论曰：疮（泛指皮肤表面发生的病变，如疥、癣等），属于疥、癣这一类疾病。这是由于风、热、湿、毒邪气侵袭并搏结于皮肤，导致体内变化生出虫邪。其症状表现为生于皮肉之间，手足部位尤为严重，患处基底发红而顶端有白头，相互对称或并列生长，形状像小豆子，或者像茱萸的果实，逐渐蔓延浸润，伴有瘙痒和疼痛，抓挠后流出汁液，皮肤破裂形成疮疡。这大概是脾脏功能失调所致。
治疗疳疮（一种以面部、耳部溃烂生疮为特征的病症，多因脾胃积热或寄生虫引起）：樗鸡膏方

以上六味药，先熬煮猪脂至沸腾，放入各种药物，用柳木棍搅拌使水银均匀分散。装入瓷盒中保存。使用前先用盐水汤清洗患处，去除痂皮，然后取药膏涂抹并按摩患处，每日三到五次，以痊愈为标准。
治疗各种疳疮，经年累月有虫滋生：藜芦膏方

以上三味药，先熬煮皂荚汁，浓缩至五合，加入胡粉和水银，用柳木棍搅拌使其均匀。装入瓷盒中保存。使用前先用盐水汤清洗患处，然后取药膏涂抹并按摩患处，每日三到五次，即可痊愈。
治疗疳疮：雄黄膏方

以上二十七味药，除去雌黄、矾石并与猪脂一起，切碎。先熬煮猪脂至沸腾，放入各种药物，煎煮直到白芷呈现黄黑色时捞出，用丝绵布绞压过滤，随即放入雌黄和矾石的粉末，用柳木棍搅拌使其均匀。装入瓷盒中保存。每日三到五次，涂抹按摩患处，即可痊愈。
治疗各种疳疮，经年瘙痒并流出白色脓液，日久则有虫滋生：藜芦膏方

以上六味药，面向东方先熬煮猪脂至沸腾，放入各种药末，用柳木棍搅拌使其均匀。装入瓷盒中保存。使用前先用盐水汤清洗患处，然后取药膏涂抹并按摩患处，每日三到五次，即可痊愈。
治疗湿疮：黄连膏涂敷方

治疗湿疮：干虾蟆灰涂敷方
药材：干虾蟆（一个，烧成灰）。
以上一味药，细研成粉末，用猪脂调和，涂抹敷于患处，每日三到五次，即可痊愈。
治疗湿疮：胡燕窠涂敷方
药材：胡燕窠（选取大的、曾经孵化过幼鸟的巢穴）。

Commentary states: Chuang (Chuang, a general term for skin lesions such as scabies and tinea) belongs to the category of scabies and tinea. It is caused by wind, heat, dampness, and toxic pathogens invading and binding with the skin, leading to the transformation and generation of parasites within the body. The symptoms manifest between the skin and flesh, particularly severe on the hands and feet. The lesions have a red base and white heads, growing symmetrically or in pairs, resembling small beans or cornel fruits. They spread and infiltrate, accompanied by itching and pain. Scratching causes exudation, and the skin cracks to form sores. This is generally attributed to spleen dysfunction.
Treatment for Gan Chuang (Gan Chuang, a condition characterized by ulcerative sores on the face and ears, often due to spleen-stomach accumulation of heat or parasites): Chujii Ointment Formula

Ingredients: Almond (40 grains, soaked in hot water, skin and tip removed, use double-kernel ones), Coptis Rhizome/Huanglian (remove fibrous roots, grind into powder), Veratrum Root/Lili (remove rhizome head, grind into powder, each 1 liang), Mercury (1 fen), Lard (10 liang), Croton Seed/Badou (40 grains, remove skin and heart, grind).
Take the above six ingredients. First, boil the lard until bubbling, add all herbs, and stir with a willow stick to disperse the mercury evenly. Store in a porcelain container. Before application, wash the lesion with salt water to remove crusts, then apply and massage the ointment onto the sore three to five times daily, until healed.
Treatment for various Gan Chuang with parasitic infestation persisting for years: Lili Ointment Formula
Ingredients: Veratrum Root/Lili (remove rhizome head, grind into powder), Alum/Fanshi (calcined, ground fine), Pine Resin/Songzhi, Realgar/Xionghuang (ground fine, each 2 liang), Sophora Root/Kushen (ground into powder, 1.5 liang), Lard.
Take the above six ingredients. Excluding lard, mix and grind uniformly. First, boil the lard until bubbling, add all herb powders, and stir evenly with a willow stick. Store in a porcelain container. Apply and massage onto the affected area three to five times daily, until healed.
Treatment for Gan Scabies with parasites: Hufen Ointment Formula
Ingredients: Lead Carbonate/Hufen (ground fine, 3 liang), Mercury (2 liang), Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit/Zaojia (10 pods, crushed, soaked in water, filtered to obtain 1 sheng of concentrated juice).
Take the above three ingredients. First, decoct the Zaojia juice until reduced to 5 he. Add Hufen and mercury, stir evenly with a willow stick. Store in a porcelain container.
