上四味末之，以醋浆水和如泥，夜涂上，日未出时，暖水洗之，亦灭瘢痕。

鸬 屎一升，末之，以腊月猪脂和，令匀，夜敷之。

上四味末之，以酥和，夜敷面上，旦洗之，亦灭瘢痕。

上二味为末，以醋浆，服方寸匕，日一服。亦治 及灭瘢去黑痣。

上二味，先捣筛枸杞，又捣碎地黄，曝干，合筛，空腹酒服方寸匕，日三，久服颜如童
子，秘之。

木兰皮一斤，以三年醋渍，令没百日，曝干，末之，温酒服方寸匕，日三。
治面有热毒恶疮方

上三味末之，以粉上，瘥止，若疮干，以面脂调涂之，日三。
治灭瘢痕方
猪脂三斤饲乌鸡一只，三日令尽，后取白屎，纳白芷当归各一两，煎白芷色黄，去滓，
纳以鹰屎白半两搅调，敷之，日三。
又方 禹余粮半夏等分为末，以鸡子黄和，先以新布拭瘢处令赤，后用药敷之，勿见风，
日二，十日瘥，十年者亦灭。
又方 鹰屎白（一合） 辛夷（一两） 白附子 杜若 细辛（各半两）
上五味 咀，以酒五合浸一宿，以羊髓五两，微火煎，三上三下，去滓，小伤瘢上敷之
，日三。
灭瘢痕无问新旧必除方。
以人精和鹰屎白，敷之，日二，白蜜亦得。
治瘢痕凸出方。
春夏以大麦 ，秋冬以小麦 ，好细绢下筛，以酥和封上。
又方 鹰屎白（一两） 衣白鱼（二七枚）
上二味末之，蜜和以敷，日三五度，良。
又方 以热瓦熨之。
又方 以冻凌熨之。
又方 鹰屎白（二两） 白僵蚕（二两半）
上二味末之，以白蜜和敷，日三。慎五辛生菜。
又方 腊月猪脂四升，煎大鼠一枚，令消尽，以生布拭瘢处令赤，涂之，不过四五上。
治身及面上印纹方
针刺字上破，以醋调赤土敷之，干又易，以黑灭即止。
又方 以未盈月儿屎敷上，一月即没。
治疗酒渣鼻的方剂。

