绿豆（三升水五升煮烂绞取汁二升） 大麻子仁（一升烂研入水半盏同研绞取汁）
上二味。先取麻仁汁一半煎微温，后入绿豆汁一升同搅，更煎微温，欲服时，先吃炙羊
肉干脯一片，吐滓只咽津五七度，顿服药汁，须臾或吐或利，即其蛔已消，若未尽更服。

苦楝根（洗去土取皮细锉半升）
上一味。都以水二升半，慢火煎至八合，绞去滓，以粟米三合净淘，量水多少，并楝根
汁同煮为稠粥，隔宿不食，平旦顿食之，即蛔虫尽下。

以上两味药料，先取一半麻仁汁微温煎煮，随后加入一升绿豆汁一同搅拌，再微温煎煮。准备服药时，先吃一片烤羊肉干脯，吞咽津液五到七次，然后一次性服下药汁，片刻之后或吐或泻，说明蛔虫已消除，若未排尽可再次服用。

以上一味药料，全部用水二升半，慢火煎至八合，滤去药渣，取粟米三合洗净，根据水量多少，连同苦楝根汁一起煮成稠粥。前一晚禁食，清晨一次性服下，蛔虫即可全部排出。

Areca Seed (Arecae Semen, raw, five pieces) and Cortex Punicae Granati (Cortex Granati, from roots growing eastward, washed and crushed, half jin).
Take the above two ingredients. Coarsely crush and sieve. Divide into three doses. For each dose, use one and a half sheng of water, decoct until one sheng remains. Strain off the dregs. Take one he of Setaria Italica Grain (Millet), wash thoroughly, and cook into porridge. Consume in one sitting on an empty stomach at dawn. The effect is achieved when the worms are expelled through loose stools.

Vigna Radiata Seed (Vigna Radiata Semen, three sheng, boiled with five sheng of water until soft, strained to obtain two sheng of juice) and Cannabis Sativa Seed (Cannabis Fructus, one sheng, ground until soft, mixed with half zhan of water, ground together, and strained to obtain juice).
