治少小伤寒方。
莽草（半斤） 牡蛎（四两） 雷丸（三十枚） 大黄（一两） 蛇床子（一升）
上五味 咀以水三斗，煮取斗半，适寒温以浴儿，避眼及阴。
又方 治小儿猝寒热，不佳，不能服药方。
莽草 丹参 桂心（各三两） 菖蒲（半斤） 雷丸（一升） 蛇床子（二两）
上六味 咀以水二斗，煮三五沸，适寒温以浴儿，避眼及阴。
治小儿忽寒热方。
雷丸（二十枚） 大黄（四两） 黄芩（一两） 苦参 石膏（各三两） 丹参（二两）
上六味 咀，以水二斗，煮取一斗半浴儿，避眼及阴，浴讫以粉粉之，勿浓衣，一宿
复浴。
治小儿生一月至五月，乍寒乍热方。
柳枝细切，煮取汁洗儿，若渴，绞冬瓜汁服之。
治小儿壮热羸瘠方。
青木香（四两） 麻子仁 竹叶（各一升） 虎骨（五两） 白芷（三两）
上五味 咀，以水二斗，煮取一斗，稍稍浴儿。
治少小身体壮热，不能服药方。
寒水石 芒硝 滑石 石膏 赤石脂 青木香 大黄 甘草 黄芩 防风 川芎 麻黄

上各等分，合治下筛，以粉一升，药屑三合相和，复以筛筛之，以粉儿身，日三。
治小儿暴有热，得之二三日者方。
李根 桂心 芒硝（各十八铢） 麦门冬 甘草（各一两）
上五味 咀，以水三升，煮取一升，分五服。
治疗小儿外感风寒的方剂。

以上六味药，切碎，用水二斗，煮沸三五次，调节水温适宜后给婴儿洗浴，注意避开眼睛及生殖器部位。
治疗小儿忽发寒热的方剂。
雷丸（二十枚） 大黄（四两） 黄芩（一两） 苦参 石膏（各三两） 丹参（二两）
以上六味药，切碎，用水二斗，煎煮至剩余一斗半，给婴儿洗浴，注意避开眼睛及生殖器部位，洗浴完毕后用爽身粉扑身，不要穿厚衣服，过一夜后再洗一次。
治疗小儿身体发热的方剂。
李叶适量，切碎，用水煎煮，滤去药渣，给婴儿洗浴，效果良好。
治疗小儿出生一个月至五个月期间，忽冷忽热的方剂。
柳枝切细，煎煮取汁液清洗婴儿，如果口渴，绞取冬瓜汁服用。
治疗小儿高热消瘦的方剂。
青木香（四两） 麻子仁 竹叶（各一升） 虎骨（五两） 白芷（三两）
以上五味药，切碎，用水二斗，煎煮至剩余一斗，逐渐给婴儿洗浴。
治疗婴幼儿身体高热，无法服药的方剂。
寒水石 芒硝 滑石 石膏 赤石脂 青木香 大黄 甘草 黄芩 防风 川芎 麻黄根
以上药材各等分，混合捣碎过筛，用一升粉剂和三合药屑混合，再次过筛，将粉末涂抹于婴儿全身，每日三次。
治疗小儿突发发热，病程已两三天情况的方剂。
李根 桂心 芒硝（各十八铢） 麦门冬 甘草（各一两）
以上五味药，切碎，用水三升，煎煮至剩余一升，分五次服用。
Formulas for treating pediatric exterior cold-heat syndrome.
Mangcao (Radix Isatidis, Banlangen is often confused but here refers to *Dichroa febrifuga* root in ancient context or similar bitter-cold herb; strictly *Radix Dichroae*) (8 liang), Muli (Concha Ostreae) (4 liang), Leiwan (Sclerotium Polypori) (30 pieces), Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei) (1 liang), Shechuangzi (Fructus Cnidii) (1 sheng).
The above five herbs are coarsely crushed, boiled in 3 dou of water until reduced to 1.5 dou. Adjust the temperature to be suitable and bathe the infant. Avoid contact with eyes and genitals.
Another formula: For treating sudden cold and heat alternation in infants, poor condition, unable to take oral medication.
Mangcao (Radix Dichroae), Danshen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae), Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi) (each 3 liang), Changpu (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii) (8 liang), Leiwan (Sclerotium Polypori) (1 sheng), Shechuangzi (Fructus Cnidii) (2 liang).
The above six herbs are coarsely crushed, boiled in 2 dou of water for three to five boils. Adjust the temperature to be suitable and bathe the infant. Avoid contact with eyes and genitals.
Formula for treating sudden onset of cold and heat in infants.
Leiwan (Sclerotium Polypori) (20 pieces), Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei) (4 liang), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae) (1 liang), Kushen (Cortex Phellodendri), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) (each 3 liang), Danshen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae) (2 liang).
The above six herbs are coarsely crushed, boiled in 2 dou of water until reduced to 1.5 dou for bathing the infant. Avoid contact with eyes and genitals. After bathing, apply powder to the body. Do not dress warmly. Bathe again after one night.
Formula for treating infantile body heat.
Liye (Folium Pruni Persicae or related Prunus leaf) as needed, coarsely crushed, boiled in water, strain the dregs, and bathe the infant. This is effective.
Formula for treating infants aged one to five months with intermittent cold and heat.
Cut willow branches finely, boil to extract juice, and wash the infant. If thirsty, squeeze winter melon juice and administer orally.
Formula for treating infantile high fever and emaciation.
Qingmuxiang (Radix Aucklandiae) (4 liang), Maziren (Semen Cannabis), Zhuye (Folium Bambusae) (each 1 sheng), Hugux (Os Tigridis) (5 liang), Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae) (3 liang).
The above five herbs are coarsely crushed, boiled in 2 dou of water until reduced to 1 dou. Bathe the infant gradually.
Formula for treating young children with severe body heat, unable to take oral medication.
Hanshuishi (Halloysitum Rubrum), Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas), Huashi (Kaolin), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Chishizhi (Haematitum), Qingmuxiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Mahuanggen (Radix Ephedrae).
All ingredients in equal parts. Mix, grind, and sieve. Combine 1 sheng of powder with 3 he of herbal dust, and sieve again. Apply the powder to the infant's body three times a day.
Formula for treating sudden infantile fever lasting two to three days.
Ligen (Cortex Pruni Persicae), Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi), Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas) (each 18 zhu), Maidong (Radix Ophiopogonis), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) (each 1 liang).
The above five herbs are coarsely crushed, boiled in 3 sheng of water until reduced to 1 sheng. Divide into five doses for administration.