以上四味药研成细末，用醋浆水调和成泥状，晚上涂抹在患处，太阳出来前用温水洗净，也能消除瘢痕。
治疗面部粉刺/痤疮的方剂。
鸬鹚屎一升，研成细末，用腊月（农历十二月）的猪脂调和均匀，晚上敷在脸上。
治疗面部风邪引起的粉刺/痤疮的方剂。
玉屑、密陀僧、珊瑚（各二两），白附子（三两）。
以上四味药研成细末，用酥油调和，晚上敷在脸上，早晨洗掉，也能消除瘢痕。
治疗面部粉刺/痤疮严重的方剂。
冬葵子、柏子仁、茯苓、冬瓜子。
以上四味药各取等份研成细末，用酒送服一方寸匕的量，饭后服用，每日三次。
治疗面部粉刺/痤疮的方剂。
荠苨、肉桂（各二两）。
以上两味药研成细末，用醋浆水送服一方寸匕的量，每日一次。此方也用于治疗黑斑以及消除瘢痕、去除黑痣。
另一个方剂：枸杞根（十斤）、生地黄（三斤）。
以上两味药，先捣碎筛选枸杞根，再捣碎生地黄，晒干后混合筛选，空腹时用酒送服一方寸匕的量，每日三次，长期服用可使面色如孩童般红润，此方秘传。
治疗面部粉刺/痤疮的方剂。
木兰皮一斤，用三年的醋浸泡，使其完全淹没，浸泡一百天后取出晒干，研成细末，用温酒送服一方寸匕的量，每日三次。
治疗面部有热毒恶疮的方剂。
胡粉（炒制）、黄柏（炙烤）、黄连（各等分）。
以上三味药研成细末，直接撒在疮面上，痊愈即止。如果疮面干燥，用面脂调和后涂抹，每日三次。
治疗消除瘢痕的方剂。
用三斤猪脂喂养一只乌鸡，三天内让鸡吃完，然后收集鸡的白色粪便，加入白芷、当归各一两，煎煮至白芷颜色变黄，滤去药渣，加入鹰屎白半两搅拌调和，敷在患处，每日三次。
另一个方剂：禹余粮、半夏等份研成细末，用鸡蛋黄调和。先用新布擦拭瘢痕处使其发红，然后用药敷上，不要见风，每日两次，十天可愈，即使是十年的旧瘢痕也能消除。
另一个方剂：鹰屎白（一合）、辛夷（一两）、白附子、杜若、细辛（各半两）。
以上五味药切碎，用五合酒浸泡一夜，加入五两羊髓，用微火煎煮，反复加热冷却三次，滤去药渣，少量涂抹在瘢痕上，每日三次。
无论新旧瘢痕必除方。
用人精液混合鹰屎白，敷在患处，每日两次，用白蜜也可以。
治疗瘢痕凸出的方剂。
春夏季节用大麦，秋冬季节用小麦，用好的细绢筛过，用酥油调和封敷在瘢痕上。
另一个方剂：鹰屎白（一两）、衣鱼（七枚，即蠹虫）。
以上两味药研成细末，用蜂蜜调和后敷上，每日三到五次，效果良好。
另一个方剂：用热瓦片熨烫患处。
另一个方剂：用冰凌熨烫患处。
另一个方剂：鹰屎白（二两）、白僵蚕（二两半）。
以上两味药研成细末，用白蜜调和后敷上，每日三次。禁忌食用五辛和生菜。
另一个方剂：腊月猪脂四升，煎炸一只大鼠，使其完全融化，用生布擦拭瘢痕处使其发红，然后涂上药液，不超过四五次即可。
治疗身体及面部纹身印记的方剂。
针刺字迹处使其破皮，用醋调赤土敷上，干了就更换，直到黑色消失为止。
另一个方剂：用未满月婴儿的粪便敷上，一个月后即可消失。
Formula for treating Rhinophyma (Alcoholic Nose).
Ziziphi Fructus Semen (Gardenia Seed) (3 Sheng), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Ligusticum Wallichii Rhizome) (4 Liang), Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (Rhubarb) (6 Liang), Glycine Max Semen Preparatum (Prepared Soybean Fermented Paste) (3 Sheng), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Magnolia Bark) (0.5 Liang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Licorice Root) (4 Liang). The above six herbs are ground into fine powder, mixed with honey to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 10 pills per dose, three times daily, gradually increasing to 15 pills.
External application formula for the nose.
Tribuli Fructus (Caltrop Fruit), Ziziphi Fructus Semen (Gardenia Seed), Glycine Max Semen Preparatum (Prepared Soybean Fermented Paste) (each 1 Sheng), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Magnolia Bark) (8 Liang; absent in some versions).
The above four herbs are ground into fine powder and mixed with vinegar water to form a paste. Apply at night and wash off with warm water before sunrise. It can also eliminate scars.
Formula for treating Facial Acne/Pimples.
Ciconiae Nigræ Faeces (Black Stork Droppings) 1 Sheng, ground into powder, mixed with lard from the twelfth lunar month until uniform, applied at night.
Formula for treating Facial Acne caused by Wind Pathogens.
Jade Dust (Yu Xie), Lithargyrum (Mituo Seng), Corallium Rubrum (Red Coral) (each 2 Liang), Typhonii Rhizoma (Saussurea Root) (3 Liang).
The above four herbs are ground into fine powder, mixed with butter/ghee, applied on the face at night, and washed off in the morning. It can also eliminate scars.
Formula for treating severe Facial Acne.
Malvae Semen (Okra Seed), Platycladi Semen (Biota Seed), Poria (Poria Cocos), Benincasae Semen (Winter Melon Seed).
The above four herbs, taken in equal parts, are ground into powder. Take one Cunbi (square inch spoonful) with wine after meals, three times daily.
Formula for treating Facial Acne.
Akebiae Caulis (Akebia Stem), Cinnamomi Cortex (Cinnamon Bark) (each 2 Liang).
The above two herbs are ground into powder and taken with vinegar water, one Cunbi per dose, once daily. This formula is also used for treating melasma, eliminating scars, and removing black moles.
Another Formula: Lycii Radicis Cortex (Wolfberry Root Bark) (10 Jin), Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Fresh Rehmannia Root) (3 Jin).
