治产后三日内下诸杂五色痢方。
阿胶 黄柏（各一两） 蜡（如博棋三枚） 当归（一两半） 黄连（二两） 陈廪米
（一升）
上六味 咀，以水八升煮米，蟹目沸，去米，纳药，煮取二升，去滓，纳胶蜡，令烊，
分四服，一日令尽。
治产后余寒下痢，便脓血赤白，日数十行，腹痛，时时下血方。
桂心 干姜 甘草（各二两） 附子（一两） 蜜（一升） 当归（二两） 赤石脂（十
两）
上七味 咀，以水六升，煮取三升，去滓，纳蜜，煎一两沸，分三服，日三。
治产后下赤白，腹中绞痛方∶
芍药 干地黄（各四两） 甘草 阿胶 艾叶 当归（各八两）
上六味 咀，以水七升，煮取二升半，去滓，纳胶令烊，分三服。
治产后赤白下久不断，身面悉肿方∶
大豆（微熬） 小麦 蒲黄（各一升） 吴茱萸（半升）
上四味，以水九升，煮取三升，去滓，分三服。此方神验。亦可以水五升，酒一斗，煎
取四升，分四服。
治产后痢赤白，心腹刺痛方∶
薤白（一两） 当归（二两） 酸石榴皮（三两） 地榆根（四两） 粳米（五合）
上五味 咀，以水六升，煮取二升半，去滓，分三服。（《必效方》加浓朴一两，阿胶
、人参、甘草、黄连各一两半）

治疗产后三日内出现各种杂色五色痢疾的方剂。
阿胶、黄柏（各一两）、蜡（如围棋子大小三枚）、当归（一两半）、黄连（二两）、陈廪米（一升）。
以上六味药，切碎，用水八升煮米，待水沸起如蟹眼泡时，去掉米粒，放入药物，煮取二升药液，滤去药渣，加入阿胶和蜡，使其溶化，分四次服用，一天内服完。
治疗产后余寒引起的下痢，大便脓血赤白相间，每天数十次，腹痛，不时出血的方剂。
桂心、干姜、甘草（各二两）、附子（一两）、蜜（一升）、当归（二两）、赤石脂（十两）。
以上七味药，切碎，用水六升，煮取三升药液，滤去药渣，加入蜂蜜，再煎煮一两沸，分三次服用，每天三次。
治疗产后下痢赤白，腹中绞痛的方剂：
芍药、干地黄（各四两）、甘草、阿胶、艾叶、当归（各八两）。
以上六味药，切碎，用水七升，煮取二升半药液，滤去药渣，加入阿胶使其溶化，分三次服用。
治疗产后下痢赤白日久不止，全身及面部全部浮肿的方剂：
大豆（微炒）、小麦、蒲黄（各一升）、吴茱萸（半升）。
以上四味药，用水九升，煮取三升药液，滤去药渣，分三次服用。此方神效。也可以用五升水、一斗酒，煎取四升药液，分四次服用。
治疗产后下痢赤白，心腹部刺痛症状的方剂：
薤白（一两）、当归（二两）、酸石榴皮（三两）、地榆根（四两）、粳米（五合）。
以上五味药，切碎，用水六升，煮取二升半药液，滤去药渣，分三次服用。（《必效方》在此方基础上加浓朴一两，阿胶、人参、甘草、黄连各一两半）
(Formula 19)
A formula for treating various mixed-color dysentery (dysentery with mixed colors of stool) occurring within three days after childbirth.
Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin), Huangbo (Phellodendri Cortex, each 1 liang), La (Beeswax, equivalent to three pieces like Go stones), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 1.5 liang), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, 2 liang), Chenlinmi (Aged Rice, 1 sheng).
The above six ingredients are cut into small pieces. Boil the rice in 8 sheng of water until bubbles appear like crab eyes. Remove the rice, add the medicinal herbs, and decoct to obtain 2 sheng of liquid. Strain out the dregs, add Ejiao and Beeswax, and melt them. Divide into four doses and consume all within one day.
A formula for treating dysentery caused by residual cold after childbirth, characterized by pus and blood in the stool (red and white), frequent bowel movements (dozens of times a day), abdominal pain, and intermittent bleeding.
Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, each 2 liang), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, 1 liang), Mi (Honey, 1 sheng), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 2 liang), Chishizhi (Halloysit Rubrum, 10 liang).
The above seven ingredients are cut into small pieces. Decoct in 6 sheng of water to obtain 3 sheng of liquid. Strain out the dregs, add Honey, and boil for one or two boils. Divide into three doses, taken three times a day.
A formula for treating red and white dysentery after childbirth accompanied by colicky abdominal pain:
Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, each 4 liang), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin), Aye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, each 8 liang).
The above six ingredients are cut into small pieces. Decoct in 7 sheng of water to obtain 2.5 sheng of liquid. Strain out the dregs, add Ejiao and melt it. Divide into three doses.
A formula for treating persistent red and white dysentery after childbirth resulting in edema of the entire body and face:
Dadou (Sojae Semen Preparatum, lightly roasted), Xiaomai (Tritici Fructus), Puhuang (Pollinis Typhae, each 1 sheng), Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus, 0.5 sheng).
The above four ingredients are decocted in 9 sheng of water to obtain 3 sheng of liquid. Strain out the dregs and divide into three doses. This formula is highly effective. Alternatively, decoct with 5 sheng of water and 1 dou of wine to obtain 4 sheng of liquid, divided into four doses.
A formula for treating red and white dysentery after childbirth accompanied by stabbing pain in the heart and abdomen:
Xiebai (Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus, 1 liang), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 2 liang), Suan Shiliupi (Punicae Granati Pericarpium, 3 liang), Diyugen (Sanguisorbae Radix, 4 liang), Jingmi (Oryza Sativa, 0.5 he).
The above five ingredients are cut into small pieces. Decoct in 6 sheng of water to obtain 2.5 sheng of liquid. Strain out the dregs and divide into three doses. (According to "Bixiao Fang", add Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, 1 liang), Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), and Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, each 1.5 liang) to this formula.)
