上十一味末之，蜜和丸，常含一丸，如大豆，咽汁，日三夜一。亦可常含，咽汁，五日
口香，十日体香，二七日衣被香，三七日下风人闻香，四七日洗手水落地香，五七日把他手
亦香。慎五辛，下气去臭。
治口气臭秽，常服含香丸方。

上五味末之，蜜和，临卧时，服二丸如弹子大。
又方 常以月旦日未出时，从东壁取步，七步回，面垣立，含水 壁七遍，口即美香。
又方 桂心 甘草 细辛 橘皮
上四味等分，治下筛，以酒服一钱匕，瘥止。
又方 川芎 白芷 橘皮 桂心（各四两） 枣肉（八两）
上五味末之，次纳枣肉，干则加蜜，和丸如大豆，服十丸，食前食后常含之，或吞之，
七日大香。
治口中臭方。

上二味末之，临卧以三指撮酒服，二十日香。
又方 细辛、豆蔻。含之甚良。

上七味治下筛，食后饮服方寸匕，日三服，五日口香，十日身香，二十日肉香，三十日
衣被香，五十日远闻香，（一方加白芷十八铢。
又方 橘皮（二十铢） 桂心（十八铢） 木兰皮（一两） 大枣（二十枚）
上四味，治下筛，酒服方寸匕，日三，久服身香。亦可以枣肉丸之，服二十丸，如梧子
大，稍加至三十丸。（一方有川芎十八铢。）
又方 浓煮细辛汁，含之久，乃吐之。又方 井花水三升漱口，吐厕中，良。
又方 香薷一把，水一斗，煎取三升，稍稍含之。
又方 甜瓜子作末，蜜和，每日空心洗漱讫，含一丸如枣核大，亦敷齿。
又方 熬大豆，令焦，及热酢沃取汁含之。
治七孔臭气，皆令香方。

上四味各等分，治下筛，食后服方寸匕，日三。七日知，一百日大香。
治疗口部和身体异味，使身体散发香气并消除烦闷、疏散气滞的方剂。
豆蔻、丁香、藿香、零陵香、青木香、白芷、桂心（各一两），香附子（二两），甘松香、当归（各半两），槟榔（两枚）。
以上十一味药研成细末，用蜂蜜调和制成丸药，经常含服一丸，大小如大豆，吞咽其汁液，白天三次，夜间一次。也可以经常含服，吞咽汁液，五天后口气变香，十天后身体变香，十四天后衣物和被褥变香，二十一天后在下风口的人能闻到香气，二十八天后洗手的水滴落地变香，三十五天后握住别人的手也会让对方感到香气。需忌食五辛（五种辛辣蔬菜），此方能下气去臭。

