝固的油脂，与脓液一同排出；热气偏盛时，颜色发红，或像栀子汁的颜色，严重时则纯下鲜血。若寒热相互交争，脓血混杂而下，治疗时应区分是寒证、热证还是疳积蛊毒，分别施治，这样没有不痊愈的。
治疗小儿下痢脓血，伴有肠鸣腹痛。赤石脂散方

以上八味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，每次服用半钱匕，用米汤调服，每日两次。若要制成丸剂，用炼蜜做成如麻子大小的丸，用乳汁送服五至七丸，空腹及午后各服一次，根据患儿年龄大小，酌情增减剂量。
治疗小儿脓血痢。石榴皮散方
酸石榴皮（微炒） 干姜（炮制裂开） 黄连（去须） 诃黎勒（煨制去核，各一分）
以上四味药，捣碎过筛制成细散。每次服用半钱匕，空腹及午后各用米汤调服一次。根据患儿年龄大小，酌情增减剂量。
治疗小儿下痢脓血，腹痛肠鸣。干姜散方
干姜（炮制裂开，一分） 黄连（去须，三分） 人参（三分） 肉豆蔻（去壳，一枚） 当归（切碎焙干，三分） 厚朴（去除粗皮，涂生姜汁炙烤五遍半，半两）

黄连（去须） 龙骨（研细） 黄芩（去除黑心部分） 白石脂（研细） 当归（切碎焙干） 赤石脂（研细，各三分） 乌梅肉（微炒，各半两）
以上七味药，先将前四味药捣碎过筛成细末，加入研好的药物混合均匀，用炼蜜做成如麻子大小的丸，每次服用五丸，空腹及晚饭后前，用米汤送服，根据患儿年龄大小调整剂量。
治疗小儿下痢脓血，腹痛虚烦。肉豆蔻丸方
肉豆蔻（去壳） 木香 诃黎勒（炮制去核，各三钱） 密陀僧（一钱） 人参 白茯苓（去除黑皮，各一分）
以上六味药，捣碎过筛成细末，用烧过的粟米饭做粘合剂，制成如绿豆大小的丸，每次服用七丸，用温米汤送服。
治疗小儿百日以内，下痢如鱼脑状，赤白杂痢，腹痛且多啼哭。干蓝汤方
干蓝叶 升麻 芍药（各一两） 栀子仁（四枚）
以上四味药，粗捣筛碎，对于一百至二百天的婴儿，每次取一钱匕，用水半盏，加入香豉七枚、薤白一茎拍破，共同煎煮至剩余三分之一，去渣，分三次温服，饭前服用，根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减。
治疗小儿脓血滞痢。当归黄连汤方
当归（切碎焙干，一两） 黄连（去须，三分） 桂枝（去除粗皮，三分） 赤石脂（一两一分） 人参（三分） 干姜（炮制裂开，三分） 龙骨（一两） 白头翁（三分） 甘草（炙制，三分） 附子（炮制裂开，去皮脐，一两一分）
以上十味药，切碎如麻豆大小，每次取一钱匕，加水七分，煎煮至剩余四分，去渣，分两次温服，空腹及午后各服一次，年龄大的患儿酌情增加剂量。若是久病体寒者，去掉白头翁，加牡蛎三分。
治疗小儿肠道下脓血。白石脂散方
白石脂（烧至通红，一分） 乱发（烧成灰，一分） 甘草（炙至红，半两）
以上三味药，捣碎研细成散，每次服用一字至半钱匕，早晨及午后各服一次，用米汤调服，根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减剂量。
治疗小儿脏毒，久痢下脓血。如圣散方
选用上等红枣一枚，去核，放入铅丹半钱匕、硇砂如皂角子大小、腻粉抄一钱匕，将这三味药细细研磨，放入枣内，用大麦面包裹，在炭火中烧熟为止，去掉面皮，烂研成粉，每一枚枣的分量分为两次服用，用槐花汤调服，两次即可见效。
治疗小儿纯痢脓血。[缺失方名]汤丸方
粉霜 腻粉 丹砂 砒砂（各一钱） 白丁香（一钱） 乳香（半钱） 巴豆（去皮心，半钱，不出油，研细）
以上七味药，研成细末，用煮熟的枣肉和成药剂，每次现搓如粟米大小的丸，每次两丸，根据患儿年龄大小调整剂量，用鱼汤送服，随后用调味药调和。
治疗小儿下痢脓血，寒热症状不退。蜡蜜丸方
豆豉（八十粒，炒至焦黄） 大豆（炒至黄香，去皮，半两） 黄连（去须，一分） 巴豆（二十枚，去皮心，麸炒至香，出尽油） 芫花（醋炒焦） 硝石（各一分）
以上六味药，捣碎过筛成细末，加入熔化的蜡一分，并与炼蜜混合制成丸，如黍米大小，一百至二百天内的婴儿，每次服用两丸，一至两岁的幼儿，每次可服五丸，三至四岁的儿童，每次服用七丸，用米汤送服，空腹服用，根据患儿年龄大小调整剂量。
治疗小儿一切痢疾。丹砂丸方
丹砂（研细，半钱） 砒霜（研细，半钱） 巴豆霜（研细） 硫黄（研细） 麝香（研细） 绿豆粉（研细，各一分）
以上六味药，共同细细研磨均匀，用蒸饭做粘合剂制成丸，如绿豆大小，每次服用两丸，血痢用黄芩汤送服，白痢用附子汤送服，疳痢用蛤粉汤送服。
治疗小儿热毒痢，下脓血。羚羊角汤方
羚羊角（锉屑） 茜根 吴蓝（各三分） 黄连（去须） 赤石脂（炒） 地榆 当归（切碎炒） 阿胶（炙燥，各一两） 黄芩（去除黑心） 甘草（炙制，各半两）
以上十味药，粗捣筛碎，每次服用二钱匕，加水一盏，煎煮去渣取五分，空腹分三次温服。
Commentary states: Pediatric purulent and bloody dysentery arises from weakness of the intestines and stomach, and disharmony of cold and heat. When cold predominates, the stool color is white or resembles congealed fat, discharged mixed with pus; when heat predominates, the color is red or resembles gardenia juice, and in severe cases, pure fresh blood is discharged. When cold and heat attack each other, pus and blood are mixed in the discharge. The treatment method should distinguish between cold patterns, heat patterns, and malnutrition/toxic insect patterns (Gan Gu) to treat them accordingly, ensuring recovery without exception.
