漏中冷息肉，灸足内踝上各三壮，二年六壮。寒热胸满颈痛，四肢不举，腋下肿，上气，胸
中有音，喉中鸣，天池主之。寒热颈颌肿，后溪主之。寒热酸 痛，四肢不举，腋下肿 ，
马刀，喉痹，髀膝胫骨摇，酸痹不仁，阳辅主之。寒热颈腋下肿，申脉主之。胸中满，腋下
肿，马刀 ，善自嚼舌颊，天牖中肿，寒热，胸胁、腰、膝外廉痛，临泣主之。寒热颈肿，
丘墟主之。腋下肿，马刀肩肿，吻伤，太冲主之。寒热颈瘰 ，大迎主之。
治鼠漏及瘰 方。
白牛皮 白马屎 白猪屎 白羊屎 白鸡屎（各一升） 漏芦（二斤）
上六味，各于石上烧作灰，研筛，以猪膏一升三合，煎乱发一两半，令极沸尽消，乃纳
诸末，微火上煎五六沸，药成，去疮痂，以盐汤洗净，帛拭干，敷此膏。若无痂，亦须汤洗，
日
治寒热瘰 及鼠 方。
曾青 荏子 矾石（一作 石） 附子（各半两） 栝蒌根 露蜂房 当归 防风 芎
黄 黄芩 狸骨 甘草（各二两） 细辛 干姜（各一两） 斑蝥
上十七味，治下筛，酒服一方寸匕，日再。
又方 治寒热瘰 方。
土瓜根 连翘 龙胆 黄连 栝蒌根 苦参 芍药 恒山（各一两）
上八味，为末，酒服五分匕，日三。（《翼方》及《外台》有狸骨一枚。《翼》一方有
当归，无栝蒌、恒山。）
九种瘰疬（颈部淋巴结结核），在肩井穴艾灸二百壮。漏症，在鸠尾骨下方的凹陷处艾灸七十壮。各种瘘管，在病灶周围四边施灸，可痊愈。各种恶疮瘘管中寒冷的息肉，在足内踝上方各艾灸三壮，两年后改为六壮。寒热往来、胸部胀满、颈部疼痛、四肢不能抬举、腋下肿胀、气逆上冲、胸中有声响、喉中鸣响，由天池穴主治。寒热往来、颈颌部肿胀，由后溪穴主治。寒热酸痛、四肢不能抬举、腋下肿胀、马刀瘘（腋窝下的瘰疬）、喉痹、大腿膝盖小腿骨骼动摇、酸楚麻木不仁，由阳辅穴主治。寒热往来、颈腋下肿胀，由申脉穴主治。胸部胀满、腋下肿胀、马刀瘘、喜欢自咬舌颊、天牖穴部位肿胀、寒热、胸胁腰膝外侧疼痛，由临泣穴主治。寒热颈部肿胀，由丘墟穴主治。腋下肿胀、马刀瘘肩部肿胀、口唇损伤，由太冲穴主治。寒热颈部瘰疬，由大迎穴主治。
治疗鼠瘘及瘰疬的方剂。
白牛皮、白马屎、白猪屎、白羊屎、白鸡屎（各一升），漏芦（二斤）。
以上六味药，分别在石上烧成灰，研磨过筛，用猪膏一升三合，煎煮乱发一两半，令其极度沸腾直至完全消融，然后纳入诸药末，在微火上煎煮五六沸，药成。去除疮痂，用盐汤洗净，用布擦干，敷上此膏。若无痂皮，也需用汤水清洗，每日
治疗寒热瘰疬及鼠瘘的方剂。
曾青、荏子、矾石（一作石）、附子（各半两）、栝蒌根、露蜂房、当归、防风、芎䓖、黄芩、狸骨、甘草（各二两）、细辛、干姜（各一两）、斑蝥。
以上十七味药，捣碎过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕，每日两次。
又一方，治疗寒热瘰疬的方剂。
土瓜根、连翘、龙胆、黄连、栝蒌根、苦参、芍药、恒山（各一两）。
以上八味药，研为末，用酒送服五分匕，每日三次。（《翼方》及《外台秘要》中有狸骨一枚。《翼方》另一版本有当归，无栝蒌、恒山。）
Nine types of *luoli* (scrofula, cervical lymph node tuberculosis), moxa the Jianjing (GB21) acupoint 200 moxibustion cones. For fistulas (*lou*), moxa the depression below the Jiwei (CV15) bone 70 moxibustion cones. For various fistulas, moxa around the four peripheries of the lesion until healed. For various malignant fistulas with cold polyps, moxa each side above the medial malleolus of the foot 3 moxibustion cones; after two years, change to 6 moxibustion cones. For alternating chills and fever, chest fullness, neck pain, inability to raise limbs, axillary swelling, rebellious Qi ascending, sounds in the chest, and ringing in the throat, Tianchi (PC2) is indicated. For alternating chills and fever, swelling of the neck and jaw, Houxi (SI3) is indicated. For alternating chills and fever, soreness and pain, inability to raise limbs, axillary swelling, *madao* (axillary scrofula), throat obstruction, trembling of the thigh, knee, and shin bones, and soreness, numbness, and insensitivity, Yangfu (GB38) is indicated. For alternating chills and fever, swelling of the neck and axilla, Shenmai (BL62) is indicated. For chest fullness, axillary swelling, *madao*, tendency to bite tongue and cheeks spontaneously, swelling at Tianyou (TE16), alternating chills and fever, and pain on the lateral aspects of the chest, hypochondrium, waist, and knees, Linqi (GB41) is indicated. For alternating chills and fever, neck swelling, Qiuxu (GB40) is indicated. For axillary swelling, *madao* with shoulder swelling, lip injury, Taichong (LR3) is indicated. For alternating chills and fever, neck *luoli*, Daying (ST5) is indicated.
