疟小儿父字石拔，母字石锤，某甲（着患疟人姓名，）患疟人窃读之曰，一切天地山水
城
隍、日月五星皆敬灶君，今有一疟鬼小儿骂灶君作黑面奴，若当不信，看文书急急如律令。
上件符必须真书，前后各留白纸一行，拟着灶君额上，瓦石压之，不得压字上，勿令人
近符。若得专遣一人看符大好，亦勿令灰土敷符上，致使字不分明出见，着符次第如后。若
明日日出后发，须令人夜扫灶君前及额上，令净至发，日旦，令患人整衣帽立灶前读符，使
人自读必须分明，读符勿错一字，每一遍若别人读一遍，患人跪一拜，又以手捉患人一度。
若患人自读，自捉衣振云人姓某甲，如此是凡三遍读三拜了，以净瓦石压两角，字向上着灶
额上，勿令压字上。若疟日西发具如上法三遍读符，至午时更三遍，读如上法。如夜发，日
暮更三遍读并如上法，其灶作食亦得，勿使动此符。若有两灶，大灶上着符，若有露地灶，
屋里灶上着，只有露灶根据法着之，仍须手捉符，其符法如后。若有客患会须客经停过三度发
三度委曲着符如上法，符亦云客姓名患疟，乞拘录疟鬼小儿如下。凡治久患者，一着符一渐
瘥，亦可五度着符，如始可全瘥，又须手把符如下。
王良符，张季伯书之，急急如律令。
上王良符根据法长卷两手握，念佛端坐，如须行动检校插着胸前，字头向上。
上二符各根据法一时用，不得阙一符。万一不瘥，但得一发轻，后发日更读即瘥，一一仔
细根据法，若字参差即不瘥。
在疟疾发作之前，怀抱一只大公鸡放在怀中，不时惊动它使其鸣叫，这样病就能立刻痊愈。

上述符咒必须用真书字体书写，前后各留出一行白纸，准备贴在灶君的额上，用瓦片或石头压住，但不能压在字上，不要让他人靠近符咒。如果能专门派一人看守符咒最好，也不要让灰尘泥土覆盖在符上，致使字迹模糊不清。贴符的步骤如下：如果第二天日出后发病，必须让人在夜间清扫灶君前及额上的地方，使其洁净直到发病时；天亮后，让患者整理好衣帽站在灶前诵读符咒，让人诵读时必须清晰分明，读符时不要错一个字，每一遍如果由别人代读一遍，患者就要跪拜一次，并且用手抚摸患者一次。如果患者自己诵读，自己抚摸衣服并抖动身体，念到患者姓名某某某，像这样总共读三遍、拜三次后，用干净的瓦石压住符的两角，字头朝上贴在灶额上，不要压在字上。如果在傍晚时分发病，也按照上述方法读符三遍；到了中午再读三遍，读法同上。如果是夜间发病，日暮时再读三遍，也都按照上述方法。灶台正在做饭也可以，但不要移动这个符。如果有两个灶台，将符贴在主灶上；如果是露天灶台，则贴在屋内灶台上，只有露天灶台才根据这种方法张贴，并且必须用手按住符咒，其符法如下。如果有客人患病，需要客人在经过的地方停留，发作三次就按上述方法仔细张贴符咒三次，符上也写明客人的姓名和患疟的情况，请求拘捕疟鬼小儿如下。凡是治疗久病患者，贴一次符病情就会逐渐好转，也可以贴五次符，等到最后才能完全痊愈，还需要手持符咒如下。
王良符，张季伯书写，急急如律令。
上述王良符根据上述方法，取长卷符，双手握住，念佛端坐，如果需要行动，检查后将符插在胸前，字头向上。
上述两张符各自按照方法同时使用，不得缺少其中任何一张符。万一没有痊愈，只要有一次发作减轻，之后每天再诵读就会痊愈，务必仔细按照方法执行，如果字迹参差不齐就不能痊愈。

The father of the child suffering from malaria is named Shi Ba, and the mother is named Shi Chui. The patient (insert the name of the person suffering from malaria here) secretly reads this talisman saying: All under heaven, mountains, rivers, city gods, sun, moon, and five planets all respect the Kitchen God. Now there is a malaria ghost child who insults the Kitchen God as a "black-faced slave." If you do not believe it, look at the document; proceed swiftly according to law.
The above talisman must be written in regular script, leaving one line of blank white paper at the beginning and end. It is intended to be placed on the forehead of the Kitchen God statue/image, pressed down with tiles or stones, but not directly on the characters. Do not let others approach the talisman. It is best if a dedicated person watches over the talisman. Also, do not let ash or dirt cover the talisman, causing the characters to become indistinct. The sequence for applying the talisman is as follows: If the fever starts after sunrise the next day, someone must sweep the area before the Kitchen God and his forehead early in the night, keeping it clean until the onset. At dawn, have the patient dress neatly and stand before the Kitchen God to recite the talisman. The reader must articulate clearly and not miss a single character. For each recitation, if read by another person, the patient must kneel and bow once, and the reader should touch the patient once. If the patient reads it themselves, they should touch their clothes and shake them. Mentioning the patient's surname and given name, repeat this process three times in total, bowing three times. Then, use clean tiles or stones to press the two corners of the talisman, with the text facing upward, placing it on the Kitchen God's forehead, ensuring not to press on the characters. If the malaria attacks in the evening, follow the same method of reciting the talisman three times. At noon, recite it three more times, following the same method. If it attacks at night, recite it three more times at dusk, following the same method. Even if food is being cooked on the stove, it is acceptable, but do not move this talisman. If there are two stoves, place the talisman on the main stove. If there is an outdoor stove, place it on the indoor stove; only outdoor stoves follow this specific method, and one must hold the talisman with their hand while doing so. The talisman method is as follows: If a guest suffers from the disease and needs to stay temporarily, having the fever attack three times, carefully apply the talisman three times as described above. The talisman should also state the guest's name and the condition of malaria, requesting the capture of the malaria ghost child as follows. For treating chronic patients, applying the talisman once will gradually alleviate the condition. It can be applied up to five times until full recovery is achieved. One must also hold the talisman as follows:
Talisman of Wang Liang, written by Zhang Jibo, proceed swiftly according to law.
For the above Talisman of Wang Liang, follow the method: take a long scroll, hold it with both hands, sit upright chanting Buddha's name. If movement is required, check and insert it into the chest, with the top of the text facing upward.
Apply both talismans simultaneously according to the methods; do not omit either talisman. If there is no cure, but the severity of the attack is reduced, reciting it daily thereafter will lead to a cure. Execute every detail carefully according to the method; if the characters are irregular, it will not work.