To treat pediatric dysentery with pus and blood, accompanied by borborygmus and abdominal pain. Chishizhi San (Red Halloysite Powder) Formula:
Chishizhi (Red Halloysite, ground) [Kaolinis Rubrum], Longgu (Dragon Bone, ground) [Ossis Mastodi seu Ossis Fossiliae], Diyu (Sanguisorba Root) [Sanguisorbae Radix], Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome, remove stamens, each 1 liang) [Coptidis Rhizoma], Houpo (Magnolia Bark, remove rough bark, coat with ginger juice and roast twice) [Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex], Renshen (Ginseng Root, each 3 qian) [Panacis Ginseng Radix], Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, cut and roasted) [Angelicae Sinensis Radix], Ganjiang (Dried Ginger, processed until cracked, each 0.5 liang) [Zingiberis Rhizoma].
The above eight ingredients are crushed, sifted into a powder. Each dose is half a qianbi (small spoonful), taken with rice water, twice daily. If pills are desired, refine honey to make pills the size of hemp seeds, take five to seven pills with milk, once on an empty stomach and once in the afternoon, adjusting dosage according to the child's age and condition.
To treat pediatric purulent and bloody dysentery. Shiliupi San (Pomegranate Peel Powder) Formula:
Suan Shiliupi (Sour Pomegranate Peel, lightly stir-fried) [Granati Pericarpium], Ganjiang (Dried Ginger, processed until cracked) [Zingiberis Rhizoma], Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome, remove stamens) [Coptidis Rhizoma], Helile (Chebula Fruit, baked and pitted, each 1 fen) [Terminaliae Chebulae Fructus].
The above four ingredients are crushed and sifted into a fine powder. Each dose is half a qianbi, taken with rice water once on an empty stomach and once in the afternoon. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and condition.

The above seven ingredients: first crush and sift the first four into a fine powder, mix with the ground medicines, refine honey to make pills the size of hemp seeds. Each dose is five pills, taken with rice water on an empty stomach and before evening meal, adjusting dosage according to the child's age and condition.
To treat pediatric dysentery with pus and blood, abdominal pain, and deficiency irritability. Roudoukou Wan (Nutmeg Pill) Formula:
Roudoukou (Nutmeg, shelled) [Myristicae Semen], Muxiang (Costus Root) [Saussureae Radix], Helile (Chebula Fruit, processed and pitted, each 3 qian) [Terminaliae Chebulae Fructus], Mituosen (Lead Monoxide, 1 qian) [Lithargyri], Renshen (Ginseng Root) [Panacis Ginseng Radix], Bai Fuling (Poria, remove black skin, each 1 fen) [Poria].
The above six ingredients are crushed and sifted into a fine powder. Use scorched millet rice as a binder to make pills the size of mung beans. Each dose is seven pills, taken with warm rice water.
To treat infants under one hundred days old with dysentery resembling fish brains, mixed red and white dysentery, abdominal pain, and excessive crying. Ganlan Tang (Isatis Leaf Decoction) Formula:
Ganlan Ye (Dried Isatis Leaf) [Isatidis Folium], Shengma (Cimicifuga Rhizome) [Cimicifugae Rhizoma], Shaoyao (Peony Root, each 1 liang) [Paeoniae Radix], Zhizi Ren (Gardenia Seed, four pieces) [Gardeniae Fructus].
The above four ingredients are coarsely crushed and sifted. For infants aged one hundred to two hundred days, take one qianbi per dose. Add half a cup of water, seven grains of Xiangchi (Prepared Soybean), and one stem of Xiebai (Garlic Bulb) smashed together. Decoct until one-third remains, strain, and divide into three warm doses. Take before meals, adjusting dosage according to the child's age and condition.
