治湿 疮烂杀除虫 方。
扁竹（半两） 芦 雷丸 青葙子 女青 桃仁（各三两）
上六味治，下筛，粥饮服方寸匕，日三。加至二匕。亦可酒服。
治热病有 ，下部生疮方。
青葙子（一两） 橘皮 扁竹（各二两） 芦（四两） 甘草（一分） 野狼牙（三分）
上六味治，下筛，米饮和，每服一合，日三。不知，稍加之。（《短剧》无甘草）。
治湿 方
生姜汁（五合） 白蜜（三合） 黄连（三两）
上三味以水二升，别煮黄连，取一升，去滓纳姜、蜜更煎，取一升二合，五岁儿平旦空
腹服四合，日二。
治 虫蚀下部痒，谷道中生疮方∶
阿胶 当归 青葙子（各二两） 艾叶（一把）
上四味 咀，以水八升，煮取二升半，去滓，分三服。
治 方。
杏仁（五十枚） 苦酒（二升） 盐（一合）
上三味和煮，取五合，顿服之，小儿以意量之。
治蛲虫、蛔虫及痔， 虫食下部生疮方。
桃皮 艾叶（各一两） 槐子（三两） 大枣（三十枚）
上四味 咀，以水三升，煮取半升，顿服之，良。
治热病有 ，上下攻移杀人方。
猪胆一具，苦酒半升和之，火煎令沸，三上三下，药成放温，空腹饮三满口，虫死便愈
治温病下部有疮，虫蚀人五脏方∶
雄黄 皂荚（各一分） 麝香 朱砂（各二分）
上四味为末，蜜和捣万杵，初得病，酒服如梧子大一丸，日二。若下部有疮，取梧子大
末纳下部，日二。
治疗湿疮溃烂、杀灭寄生虫的方剂。

以上六味药捣碎，过筛，用米粥汁送服一方寸匕，每日三次。可逐渐增加至二方寸匕。也可以用酒送服。
治疗热病伴有下部生疮的方剂。

以上六味药捣碎，过筛，用米汤调和，每次服用一合，每日三次。若无效，稍微增加剂量。（《短剧》中无甘草）。
治疗湿疮的方剂
生姜汁（五合） 白蜜（三合） 黄连（三两）
以上三味药，用水二升，单独煎煮黄连，取汁一升，去掉药渣，加入姜汁和蜂蜜再次煎煮，取汁一升二合，五岁儿童在清晨空腹时服用四合，每日两次。
治疗寄生虫侵蚀下部瘙痒，肛门中生疮的方剂：
阿胶 当归 青葙子（各二两） 艾叶（一把）
以上四味药切碎，用水八升，煎煮取汁二升半，去掉药渣，分三次服用。
治疗……的方剂。
杏仁（五十枚） 苦酒（二升） 盐（一合）
以上三味药混合煎煮，取汁五合，一次性服用，小儿根据情况酌情减量。
治疗蛲虫、蛔虫以及痔疮，寄生虫侵蚀下部生疮的方剂。
桃皮 艾叶（各一两） 槐子（三两） 大枣（三十枚）
以上四味药切碎，用水三升，煎煮取汁半升，一次性服用，效果良好。
治疗热病伴有……，上下攻移致人死亡的方剂。
猪胆一个，与半升苦酒混合，用火煎至沸腾，反复加热冷却三次，药成后放温，空腹饮下三口满，寄生虫死亡即痊愈。
治疗温病下部有疮，寄生虫侵蚀人体五脏的方剂：
雄黄 皂荚（各一分） 麝香 朱砂（各二分）
以上四味药研成粉末，用蜂蜜调和并捣击一万杵，初得病时，用酒送服如梧桐子大小的一丸，每日两次。若下部有疮，取梧桐子大小的药末纳入下部患处，每日两次。
Formula for treating damp sores with ulceration and killing parasites.
