上五味，以四味末同放车螯合子内，以地龙泥固济，用炭六斤 ，火尽为度，取出研为
散，空心温酒调一钱匕服。
治肠风泻血等。侧柏散方
侧柏叶（二斤九蒸九曝） 黑豆（紧小者一升炒） 甘草（炙锉三两） 白术（炒） 桂

治肠风痔 ，脱肛泻血，面色萎黄，积年不瘥。香术丸方
白术（一斤糯米泔浸三日）
上一味细锉，以慢火炒焦为末，取干地黄半斤净洗，用碗盛，于甑上蒸烂细研，入白术
末，和捣一二千杵，如硬滴好酒少许，相和再捣，众手为丸，如梧桐子大、焙干。每服十五
丸，空心粥饮下，加至二十丸。
治久患肠风泻血。茄子酒方
茄子种（大者三枚）
上一味，先将一枚湿纸裹，于 火内，煨熟取出，入瓷罐子，乘热以无灰酒一升半沃之
，便以蜡纸封闭，经三宿去茄子，暖酒空心分服，如是更作，不过三度瘥。
又方
黑豆（小者三升净拣晒退去皮）
上一味，生捣罗为末。炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大。每服三十丸，空心陈米饮下。
治肠风下血不止，及脱肛。蛇黄散方
蛇黄（两颗 醋淬七遍）
上一味，捣研如面，每服三钱匕。陈米饮调下，泻血并脱肛甚者，不过一两服、神验，
食前服之。
又方
牡蛎（大者一枚 醋淬七遍）
上一味细研，每服三钱匕，陈米饮调下、日再。
取上述十九味药材，切碎，每次服用五钱匕，加水一盏半，放入生姜一分拍碎，煎煮至剩余八分，滤去药渣，温服，饭前服用，每日两次。
主治大便下血，以及多年的肠风病，饮食困难。干地黄汤方：
熟干地黄（焙干）、赤石脂（各二两）、延胡索、牡蒙、桔梗、黄芩（锉碎）、龙骨（各一两半）。
取上述十六味药材，粗捣筛过，每次服用五钱匕，加水一盏半，煎煮至八分，滤去药渣，温服，不拘时间。
主治肠风下血，多年不愈。黄芪丸方：
黄芪（锉碎）、附子（炮裂去皮脐）、白矾（烧成灰，各二两）、硫黄（透明者生用）、陈皮（酥炙）、干姜（晒干后涂酥蜜炙）。
取上述八味药材，捣碎过筛成末。用炼蜜和药末制成丸剂，如梧桐子大小。每次服用二十丸，空腹时用米饮送下；如果是久泻便血，加栝蒌根一两烧成灰加入，效果极佳。
主治肠风泻血，面色萎黄，多次服药无效。食盐丸方：
食盐（研细）、杏仁（热水浸泡去皮尖双仁炒后另研）、当归（切后焙干）、干姜（炮制）、皂荚（去皮子后用酥炙）。
取上述六味药材，捣碎过筛成末。用炼蜜和药末制成丸剂，如梧桐子大小。每次服用三十丸，空腹时用陈年米饮送下。
主治肠风下血，痔疮不止。车螯散方：
车螯（一合）、皂荚刺（四十九枚）、砂、丹砂、乳香（各一分，这三味同研）。
取上述五味药材，将其中四味的药末与车螯壳一同放入车螯壳内，用地龙泥密封固济，用六斤炭火煅烧，直到炭火烧尽为止，取出后研为散剂，空腹时用温酒调服一钱匕。
主治肠风泻血等症。侧柏散方：
侧柏叶（二斤，九蒸九晒）、黑豆（紧小者一升，炒）、甘草（炙后锉碎三两）、白术（炒）、桂枝（去粗皮）。
取上述五味药材，捣碎过筛成散剂，每次服用二钱匕。用热开水调服，每日三次，不拘时间。
主治长期患肠风泻血。大安散方：
矾锻石（研细二两）、硫黄（为末）、乳香（研）、黄连（去须炒后为末，各一两）、蜡（一钱，细切）。
将上述药材混合，入火中煨熟取出，再用慢火烤焦，捣碎过筛成散剂，每次服用三钱匕。空腹时用米饮调服，或者用糊做成丸剂，如梧桐子大小。每次服用七丸，米饮送下，效果极佳。
主治大肠风热，下血不止。黄芩饮方：
黄芩（去黑心）、黄柏（去粗皮）、黄连（去须）、槲叶（炙，各一两半）。

取上述一味药材，细锉后，用慢火炒焦成末。取干地黄半斤洗净，用碗盛放，在甑上蒸烂后细研，加入白术末，一起捣一千到两千杵，如果太硬滴少许好酒，再一起捣，众人合力做成丸剂，如梧桐子大小，焙干。每次服用十五丸，空腹时用粥饮送下，可加量至二十丸。
主治长期患肠风泻血。茄子酒方：
茄子（大者三枚）。
取上述一味药材，先将一枚用湿纸包裹，在火中煨熟取出，放入瓷罐中，趁热倒入无灰酒一升半，立即用蜡纸封闭，经过三个夜晚后去掉茄子，温酒空腹分次服用，如果这样制作，不超过三次即可痊愈。
又一方：
黑豆（小者三升，净选晒退去皮）。
取上述一味药材，生捣过筛成末。用炼蜜和药末制成丸剂，如梧桐子大小。每次服用三十丸，空腹时用陈年米饮送下。
主治肠风下血不止，以及脱肛。蛇黄散方：
蛇黄（两颗，醋淬七遍）。
取上述一味药材，捣研如面粉状，每次服用三钱匕。陈年米饮调服，对于泻血严重及脱肛严重者，不过一两服，神效，饭前服用。

Prepared Rehmanniae Radix (Baked), Cinnabarite (each two *liang*), Corydalis Rhizoma (Yanhusuo), Pseudostellariae Radix (Mumeng), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, sliced), Os Draconis (Longgu, each one and a half *liang*).