以上五味药研成细末，用蜂蜜调和，临睡前服用两丸，大小如弹子。
又一方：经常在农历每月初一太阳未出时，从东墙取七步的距离，转身面向墙壁站立，口中含水向墙壁喷洒七次，口气就会变得芳香。
又一方：桂心、甘草、细辛、橘皮。
以上四味药等分，研磨过筛，用酒送服一钱匕的量，病愈即止。
又一方：川芎、白芷、橘皮、桂心（各四两），枣肉（八两）。
以上五味药研成细末，随后加入枣肉，如果太干则加蜂蜜，调和制成如大豆大小的丸药，每次服用十丸，饭前饭后经常含服，或者吞服，七天后会非常香。
治疗口中异味的方剂。
桂心（《古今录验》中使用细辛）、甘草（各等分）。
以上两味药研成细末，临睡前用三指撮的量，用酒送服，二十天后口气变香。
又一方：蜀椒、桂心（各等分）。
以上两味药研成细末，用酒送服三指撮的量。
主要功效为口香去臭的方剂。
甘草（三十铢），川芎（二十四铢），白芷（十八铢）。
以上三味药研磨过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕的量，每天三次，三十天后口气变香。
又一方：松根白皮、瓜子仁、大枣。
以上三味药研磨过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕的量，每天两次，一百天后衣物和被褥变香。
又一方：瓜子仁、川芎、藁本、当归、杜蘅（各六铢），细辛（半两），防风（二两）。
以上七味药研磨过筛，饭后用温水送服一方寸匕的量，每天三次，五天后口气变香，十天后身体变香，二十天后肌肉（体味）变香，三十天后衣物和被褥变香，五十天后远处能闻到香气。（另一版本加白芷十八铢。）
又一方：橘皮（二十铢），桂心（十八铢），木兰皮（一两），大枣（二十枚）。
以上四味药，研磨过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕的量，每天三次，长期服用可使身体变香。也可以用枣肉制丸，每次服用二十丸，大小如梧桐子大，逐渐增加至三十丸。（另一版本有川芎十八铢。）
又一方：浓煮细辛汁，长时间含服，然后吐出。
又一方：用井花水三升漱口，吐在厕所中，效果良好。
又一方：香薷一把，用水一斗，煎取三升，慢慢含服。
又一方：将甜瓜子研成末，用蜂蜜调和，每天空腹洗漱完毕后，含服一丸如枣核大小，也可以涂抹牙齿。
又一方：炒大豆至焦黑，趁热用醋浸泡取汁含服。
治疗七窍（眼、耳、鼻、口、前后二阴）臭气，使全部部位散发香气的方剂。
沉香（五两），藁本（三两），白瓜瓣（半升），丁香（五合），甘草、当归、川芎、麝香（各二两）。
以上八味药研成细末，用蜂蜜制成丸药，饭后服用如小豆大小的五丸，每天三次，长期服用可使全身都散发香气。
治疗身体异味，使身体散发香气的方剂。
白芷、甘子皮（各一两半），瓜子仁（二两），藁本、当归、细辛、桂心（各一两）。
以上七味药研磨过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕的量，每天三次，五天后口气变香，二十一天后身体变香。
又一方：甘草、松根皮、甜瓜子、大枣。
以上四味药各等分，研磨过筛，饭后服用一方寸匕的量，每天三次。七天见效，一百天后香气浓郁。
A prescription for treating bad breath and body odor, causing the body to emit fragrance, relieving irritability, and dissipating stagnant Qi.
Cardamomi Fructus Rotundus (Doukou), Caryophylli Flos (Dingxiang), Agastachis Herba (Huoxiang), Polyporus Umbellatus (Linglingxiang), Aucklandiae Radix (Qingmuxiang), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin) (each 1 liang), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfuzi) (2 liang), Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma (Gansongxiang), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (each 0.5 liang), Arecae Semen (Binglang) (2 pieces).
The above eleven herbs are ground into fine powder, mixed with honey to form pills. Frequently hold one pill in the mouth, size of a soybean, swallow the juice. Take three times during the day and once at night. It can also be held frequently, swallowing the juice. After five days, the breath becomes fragrant; after ten days, the body becomes fragrant; after fourteen days, clothes and bedding become fragrant; after twenty-one days, people downwind can smell the fragrance; after twenty-eight days, water from washing hands smells fragrant when it hits the ground; after thirty-five days, holding another person's hand will make them smell fragrance. Avoid eating the "Five Pungent Vegetables" (Wuxin). This formula descends Qi and removes odor.
A prescription for frequent use of lozenge pills to treat foul breath.
Caryophylli Flos (Dingxiang) (0.5 liang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (3 liang), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin) (each 1.5 liang), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) (1 liang).
The above five herbs are ground into fine powder, mixed with honey. Before going to bed, take two pills, size of a bullet.
Another prescription: On the first day of each lunar month before sunrise, walk seven steps from the east wall, turn around, stand facing the wall, fill the mouth with water, and spray it against the wall seven times. The breath will become fragrant.
Another prescription: Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Jupi).
The above four herbs in equal parts are ground and sifted. Take one qianbi dose with wine. Discontinue when cured.
Another prescription: Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Jupi), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin) (each 4 liang), Jujubae Fructus (Zaorou) (8 liang).
The above five herbs are ground into fine powder, then Jujubae Fructus is added. If too dry, add honey. Mix to form pills size of soybeans. Take ten pills. Hold in mouth or swallow before and after meals. After seven days, there will be strong fragrance.
Prescription for treating oral malodor.
Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin) (Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin) is used in *Gujin Luyan*), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (equal parts).
The above two herbs are ground into fine powder. Before going to bed, take a pinch held by three fingers, administered with wine. After twenty days, the breath becomes fragrant.