Bianzhu (Banliang) [Bletilla striata Rhizome] Lu Leiyuan Qingxiangzi Nüqing Taoren (each Sanliang) [Peach Kernel].
The above six herbs are processed, sifted into powder, and taken orally with millet gruel using a Fangcunbi (a traditional measuring spoon, approx. 2-3 ml) as one dose, three times daily. The dosage may be increased to two Fangcunbi. It can also be taken with wine.
Formula for treating febrile diseases accompanied by sores in the lower part of the body.
Qingxiangzi (Yiqiange) [Celosia Seed] Jupi Bianzhu (each Erliang) [Tangerine Peel; Bletilla striata Rhizome] Lu (Siliang) [Reed Rhizome] Gancao (Yifen) [Licorice Root] Yelangya (Sanfen) [Acanthopanacis Trifoliati Radix].
The above six herbs are processed, sifted into powder, mixed with rice water, and taken at a dose of Yihe (approx. 20 ml) per time, three times daily. If ineffective, increase the dosage slightly. (Gancao is absent in "Duanju").
Formula for treating damp sores.
Shengjiangzhi (Wuhe) [Fresh Ginger Juice] Baimi (Sanhe) [White Honey] Huanglian (Sanliang) [Coptis Rhizome].
Take the above three ingredients with two Sheng (approx. 400 ml) of water. Decoct Huanglian separately to obtain one Sheng of liquid. Remove the dregs, add ginger juice and honey, and decoct again to obtain one Sheng and two He (approx. 240 ml). A five-year-old child should take Sihe (approx. 80 ml) on an empty stomach in the morning, twice daily.
Formula for treating itching caused by parasites eroding the lower orifice and sores arising in the anal region:
Ejiao Danggui Qingxiangzi (each Erliang) [Donkey-hide Gelatin; Angelica Sinensis Radix; Celosia Seed] Aiye (Yiba) [Mugwort Leaf].
The above four herbs are cut into small pieces, decocted with eight Sheng (approx. 1600 ml) of water to obtain two Sheng and five He (approx. 520 ml) of liquid. Remove the dregs and divide into three doses.
Formula for treating...
Xingren (Wushi Mei) [Apricot Seed] Kujiu (Ersheng) [Vinegar] Yan (Yihe) [Salt].
Mix the above three ingredients and decoct together to obtain Wuhe (approx. 100 ml) of liquid. Take it all at once. For children, adjust the dosage according to circumstances.
Formula for treating Enterobius vermicularis (pinworms), Ascaris lumbricoides (roundworms), and hemorrhoids, where parasites erode the lower orifice causing sores.
Taopi Aiye (each Yiliang) [Peach Bark; Mugwort Leaf] Huaizi (Sanliang) [Sophora Flower] Dazao (Sanshimei) [Jujube Fruit].
The above four herbs are cut into small pieces, decocted with three Sheng (approx. 600 ml) of water to obtain Ban Sheng (approx. 150 ml) of liquid. Take it all at once for good effect.
Formula for treating febrile diseases accompanied by..., which move up and down and cause death.
One Pig Gallbladder (Zhudan), mixed with Ban Sheng (approx. 100 ml) of vinegar (Kujiu). Boil over fire until boiling, applying heat and cooling three times ("three up, three down"). When the medicine is ready, let it cool to warm temperature. Drink three full mouthfuls on an empty stomach; the patient will recover when the parasites die.
Formula for treating warm diseases with sores in the lower part, where parasites erode the five Zang organs:
Xionghuang Zaojiao (each Yifen) [Realgar; Gleditsia Sinensis Spine] Shexiang Zhusha (each Erfen) [Musk; Cinnabar].
The above four herbs are ground into powder, mixed with honey, and pounded ten thousand times. At the onset of the disease, take one pill the size of a Sophora seed (Wuzi) with wine, twice daily. If there are sores in the lower part, take powder the size of a Sophora seed and apply it locally to the affected area, twice daily.