Take the aforementioned sixteen medicinal materials, coarsely crush and sieve. For each dose, use five *qianbi*, add one and a half *zhan* of water, decoct until eight parts remain, remove the dregs, and take warm at any time.
Indicated for intestinal wind bleeding that has persisted for years without cure. Huangqi Wan (Astragalus Pill):
Astragali Radix (Huangqi, sliced), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi, processed, peeled, and navel removed), Alumen (Baifan, burnt to ash), Sulfur (Liu, transparent raw material used raw), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi, roasted with butter), Zingiberis Rhizoma (Ganjiang, sun-dried and roasted with butter).
Take the aforementioned eight medicinal materials, pound and sieve into powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of *Wutong* seeds. Take twenty pills per dose, swallowed with rice drink on an empty stomach. If suffering from chronic diarrhea with blood, add one *liang* of Trichosanthis Radix (Gualugen) burnt to ash; this is excellent.
Indicated for intestinal wind hemorrhage, sallow complexion, and cases where repeated medication has failed. Yanshi Wan (Salt Pill):
Halitum (Yanshi, ground), Armeniacae Semen Amarum (Xingren, soaked in hot water, skin and tip removed, double-kernel fried and separately ground), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, sliced and baked), Zingiberis Rhizoma (Ganjiang, processed), Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Spina (Zaojiao, skin and seeds removed, roasted with butter).
Take the aforementioned six medicinal materials, pound and sieve into powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of *Wutong* seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, swallowed with aged rice drink on an empty stomach.
Indicated for intestinal wind bleeding and persistent hemorrhoids. Che'ao San (Clam Powder):
Tridacna Gigas Shell (Che'ao, one *he*), Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Spina (Zaojiaoci, forty-nine spikes), Realgar (Shadan), Cinnabar (Dansha), Boswelliae Resina (Ruxiang, each one *fen*, these three ground together).
