治疗白癞风，天麻煎方：
天麻（生用，一斤半）、木天蓼（生用，三斤）。
以上两味药，锉碎如大豆粒大小。用水三斗五升，煎煮至一斗。过滤去掉药渣。在银器或石器中，用慢火煎煮成稠糖浆状。每次服用半匙，用荆芥、薄荷酒调服。不限时间，每日两次，夜间一次。一个月可见效。
治疗白癞，苦参酒方：
苦参（去泥土、外皮和心，锉碎，二斤）、露蜂房（锉碎，五两）。
以上两味药，用水三斗，煮取一斗五升。去掉药渣，浸泡法曲三斤。经过三个夜晚后，蒸熟黍米二斗，按照常规方法酿酒。酒酿好后，每次饭后饮用一合。每日两次，夜间一次。可加量至三合。以病愈为度。

商陆根（削去皮，锉碎，二十五斤）。
以上一味药，用水一石五斗，煮取八斗。去掉药渣，浸泡细曲十五斤。蒸熟黍米一石，按照常规方法酿酒。酒酿好后，每次温饮三合至五合。每日两次，夜间一次。病情重者服药可达三斗。病情稍轻者达二斗。如果服药后出现呕吐或腹泻为佳。只宜食用鹿肉。
治疗白癞艾叶酒方：
干艾叶（浓煮取汁，每用一斗米曲，需用艾叶五两）。
以上一味药，根据曲米的多少，用煎好的浓汁拌浸。按照常规方法酿酒。酒酿好后，不限时间，稍微饮用。常令酒力相接，保持微醺状态。
治疗白癞，涂方：
葛上亭长（四七枚，去翅足，与糯米同炒，米熟为度，不用米）、干蝮蛇（一枚，头尾完整者，炙黄，去鳞）。

The above two ingredients are chopped to the size of soybeans. Boil in 3.5 dou of water until reduced to 1 dou. Filter out the dregs. Slowly boil in a silver or ceramic vessel until thick like syrup. The above single ingredient is boiled in 15 dou of water to obtain 8 dou. Remove dregs and soak 15 jin of Xiqu. Steam 1 shi of millet and ferment according to usual methods. After fermentation, drink 3 to 5 ge warm per dose. Twice daily, once at night. For severe cases, take up to 3 dou. For mild cases, up to 2 dou. Vomiting or purging after taking the medicine is considered good. Only deer meat should be eaten.