Formula for treating rat fistula and scrofula.
White cowhide, white horse dung, white pig dung, white sheep dung, white chicken dung (each 1 sheng), Lulü (Radix Euphorbiae Humifusae, 2 jin).
The above six ingredients are each burned to ash on a stone, ground and sifted. Using 1 sheng and 3 he of lard, decoct 1 liang and 1.5 qian of tangled hair until it boils extremely and dissolves completely. Then add the powders, simmer over low fire for five or six boils. The medicine is ready. Remove the scab, wash clean with salt water, dry with a cloth, and apply this ointment. If there is no scab, washing with hot water is still required, daily...
Formula for treating alternating chills and fever with scrofula and rat fistula.
Cengqing (Chalcocitum, 0.5 liang), Renzi (Semen Perillae, 0.5 liang), Fanshi (Alumen, 0.5 liang, alternatively Shi), Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, 0.5 liang), Gualougen (Radix Trichosanthis, 2 liang), Lubifengfang (Nidus Vespae, 2 liang), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 2 liang), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae, 2 liang), Xiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong, 2 liang), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae, 2 liang), Li gu (Os Felis, 2 liang), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, 2 liang), Xixin (Herba Asari, 1 liang), Jiangjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparata, 1 liang), Banmao (Mylabris, quantity unspecified).
The above seventeen ingredients are crushed and sifted. Take one fangcun bi (a square-inch measure) with wine, twice daily.
Another formula for treating alternating chills and fever with scrofula.
Tugua gen (Radix Cucumeris Melon, 1 liang), Lianqiao (Fructus Forsythiae, 1 liang), Longdan (Radix Gentianae, 1 liang), Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis, 1 liang), Gualougen (Radix Trichosanthis, 1 liang), Kushen (Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, 1 liang), Shaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba, 1 liang), Hengshan (Radix Polygalae, 1 liang).
The above eight ingredients are made into powder. Take one wufen bi with wine, three times daily. (Yi Fang and Waitai Miyao include one Os Felis. Another version in Yi Fang includes Danggui but excludes Gualou and Hengshan.)