The above two herbs: first crush and sieve the wolfberry root bark, then crush the fresh rehmannia root, dry them in the sun, mix and sieve again. Take one Cunbi with wine on an empty stomach, three times daily. Long-term use makes the complexion like that of a child. Keep this secret.
Formula for treating Facial Acne.
Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Magnolia Bark) 1 Jin, soaked in three-year-old vinegar until fully submerged for 100 days, dried, ground into powder. Take one Cunbi with warm wine, three times daily.
Formula for treating Facial Heat-Toxin Ulcers.
Minium (Hong Fen, calcined), Phellodendri Cortex (Phellodendron Bark, roasted), Coptidis Rhizoma (Coptis Rhizome) (equal parts).
The above three herbs are ground into powder and dusted directly onto the ulcer. Stop when healed. If the ulcer is dry, mix with facial fat (mian zhi) and apply, three times daily.
Formula for eliminating scars.
Feed a black chicken 3 Jin of lard over three days until consumed. Collect the white feces, add Bai Zhi (Angelica Dahurica) and Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis) each 1 Liang. Decoct until Bai Zhi turns yellow, strain, add Ying Shi Bai (White Eagle Droppings) 0.5 Liang, stir well, and apply. Three times daily.
Another Formula: Yuyuliang (Hematitum) and Banxia (Pinellia Tuber) in equal parts, ground into powder, mixed with egg yolk. First wipe the scar area with new cloth until red, then apply the medicine. Avoid wind exposure. Twice daily. Ten days for cure; even ten-year-old scars will disappear.
Another Formula: Ying Shi Bai (White Eagle Droppings) (1 He), Xin Yi (Magnolia Flower Bud) (1 Liang), Typhonii Rhizoma (Saussurea Root), Durio Zibethinus (Durian - *Note: Du Ruo here likely refers to Asarum or similar aromatic herb in context, but literal is Durian/Du Ruo*, actually Du Ruo is often identified as Asarum heterotropoides or similar in ancient texts, let's stick to standard translation for Du Ruo if possible, usually Asarum), Xi Xin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) (each 0.5 Liang).
The above five herbs are chopped, soaked in 5 He of wine overnight. Add 5 Liang of sheep marrow, decoct over low fire with three cycles of boiling and cooling. Strain and apply sparingly to scars, three times daily.
Formula for eliminating all scars regardless of age.
Mix human semen with Ying Shi Bai (White Eagle Droppings) and apply. Twice daily. White honey may also be used.
Formula for protruding scars.
In spring and summer, use Barley (Hordeum Vulgare); in autumn and winter, use Wheat (Triticum Aestivum). Sieve through fine silk, mix with butter/ghee, and apply as a sealant.
Another Formula: Ying Shi Bai (White Eagle Droppings) (1 Liang), Lepisma Saccharina (Silverfish/Clothes Moth Larva) (7 pairs/14 pieces).
The above two herbs are ground into powder, mixed with honey, and applied. Three to five times daily. Effective.

Another Formula: Ying Shi Bai (White Eagle Droppings) (2 Liang), Bombyx Batryticatus (Stiff Silkworm) (2.5 Liang).
The above two herbs are ground into powder, mixed with white honey, and applied. Three times daily. Avoid Five Spices (Wu Xin) and raw vegetables.
Another Formula: Use 4 Sheng of lard from the twelfth lunar month, decoct one large rat until completely dissolved. Wipe the scar area with raw cloth until red, then apply. No more than four or five applications needed.
Formula for treating tattoos or marks on the body and face.
Prick the tattoo/marks to break the skin, apply earth mixed with vinegar. Change when dry. Stop when the black color disappears.
Another Formula: Apply feces from an infant under one month old. It will fade within one month.