To treat pediatric stagnant purulent and bloody dysentery. Danggui Huanglian Tang (Angelica and Coptis Decoction) Formula:
Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, cut and roasted, 1 liang) [Angelicae Sinensis Radix], Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome, remove stamens, 3 qian) [Coptidis Rhizoma], Gui (Cinnamon Twig, remove rough bark, 3 qian) [Cinnamomi Ramulus], Chishizhi (Red Halloysite, 1 liang 1 fen) [Kaolinis Rubrum], Renshen (Ginseng Root, 3 qian) [Panacis Ginseng Radix], Ganjiang (Dried Ginger, processed until cracked, 3 qian) [Zingiberis Rhizoma], Longgu (Dragon Bone, 1 liang) [Ossis Mastodi seu Ossis Fossiliae], Baitouweng (Pulsatilla Root, 3 qian) [Pulsatillae Radix], Gancao (Licorice Root, processed, 3 qian) [Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma], Fuzi (Processed Aconite Root, remove skin and navel, 1 liang 1 fen) [Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata].
The above ten ingredients are cut like hemp seeds. Take one qianbi per dose, add seven parts water, decoct until four parts remain, strain, and divide into two warm doses. Take once on an empty stomach and once in the afternoon. Increase dosage for older children. For chronic cold conditions, remove Baitouweng and add Muli (Oyster Shell, 3 qian).
To treat pediatric intestinal discharge of pus and blood. Baishizhi San (White Halloysite Powder) Formula:
Baishizhi (White Halloysite, fired until red hot, 1 fen) [Kaolinis Album], Luankui (Tangled Hair, burnt to ash, 1 fen) [Capillus Carbonisatus], Gancao (Licorice Root, fried until red, 0.5 liang) [Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma].
The above three ingredients are crushed and ground into a fine powder. Each dose is one zi to half a qianbi, taken once in the morning and once in the afternoon with rice water, adjusting dosage according to the child's age and condition.
To treat pediatric Zangdu (Visceral Toxin) and chronic dysentery with pus and blood. Rusheng San (Like-Sage Powder) Formula:
Select one high-quality Jujube, remove the pit. Place Ban Qian Dan (Lead Tetroxide, half a qianbi), Niao Sha (Ammonium Chloride, size of a soap bean), and Ni Fen (Calomel, one qianbi) inside. Grind these three ingredients finely, place them in the jujube, wrap with barley flour, and bake in charcoal fire until fragrant and cooked. Remove the flour, grind the residue into powder. Divide the powder from one jujube into two doses. Take with Sophora Flower Decoction. Two doses will resolve the condition.
To treat pediatric pure purulent and bloody dysentery. [Name Missing] Wan (Pill) Formula:
Fenshuang (Calomel Sublimate), Nifen (Calomel), Dansha (Cinnabar), Pi Sha (Arsenic Trioxide, each 1 qian), Baixiangding (White Stool, 1 qian), Ruxiang (Frankincense, 0.5 qian), Badou (Croton Seed, remove skin and heart, 0.5 qian, do not release oil, grind).
The above seven ingredients are ground into a fine powder. Mix with boiled jujube flesh to form a paste. Roll into pills the size of millet seeds. Each dose is two pills, adjust according to the child's age. Take with Fish Soup, followed by seasoning medicine to harmonize.
To treat pediatric dysentery with pus and blood where cold and heat symptoms persist. Lamijian Wan (Beeswax and Honey Pill) Formula:
Chi (Fermented Soybean, eighty grains, fried until yellow and charred), Dadou (Soybean, fried until yellow and fragrant, skin removed, 0.5 liang), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome, remove stamens, 1 fen), Badou (Croton Seed, twenty pieces, remove skin and heart, stir-fried with bran until fragrant and oil released), Yuanhua (Genkwa Flower, vinegar-fried until charred), Xiaoshi (Niter, each 1 fen).
The above six ingredients are crushed and sifted into a fine powder. Add one part melted beeswax and mix with refined honey to make pills the size of broomcorn millet. For infants under one hundred days, take two pills per dose; for one to two-year-olds, five pills; for three to four-year-olds, seven pills. Take with rice water on an empty stomach, adjusting dosage according to the child's age and condition.
To treat all types of pediatric dysentery. Dansha Wan (Cinnabar Pill) Formula:
Dansha (Cinnabar, ground, half a qian), Pishuang (Arsenic Trioxide, ground, half a qian), Badoushuang (Croton Seed Paste, ground), Liuhuang (Sulfur, ground), Shexiang (Musk, ground), Lvdoufen (Mung Bean Starch, ground, each 1 fen).
The above six ingredients are ground together until uniform. Use steamed rice as a binder to make pills the size of mung beans. Each dose is two pills. For bloody dysentery, take with Scutellaria Decoction; for white dysentery, take with Aconite Decoction; for malnutrition dysentery, take with Clam Powder Decoction.