Another prescription: Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Cardamomi Fructus Rotundus (Doukou). Holding in the mouth is very effective.
Another prescription: Zanthoxyli Fructus (Shujiao), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin) (equal parts).
The above two herbs are ground into fine powder. Take a pinch held by three fingers with wine.
Main prescription for fragrant breath and removing odor.
Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (30 zhu), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) (24 zhu), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi) (18 zhu).
The above three herbs are ground and sifted. Take one fangcunbi dose with wine, three times a day. After thirty days, the breath becomes fragrant.
Another prescription: Pinus Massoniana Cortex Albus (Songgenbaipi), Cucumis Melo Seed (Gua Zi Ren), Jujubae Fructus (Dazao).
The above three herbs are ground and sifted. Take one fangcunbi dose with wine, twice a day. After one hundred days, clothes and bedding become fragrant.
Another prescription: Cucumis Melo Seed (Gua Zi Ren), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix (Ben), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Dichroae Radix (Duheng) (each 6 zhu), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin) (0.5 liang), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng) (2 liang).
The above seven herbs are ground and sifted. After meals, take one fangcunbi dose with warm water, three times a day. After five days, breath becomes fragrant; after ten days, body becomes fragrant; after twenty days, body flesh becomes fragrant; after thirty days, clothes and bedding become fragrant; after fifty days, fragrance can be smelled from afar. (Another version adds Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi) 18 zhu.)
Another prescription: Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Jupi) (20 zhu), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin) (18 zhu), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Mulanpi), Jujubae Fructus (Dazao) (20 pieces).
The above four herbs are ground and sifted. Take one fangcunbi dose with wine, three times a day. Long-term use makes the body fragrant. Alternatively, mix with Jujubae Fructus to form pills, size of Loropetalum chinense seeds (Wuzi). Take twenty pills, gradually increasing to thirty pills. (Another version includes Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) 18 zhu.)
Another prescription: Decoct Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin) juice thickly, hold in mouth for a long time, then spit out.
Another prescription: Rinse mouth with three sheng of well water (Jinghua Shui), spit into the toilet. Effective.
Another prescription: One bunch of Elsholtziae Herba (Xiangru), decoct with one dou of water until three sheng remain. Slowly hold in mouth.
Another prescription: Grind Cucumis Melo Seed (Tian Gua Zi) into powder, mix with honey. After fasting morning rinsing, hold one pill size of a date pit in the mouth, or apply to teeth.
Another prescription: Roast soybeans until charred, pour vinegar while hot to extract juice, hold in mouth.
Prescription for treating foul odor from the seven orifices, making all emit fragrance.
Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Chenxiang) (5 liang), Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix (Ben), Benincasae Semen Album (Baigua Ban), Caryophylli Flos (Dingxiang) (5 he), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Moschus (Shexiang) (each 2 liang).
The above eight herbs are ground into fine powder, mixed with honey to form pills. After meals, take five pills size of small beans, three times a day. Long-term use makes the whole body fragrant.

Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Broussonetiae Papyriferae Cortex (Ganzi Pi) (each 1.5 liang), Cucumis Melo Seed (Gua Zi Ren) (2 liang), Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix (Ben), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin) (each 1 liang).
The above seven herbs are ground and sifted. Take one fangcunbi dose with wine, three times a day. After five days, breath becomes fragrant; after twenty-one days, body becomes fragrant.
Another prescription: Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Pinus Massoniana Cortex (Songgenpi), Cucumis Melo Seed (Tian Gua Zi), Jujubae Fructus (Dazao).