Take the aforementioned five medicinal materials. Place the powder of four ingredients together with the Clam shell inside the clam shell. Seal tightly with earthworm mud. Roast with six *jin* of charcoal until the charcoal is completely consumed. Remove, grind into powder, and take one *qianbi* mixed with warm wine on an empty stomach.
Indicated for intestinal wind hemorrhage, etc. Ce Bai San (Platycladi Leaf Powder):
Platycladi Cacumen (Ce Baiye, two *jin*, steamed nine times and sun-dried nine times), Sojae Semen Nigrum (Heidou, tight and small ones, one *sheng*, fried), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, roasted and sliced, three *liang*), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, fried), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Gui, bark removed).
Take the aforementioned five medicinal materials, pound and sieve into powder. Take two *qianbi* per dose, mixed with hot water. Three times daily, at any time.
Indicated for long-term intestinal wind hemorrhage. Da'an San (Great Peace Powder):
Alumen Ustun (Fanduan Shi, ground, two *liang*), Sulfur (Liu, powdered), Boswelliae Resina (Ruxiang, ground), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, whiskers removed, fried, powdered, each one *liang*), Beeswax (La, one *qian*, finely cut).
Mix the ingredients, roast in fire until cooked, remove, then roast slowly over low heat until charred. Pound and sieve into powder. Take three *qianbi* per dose, mixed with rice drink on an empty stomach. Alternatively, mix with paste to form pills the size of *Wutong* seeds. Take seven pills per dose, swallowed with rice drink; this is extremely effective.
Indicated for large intestine wind-heat and continuous bleeding. Huangqin Yin (Scutellaria Drink):
Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, black heart removed), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, rough bark removed), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, whiskers removed), Quercus Mongolicae Folium (Huye, roasted, each one and a half *liang*).
Take the aforementioned four medicinal materials, coarsely crush and sieve. Take three *qianbi* per dose, add one *zhan* of water, decoct until seven parts remain. Add half *he* of Rehmanniae Juice, remove dregs, and take warm at any time.
Indicated for intestinal wind hemorrhoids, rectal prolapse with bleeding, sallow complexion, and chronic persistence. Xiangzhu Wan (Aromatic Atractylodes Pill):
Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, one *jin*, soaked in rice washing water for three days).
Take this single ingredient, slice finely, and roast slowly over low heat until charred, then grind into powder. Take half a *jin* of clean dried Rehmanniae Radix, wash thoroughly, place in a bowl, steam in a steamer until soft, and grind finely. Mix with the Atractylodes powder, pound together for one to two thousand strokes. If too hard, add a little good wine, continue pounding. Form pills by hand, the size of *Wutong* seeds, and bake dry. Take fifteen pills per dose, swallowed with porridge drink on an empty stomach; can increase to twenty pills.
Indicated for long-term intestinal wind hemorrhage. Qiezi Jiu (Eggplant Wine):
Solanum Melongena Fruit (Qiezi, three large ones).
Take this single ingredient. First, wrap one eggplant in wet paper, roast in fire until cooked, remove, and place in a porcelain jar. Pour one and a half *sheng* of non-intoxicating wine over it while hot. Seal immediately with wax paper. After three nights, remove the eggplant. Take the warm wine in divided doses on an empty stomach. Repeat this process if necessary; it will heal within no more than three courses.
Another prescription:
Sojae Semen Nigrum (Heidou, small ones, three *sheng*, cleaned, sun-dried, and skin removed).
Take this single ingredient, pound raw and sieve into powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of *Wutong* seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, swallowed with aged rice drink on an empty stomach.
Indicated for persistent intestinal wind bleeding and rectal prolapse. Shehuang San (Snake Yellow Powder):
Shehuang (Two pieces, quenched in vinegar seven times).
Take this single ingredient, pound and grind like flour. Take three *qianbi* per dose, mixed with aged rice drink. For severe hemorrhage and rectal prolapse, one or two doses are miraculous. Take before meals.
Another prescription:
Ostrea Concha (Muli, one large piece, quenched in vinegar seven times).
Take this single ingredient, grind finely. Take three *qianbi* per dose, mixed with aged rice drink, twice daily.
