治虚损不足，心气弱悸或时妄语，四肢损变气力，颜色不荣方。

以上十九味药，将其中十四味切碎捣碎并过筛，另外研磨枣膏并与药散混合，然后加入各种骨髓和蜂蜜，搅拌使其均匀，放入铜钵中，在锅内的沸水中煎煮至可以制成丸药的稠度，制成梧桐子大小的丸药，用酒送服三十丸，逐渐增加到四十丸。每天两次。
心和手太阳小肠经都虚损
左手寸口脉在人迎穴之前的部位，如果阴阳脉象都虚弱，说明手少阴心经与手太阳小肠经都虚损。病症表现为腹泻不止，如果伴有寒气、气短，四肢厥冷，肠鸣泄泻，称为心和手太阳小肠经俱虚。
治疗虚损不足，心气虚弱惊悸，或者有时胡言乱语，四肢受损无力，面色无华光彩的方剂。

Treats deficiency of Heart Qi, characterized by frequent sadness and worry, anger and resentment, epistaxis (nosebleed), sallow complexion with vexation and stuffiness, heat in the five centers (palms, soles, and chest), or talking to oneself without awareness, sore throat, stiffness of the tongue root, and discharge of cold saliva (alternative text: sweating).

The above eight herbs are coarsely crushed, decocted in 7 sheng of water until 2.5 sheng remains, and divided into three doses.
A formula for treating Heart deficiency-cold, characterized by a feeling of fullness in the heart, sadness, and sorrow, or dreaming of hills and flatlands.

The above nine herbs are coarsely crushed, decocted in 1 dou of water until 3 sheng remains, and divided into three doses.
A general formula for treating various diseases resulting in emaciation, weakness, and fatigue.

The above nineteen herbs: crush and pound fourteen of them and sieve; separately grind the date paste and mix with the powder. Then add all the marrow and honey, stir well until uniform. Place in a copper bowl and simmer in boiling water until it can be formed into pills. Shape into pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills with wine, gradually increasing to 40 pills. Twice daily.
Deficiency of both the Heart and Small Intestine
If the pulse at the cunkou position on the left hand, anterior to the renying point, shows both yin and yang pulses as deficient, it indicates deficiency of both the Hand-Shaoyin Heart Meridian and the Hand-Taiyang Small Intestine Meridian. The patient suffers from profuse diarrhea. If accompanied by cold sensation and shortness of breath, with cold extremities and intestinal rumbling diarrhea, this is named "deficiency of both the Heart and Small Intestine."
A formula for treating deficiency damage and insufficiency, weak Heart Qi with palpitations, occasional delirious speech, impairment of strength in the four limbs, and lackluster complexion.

Take thirteen of the above fourteen herbs, coarsely crush them, and decoct in 1.5 dou of water until 5 sheng remains. After decoction, dissolve the sugar in the liquid, and divide into four doses.
