治白癜风，及二百六十种大风方。
当归（七分） 石南（六分） 附子 踯躅 秦艽 菊花 干姜 防风 雄黄 丹砂 麝
香斑蝥（各十六分） 蜀椒 连翘 鬼箭羽（各一分） 石长生 知母（各八分） 鬼臼

蜈蚣（三枚） 虻虫 地胆（各十枚）
上三十味，诸虫皆去足翘，熬炙令熟为散，酒服方寸匕，日再。其病入发，令发白，服
之百日愈，发还黑。
又方 天雄 白蔹 黄芩（各三两） 干姜（四两） 附子（一两） 商陆 踯躅（各
一升）
上七味，治下筛，酒服五分匕，日三。
又方 酒服生胡麻油一合，日三，稍稍加至五合。慎生冷、猪、鸡、鱼、蒜等。百日
服五斗瘥。
治白癜方∶
矾石 硫黄（等分）
上二味，为末，醋和敷之。
又方 平旦以手掉取韭头上露涂之，极效。
又方 取罗摩草煮汁拭之，亦揩令伤 白汁涂之。
又方 锻石松脂酒主之。（方见卷末。）
又方 以蛇蜕皮熬，摩数百过，弃置草中。
又方 树空中水洗桂末，唾和涂之，日三。
又方 以水银数数拭之，令热即消，瘥乃止。
治凡身诸处白驳渐渐长似癣，不瘥方∶
取鳗鲡鱼脂涂之。先揩病上使痛，然后涂之。
又方 灸左右手中指节去延外宛中三壮，未瘥报之。
治皮中紫赤疵痣，去靥秽方∶
干漆 雌黄 矾石（各三两） 雄黄（五两） 巴豆（十五枚） 炭皮（二斤）
上六味，治下筛，鸡子白和涂，故帛贴病上，日二易。
治赤疵方∶
用京墨、大蒜、鳝血合涂之。
治赘疵痣方∶
雄黄 硫黄 真珠 矾石 巴豆 茹 藜芦（各一两）
上七味，治下筛，以真漆合和如泥，以涂点病上，须成疮及去面 皮中紫，不耐漆人
不得用，以鸡子白和之。
去疣目方∶
松柏脂合和涂之，一宿失矣。
又方 以石硫黄揩六七遍。
又方 以杏仁烧令黑，研膏涂上。
又方 以猪脂痒处揩之，令少许血出，即瘥。
又方 苦酒渍锻石六七日，滴取汁点疣上小作，疣即落。
又方 取牛口中涎，数涂自落。
又方 着艾炷疣目上，灸之三壮即除。
治疗白癜风，以及二百六十种严重风邪的方剂。

以上三十味药，所有的虫类都要去掉足和翅膀，炒熟后制成散剂，用酒送服一方寸匕，每天两次。如果病邪侵入头发，导致头发变白，服用一百天后可痊愈，头发会变回黑色。
另一个方剂：
天雄 白蔹 黄芩（各三两） 干姜（四两） 附子（一两） 商陆 踯躅（各一升）。
以上七味药，研磨过筛，用酒送服五分匕，每天三次。
再一个方剂：
用酒送服生胡麻油一合，每天三次，逐渐增加至五合。忌食生冷、猪肉、鸡肉、鱼类、大蒜等食物。服用一百天，总量达到五斗即可痊愈。
治疗白癜风的方剂：
矾石 硫黄（等量）。
以上两味药，研成粉末，用醋调和后敷于患处。
再一个方剂：
清晨用手收集韭菜叶上的露水涂抹患处，效果极佳。
再一个方剂：
取罗摩草煮汁擦拭患处，也可以摩擦使其轻微破损，将白色汁液涂在上面。
再一个方剂：
用锻石松脂酒主治。（该方剂见本书卷末。）
再一个方剂：
将蛇蜕皮炒制，摩擦患处数百次，然后丢弃在草丛中。
再一个方剂：
用树中空处的水洗桂末，用唾液调和后涂抹，每天三次。
再一个方剂：
用水银反复擦拭患处，使其发热即消退，痊愈后停止。
治疗全身各处白斑逐渐扩大类似癣疾，久治不愈的方剂：
取鳗鲡鱼脂涂抹患处。先摩擦患处使其感到疼痛，然后再涂抹药脂。
再一个方剂：
灸左右手中指节外侧去腕横纹一寸宛中穴三壮，若未痊愈则继续施灸。
治疗皮肤中紫红色斑点痣，去除面部污秽的方剂：
干漆 雌黄 矾石（各三两） 雄黄（五两） 巴豆（十五枚） 炭皮（二斤）。
以上六味药，研磨过筛，用鸡蛋清调和后涂抹，用旧布贴敷在患处，每天更换两次。
治疗赘生物、斑点和痣的方剂：
雄黄 硫黄 真珠 矾石 巴豆 茹 藜芦（各一两）。
以上七味药，研磨过筛，用天然漆调和如泥状，点涂在病灶上，需形成疮痂并去除面部及皮肤中的紫色，不耐受漆的人不得使用，可用鸡蛋清调和代替。
去除疣目（寻常疣）的方剂：
用松柏脂调和后涂抹，一夜之后即可脱落。
再一个方剂：
用苦酒浸泡锻石六七天，滴取汁液点涂在疣上，稍作刺激，疣体即会脱落。
再一个方剂：
取牛口中的涎液，多次涂抹，疣体自然脱落。

Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) (7 fen), Shinan (Foliium Nandinae), Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata), Zhizhu (Rhododendri Mollis Flos), Qinjiao (Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae), Juhua (Flos Chrysanthemi), Ganjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae), Xionghuang (Realgar), Dansha (Cinnabaris), Shexiang (Moschus), Banmao (Mylabris) (each 16 fen), Shujiao (Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis), Lianqiao (Fructus Forsythiae), Guijianyu (Ramulus Eucommiae Ulmoides) (each 1 fen), Shichangsheng (Herba Siegesbeckiae), Zhimu (Rhizoma Anemarrhenae) (each 8 fen), Guijiu (Pulsatillae Radix) (11 fen), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Wangbuliuxing (Semen Viciae Cracca), Shihu (Caulis Dendrobii), Tianxiong (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii), Wutou (Radix Aconiti), Duohuo (Radix Angelicae Pubescentis), Fangji (Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae), Mangcao (Herba Isidis) (each 12 fen), Shuizhi (Hirudo) (100 pieces), Wugong (Scolopendra) (3 pieces), Mengchong (Tabanus), Didan (Eupolyphaga) (each 10 pieces).
The above thirty ingredients: all insects should have their legs and wings removed, roasted until cooked, and ground into a powder. Take one fangcun bi (a measure equivalent to a square inch spoonful) with wine, twice daily. If the pathogen invades the hair follicles causing whitening, take for one hundred days to cure, and the hair will turn black again.
Another formula:
Tianxiong (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii), Bailian (Radix Lilii Bulbus), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae), each 3 liang; Ganjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis), 4 liang; Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata), 1 liang; Shanglu (Radix Phytolaccae), Zhizhu (Rhododendri Mollis Flos), each 1 sheng.
The above seven ingredients, grind and sieve. Take five fen bi with wine, three times daily.
Another formula:
Take raw Sesame Oil (Semen Sesami Nigrum) one he with wine, three times daily, gradually increasing to five he. Avoid cold/raw foods, pork, chicken, fish, garlic, etc. After taking five dou over one hundred days, the disease will be cured.
Formula for treating vitiligo:
Fanshi (Alumen), Liuhuang (Sulfur), in equal parts.
The above two ingredients, grind into powder, mix with vinegar, and apply externally.
Another formula:
In the early morning, collect dew from the tips of leeks with hands and apply to the affected area; it is extremely effective.
Another formula:
Boil Luomocao (likely referring to a specific local herb, possibly *Loranthus* or similar parasitic plant) juice and wipe the affected area. Alternatively, rub until slightly injured, then apply the white sap.
Another formula:
Treat with Duanshi Songzhi Jiu (Calcined Iron Powder and Pine Resin Wine). (See formula at the end of this volume.)
Another formula:
Roast snake skin, rub on the affected area hundreds of times, then discard in the grass.
Another formula:
Wash Cinnamon Twig powder (Guixin) with water collected from hollow trees, mix with saliva, and apply, three times daily.
Another formula:
Wipe repeatedly with Mercury (Shuiyin) until it becomes hot and dissipates; stop when cured.
Formula for treating white patches spreading anywhere on the body resembling tinea, which do not heal:
Apply Eel Fat (Manli Yu Zhi). First rub the lesion until painful, then apply the fat.
Another formula:
Moxibustion on Yanwaiwan (EX-UE10, located on the dorsal aspect of the hand, between the 2nd and 3rd metacarpal bones, approximately 1 cun distal to the transverse crease of the wrist) on both left and right middle finger joints, three moxa cones. If not cured, repeat.
Formula for removing purple-red spots/moles in the skin and facial impurities:
Ganqi (Resina Taxilli), Cihuang (Orpiment), Fanshi (Alumen), each 3 liang; Xionghuang (Realgar), 5 liang; Badou (Semen Crotonis Tiglii), 15 seeds; Tanpi (Charred Bark), 2 jin.
The above six ingredients, grind and sieve. Mix with egg white (Jizi Bai) and apply. Cover with old cloth on the lesion, change twice daily.
Formula for treating red spots:
Mix Jingmo (Beijing Ink), Dasuan (Allium Sativum), and Shanyue (Blood of Anguilla Japonica) and apply.
Formula for treating warts, spots, and moles:
Xionghuang (Realgar), Liuhuang (Sulfur), Zhenzhu (Margarita), Fanshi (Alumen), Badou (Semen Crotonis Tiglii), Ru (possibly *Rhus* or similar resinous plant), Lilü (Radix Veratri Nigrī), each 1 liang.
The above seven ingredients, grind and sieve. Mix with natural lacquer (Zhenqi) like mud, and apply to the spot. It requires forming a sore/scab to remove facial and subcutaneous purple discoloration. Those intolerant to lacquer should not use it; instead, mix with egg white.
Formula for removing verrucae (warts):
Mix with Pine and Cypress Resin (Songbai Zhi) and apply; they will fall off overnight.
Another formula:
Rub with Stone Sulfur (Shi Liuhuang) six or seven times.
Another formula:
Burn Apricot Kernels (Xingren) until black, grind into paste, and apply.
Another formula:
Rub itchy areas with Pig Fat (Zhuzhi) until slight bleeding occurs; then it heals.
Another formula:
Soak Calcined Iron Powder (Duanshi) in Vinegar (Ku Jiu) for six or seven days, drip the juice onto the wart, causing slight irritation; the wart will fall off.
Another formula:
Collect saliva from cattle's mouth, apply multiple times; it will fall off naturally.
Another formula:
Place a moxa cone on the wart and moxibustion three cones; it will be removed immediately.
