治虚劳内伤，寒热呕逆吐血方。
糖（三斤） 芍药 半夏 生姜 甘草（各三两） 桂心（二两） 大枣（五十枚）
上七味 咀，以水二斗煮取七升，分七服，日五夜二。（《翼方》无甘草、桂心，有生
地黄）
治噫止唾血方∶
石膏（四两） 浓朴（三两） 麻黄 生姜 五味子 半夏 杏仁（各二两） 小麦（一
升）
上八味 咀，以水一斗煮麻黄，去沫澄取七升，纳药煮取二升半，分再服。
治吐血胸中塞痛方∶
芍药 干姜 茯苓 桂心 当归 大黄 芒硝（各三两） 阿胶 甘草 人参（各二两）
麻黄（一两） 干地黄（四两） 虻虫 水蛭（各八十枚） 大枣（二十枚） 桃仁（一百
枚）
上十六味 咀，以水一斗七升煮取四升，分五服，日三夜二。
治吐血内崩上气面色如土方。
干姜 阿胶 柏叶（各二两） 艾（一把）
上四味 咀，以水五升煮取一升，纳马通汁一升，煮取一升，顿服。（仲景不用阿胶，
《短剧》、《肘后》俱不用柏叶）
治吐血酒客温疫中热毒干呕心烦方∶
蒲黄 犀角 栝蒌根 甘草（各二两） 葛根 桑寄生（各二两）
上六味 咀，以水七升，煮取三升，分三服
治伤中里急，胸胁挛痛欲呕血，时寒时热，小便赤黄，此皆伤于房劳故也。
泽兰 糖（各一斤） 桂心 桑根白皮 人参（各二两） 远志（二两） 生姜（五两）

上八味 咀，以醇酒一斗五升，煮取七升，去滓，纳糖，食前服一升，日三夜一，勿
劳动。

上十味 咀，以生地黄汁五升、赤马通汁三升，煮取三升，分三服。不瘥更合数剂，
取瘥止。
又方 熟艾三鸡子许，水五升煮取二升，顿服。
又方 烧乱发灰，水服方寸匕，日三服。（《集验》云治舌上忽出血如簪孔者，亦治小
便出血者。）
治虚劳吐血方∶
生地黄肥者五升捣，以酒一升煮沸三上三下，去滓顿服。
又方 凡吐血服桂心末方寸匕，日夜可二十服。（《肘后》亦云疗下血。）
又方 生地黄五斤绞取汁，微火煎三沸，投白蜜一斤，又煎取三升，每服半升，日三
。主胸痛，百病久服佳。
又方 柏叶一升，以水六升煮取三升，分三服。
又方 生地黄汁（半升） 川大黄末（一方寸匕）
上二味先温地黄汁一沸，次纳大黄搅和，空腹顿服，日三瘥。
治疗虚劳内伤，出现寒热往来、呕吐逆气及吐血症状的方剂。

