Niu Huang (Calculus Bovis), Nong Po (Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis), Fu Ling (Poria), Gui Xin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Bai Shao (Radix Paeoniae Alba), Gan Jiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens) (each 0.5 liang), Mai Qu (Massa Medicata Fermentata), Chai Hu (Radix Bupleuri), Da Huang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei), Bie Jia (Carapax et Plastrum Testudinis), Zhi Shi (Fructus Aurantii Immaturus), Chuan Xiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) (each 1 liang).
The above twelve herbs are ground into powder and formed into pills the size of small beans with honey. Administer three times daily, adjusting the dose according to clinical judgment.

Yuan Hua (Flos Genkwa), Huang Qin (Radix Scutellariae) (each 1 liang), Da Huang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei), Xiong Huang (Realgar) (each 2.5 liang).
The above four herbs are ground into powder, mixed with honey, and pounded for one thousand strokes. For infants aged one to three years, administer one pill the size of millet grain. To administer the pill, place it in the infant's throat while the mother nurses. For long-term treatment to resolve the disease, adjust the dosage as appropriate, avoiding administration during nursing.
Treats pediatric phlegm-solid accumulation, chronic pi-masses leading to emaciation, and inability to eat.
Zhen Zhu (Margarita) (0.5 liang), Mai Dong (Radix Ophiopogonis) (1 liang), Rui Ren (Semen Pruni Persicae? Note: Traditionally Semen Pruni Armeniacae or similar, here likely referring to a specific seed, often translated as Semen Pruni or related, but strictly "Rui Ren" is used), Ba Dou (Fructus Crotonis Tiglii) (40 grains).
*Correction on Rui Ren*: Rui Ren usually refers to Semen Pruni Persicae or similar, but in this context, it is a specific herb name kept as is. Let's stick to standard translation if possible, otherwise Pinyin. WHO term for Rui Ren is not standardly defined as a single common English name like Mahuang, so "Rui Ren (Semen Pruni)" or just "Rui Ren" is safer. However, looking at standard texts, Rui Ren is often Semen Pruni Persicae (Tao Ren) or distinct. In Qianjin Yaofang, it is often Semen Pruni. Let's use "Rui Ren (Semen Pruni)".
Actually, checking standard translations, Rui Ren is often *Semen Pruni Persicae* or *Semen Pruni Armeniacae*. Given Xing Ren is already listed, Rui Ren might be distinct. I will use "Rui Ren (Semen Pruni)".
Wait, Ba Dou is toxic. The text says "Ba Dou (40 grains)". This seems like a typo in my thought process or the text? No, the text says "Ba Dou (forty grains/units)". Actually, Ba Dou is usually measured by weight or count. Here it says "forty mei" (枚 - pieces/grains).
The above four herbs are ground into powder and formed into pills with honey. For a one-year-old infant, administer two pills the size of small beans; for an infant of two hundred days, administer two pills the size of hemp seeds. Gradually increase the dosage until therapeutic effect is achieved. Stools may discharge pathological substances resembling sunflower juice in colors of red, yellow, white, and black. Do not stop medication during defecation; discontinue when the disease is fully expelled. Long-term use makes children plump and fair-skinned, with significant efficacy.
Treats pediatric hard nodules in the lower abdomen, rashes under the hypochondrium, and vexing heat in the hands and feet.
Bie Jia (Carapax et Plastrum Testudinis), Bai Shao (Radix Paeoniae Alba), Da Huang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei) (each 30 zhu), Fu Ling (Poria), Chai Hu (Radix Bupleuri), Gan Jiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens) (each 24 zhu), Gui Xin (Cinnamomi Ramulus) (6 zhu), Chang Yi Lao (Larva Bombycis Batryticatus? No, Chang Yi Lao is Larva Melolonthae/Cockchafer) (each 20 pieces).
*Correction*: "Chong Chang Yi Lao" -> "Chang Yi Lao" is Larva Melolonthae. The text has "Chong" then newline "Chang Yi Lao". It likely means "Chang Yi Lao" (Cockchafer Larva).
The above nine herbs are ground into powder, mixed with honey, and administered as seven pills the size of wu zi (fruit seeds). Gradually increase the dosage until therapeutic effect is achieved.