治疗呃逆并停止唾血的方剂：
石膏（四两） 厚朴（三两） 麻黄 生姜 五味子 半夏 杏仁（各二两） 小麦（一升）
以上八味药材，切碎，用水一斗先煎煮麻黄，去除浮沫，澄清后取汁七升，加入其他药物煎煮，取汁二升半，分两次服用。
治疗吐血且胸中堵塞疼痛的方剂：
芍药 干姜 茯苓 桂心 当归 大黄 芒硝（各三两） 阿胶 甘草 人参（各二两）
麻黄（一两） 干地黄（四两） 虻虫 水蛭（各八十枚） 大枣（二十枚） 桃仁（一百枚）
以上十六味药材，切碎，用水一斗七升煎煮，取汁四升，分五次服用，白天服三次，夜间服两次。
治疗吐血、内脏破裂出血、气逆上冲、面色枯黄如土的方剂。
干姜 阿胶 侧柏叶（各二两） 艾叶（一把）
以上四味药材，切碎，用水五升煎煮，取汁一升，加入马粪汁一升，再煎煮至一升，一次性服用。（张仲景的方剂中不用阿胶，《短剧方》、《肘后备急方》都不用侧柏叶）
治疗吐血患者因饮酒过度、感受温热疫毒、体内热毒炽盛导致干呕、心烦的方剂：
蒲黄 犀角 瓜蒌根 甘草（各二两） 葛根 桑寄生（各二两）
以上六味药材，切碎，用水七升煎煮，取汁三升，分三次服用。
治疗损伤中气导致的腹中拘急疼痛，胸胁部挛缩疼痛欲吐鲜血，时而发冷时而发热，小便赤黄，这些都是因房事劳累所致的病症。
泽兰 糖（各一斤） 桂心 桑白皮 人参（各二两） 远志（二两） 生姜（五两）
火麻仁（一升）
以上八味药材，切碎，用优质酒一斗五升煎煮，取汁七升，去渣，加入糖，饭前服用一升，白天服三次，夜间服一次，注意不要劳累。
治疗突然吐血一两口，或者鼻衄，或者内脏破裂出血的方剂：
蛴螬（五枚） 牛膝（生用） 王不留行 牡丹皮 麦门冬（各二两） 萆薢 芍药 干地黄（各四两） 续断 阿胶（各三两）
以上十味药材，切碎，用生地黄汁五升、赤色马粪汁三升，煎煮取汁三升，分三次服用。如果未痊愈，再配制几剂，直到痊愈为止。
又一方：熟艾叶约三个鸡蛋大小，用水五升煎煮取汁二升，一次性服用。
又一方：烧乱发成灰，用水送服一方寸匕，每天服三次。（《集验方》说此方治疗舌头上突然出血像针孔一样的情况，也治疗小便出血。）
治疗虚劳吐血的方剂：
选用肥大的生地黄五升捣碎，用酒一升煮沸，反复加热冷却三次，去渣一次性服用。
又一方：凡是吐血者，服用桂心粉末一方寸匕，白天黑夜可服用二十次。（《肘后备急方》也说治疗下血。）
又一方：生地黄五斤绞取汁液，用微火煎煮三沸，加入白蜜一斤，再煎煮取汁三升，每次服用半升，每天三次。主治胸痛，长期服用对多种疾病有益。
又一方：侧柏叶一升，用水六升煎煮取汁三升，分三次服用。
又一方：生地黄汁（半升） 川大黄粉末（一方寸匕）
以上两味药，先将生地黄汁温煮一沸，然后加入大黄粉搅拌混合，空腹一次性服用，每天三次，痊愈即止。
Formula for treating deficiency consumption and internal injury, characterized by alternating chills and fever, vomiting with counterflow qi, and hematemesis.
Bing (Rock Sugar) (3 jin), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 3 liang), Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex), Dazao (Jujubae Fructus) (50 pieces).
The above seven ingredients are coarsely crushed, boiled in two dou of water to obtain seven sheng of decoction. Divide into seven doses: five during the day and two at night. (Qianjin Yifang omits Gancao and Guixin, adding Shengdihuang instead.)
Formula for treating belching and stopping hemoptysis/sputum with blood:
Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) (each 2 liang), Xiaomai (Tritici Fructus) (1 sheng).
The above eight ingredients are coarsely crushed. Boil Mahuang in one dou of water, remove the foam, clarify to obtain seven sheng. Add other herbs and boil to obtain two and a half sheng. Divide into two doses.
Formula for treating hematemesis with chest fullness and pain:
Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas), Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Renshen (Ginseng Radix) (each 2 liang), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba) (1 liang), Ganyedi Huang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) (4 liang), Mengchong (Tabani Larva), Shuizhi (Hirudo) (each 80 pieces), Dazao (Jujubae Fructus) (20 pieces), Taoren (Persicae Semen) (100 pieces).
The above sixteen ingredients are coarsely crushed, boiled in one dan seven sheng of water to obtain four sheng of decoction. Divide into five doses: three during the day and two at night.
Formula for treating hematemesis, internal rupture (neibeng), upward rushing qi, and sallow complexion resembling earth.
Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini), Baiye (Platycladi Cacumen) (each 2 liang), Ai (Artemisiae Argyi Folium) (one handful).
The above four ingredients are coarsely crushed, boiled in five sheng of water to obtain one sheng. Add one sheng of horse dung juice (Matong Zhi) and boil again to obtain one sheng. Take in one dose. (Zhang Zhongjing's formulas do not use Ejiao; Duanju Fang and Zhouhou Beiji Fang do not use Baiye.)
Formula for treating hematemesis in wine drinkers suffering from warm epidemic heat toxin, dry retching, and irritability due to internal heat toxin.
Puhuang (Typhae Pollen), Xijiao (Rhinocerotis Cornu), Gualougen (Trichosanthis Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 2 liang), Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix), Sangjisheng (Taxilli Herba) (each 2 liang).
The above six ingredients are coarsely crushed, boiled in seven sheng of water to obtain three sheng of decoction. Divide into three doses.
For damage to the middle jiao causing abdominal urgency, spasm and pain in the chest and hypochondrium, desire to vomit blood, alternating chills and fever, and dark yellow urine, all caused by sexual exhaustion.
Zelan (Lycopus Herba), Bing (Rock Sugar) (each 1 jin), Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex), Sanggen Baipi (Mori Cortex), Renshen (Ginseng Radix) (each 2 liang), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix) (2 liang), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) (5 liang), Haren (Cannabis Fructus) (1 sheng).
The above eight ingredients are coarsely crushed, boiled in fifteen sheng of strong wine to obtain seven sheng. Strain, add sugar, and take one sheng before meals: three times during the day and once at night. Avoid physical exertion.
Formula for sudden hematemesis (one or two mouthfuls), epistaxis, or internal rupture.
Qicao (Silphidae Larva), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, raw), Wangbulexing (Vaccariae Semen), Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex), Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix) (each 2 liang), Bixie (Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Ganyedi Huang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) (each 4 liang), Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix), Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini) (each 3 liang).
The above ten ingredients are coarsely crushed, boiled in five sheng of fresh Rehmannia juice and three sheng of red horse dung juice to obtain three sheng of decoction. Divide into three doses. If not cured, prepare more doses until cured.
Another formula: Cook ripe Artemisia argyi folium equivalent to three chicken eggs in five sheng of water to obtain two sheng. Take in one dose.
Another formula: Burn human hair to ash, take one fangcun bi with water, three times daily. (Jiyan Fang states this treats sudden bleeding from the tongue like needle holes, and also treats hematuria.)
Formula for deficiency consumption hematemesis:
Take five sheng of large fresh Rehmannia root, crush it, boil in one sheng of wine through three cycles of boiling and cooling. Strain and take in one dose.
Another formula: For any hematemesis, take Cinnamomi Cortex powder one fangcun bi, up to twenty times day and night. (Zhouhou Beiji Fang also states this treats lower body bleeding.)
Another formula: Juice five jin of fresh Rehmannia root, boil gently for three boils, add one jin of white honey, and boil again to obtain three sheng. Take half sheng each time, three times daily. Mainly treats chest pain; long-term use is beneficial for various diseases.
Another formula: One sheng of Platycladi Cacumen, boiled in six sheng of water to obtain three sheng. Divide into three doses.
Another formula: Fresh Rehmannia juice (half sheng), powdered Chuan Dahuang (one fangcun bi).
Warm the fresh Rehmannia juice for one boil, then add the Dahuang powder and mix. Take on an empty stomach in one dose, three times daily, stop when cured.
