家母近来好多了，现在腰腿基本好了，可以连续爬三十层楼，心跳约110左右。归 脾丸吃上后，心跳，气短不明显，已经减轻很多。停博极个别。
但眼睛还有光圈，起雾。昨天去检查，西医的确诊是闭角型青光眼，轻微白内障。 眼压高（右29,左28mmHg）。同边视野：右眼正常，左眼：鼻侧，颞下向心性缩小 20-30度，中心视野：右眼视敏度轻度降低，左眼鼻侧内部视野缺损，中心暗点。 P-VEP，P-ERG（都是电生理）：右眼延迟，左眼正常。房角镜检查：虹膜根部膨隆 ，窄2度。
开的眼药水，就是降低眼压。好贵。
还请三七君开良方。感激不尽。
感觉西医的检查很怕人，现在的医生很卑鄙，狂赚回扣不眨眼的。

家母现在也就剩下眼疾了，另外，感觉额头和两鬓角眼眶周围沉重，涨。血压有时 还不稳定，晚上易高。（那天检查眼睛，晚上回来高到170/90mmHg，被那些庸工吓 的）还有就是舌中间有一小段裂纹，舌边有锯齿。
和去冬不能比，变化很大。多谢您的妙方啊。

现在再给您做一个回顾性的综述：家母六年前，一次生气后就出现眼涨，额头疼的 现象。后来住院，被确诊为“原发性高血压”，当时眼睛就曾出现过“虹视”“雾 视”。西医认为是“高血压危象”。下来的一系列治疗都是围绕着高血压、胃病和 腰疼。但都没有用。直到去年认识您，胃病和腰疼好了，血压基本正常，但不稳定 。所以有时还是得用降压药。看来家母的高血压和青光眼实际是同时发病的。夏天 血压好些，眼睛也就正常些；冬天血压不稳定，眼睛也易出现“慢性闭青的急性发 作”。
近来家母如果心情不好，或劳累还会有心急、心慌，就睡不好。接着出现光晕、雾 视，左眼重些。不爱说话，说话多头痛（眼压高），两鬓、额头以及眉间胀、不舒 服。好像震动头部和面部上半部。睡不着时，头怕压，眼睛不舒服，过一会儿眼就 起雾了。和家母回顾分析也就是您说的“太阳经、阳明经不降之象”。

昨天家母去看了一位西医教授，他认真检查后确诊是青光眼，而且“右眼前房角粘 连少，做激光虹膜穿孔术成功可能性较大；左眼粘连较多，激光手术有成功可能。 现在已经错过了最佳时期。”这个手术比“小梁切除术”安全些。我们接受了这个 建议，我们想用西医治标，而更多依靠您的药来治本。所以当天下午就做了。具体 结果还要一周后才知道。也就十多分钟就结束了。当时感觉眼球一下软了，因为打 通了前后房。上苍抱怨能够成功。
昨天量眼压，右16mmHg，左16.5mmHg。但前天和昨天天早晨，家母非常非常担心， 就吃了Diamox（专降眼压，但副作用明显，一般手术前吃）也点了眼药。（在下后 来才知道的）但眼药以前点，都没有降。所以不敢肯定全部是您的方子的作用，希 望您能理解。但家母吃过这两剂后。明显感觉原来头胀、鬓角疼、眼胀疼、不能多 说话的现象减轻很多。而以前用任何药都没有过。并且左眼原来有青雾的地方似乎 也浅了。所以您的药一定起了很大作用！

家母吃完“平金气”的三剂后，未见虹视、雾视。眼球舒服了。但还很干涩、眼胀 不明显。还有感觉神经控制不好，调节不好，天气变化会影响血压和眼睛。
停药观察期间，未用眼科用药，只吃归脾丸（16粒*3次）明显感觉吃饭、睡觉好些 ，所以眼睛感觉也好些。也未见虹视、雾视。
昨天检察，眼压右24.5mmHg，左38.7mmHg。但当时是刚做完视野，家母精神紧张、 眼睛疲劳。所以实际可能还要小些。但是还是左眼眼压高。
还望您再赐良方。多谢。

那次是检查前一天和当天都吃了Diamox，它适合各类青光眼，都有降低眼压作用。 所以结果不准吧。
家母觉得她有时容易心慌、心急，接着血压就高了，后来眼睛也就不舒服。所以她 的血压老是不稳定。您看这是什么原因呀？家母觉得归脾丸很好，似乎对她这种严 重的心脾两虚亏合适。因为她一直遭遇不好，吃过很多苦，也生过很多气。您看呢 ？谢谢。

肝气升得太过了，有些水不涵木之象。还是抓紧时间补肾吧，如果升得太过，稍加 杞菊地黄丸收摄之。补肾用桂附地黄丸，晚饭前睡前各服一次。

My mother has improved greatly lately. Her waist and legs are basically healed; she can climb thirty floors continuously. Her heart rate is around 110 bpm. After taking Guipi Wan, her palpitations and shortness of breath are less obvious and have reduced significantly. Pauses are extremely rare.
However, her eyes still show halos and fog. Yesterday she went for an examination, and Western medicine confirmed angle-closure glaucoma and mild cataracts. Intraocular pressure (IOP) is high (Right 29, Left 28 mmHg). Visual field test: Right eye normal; Left eye: nasal side, inferior temporal concentric narrowing of 20-30 degrees. Central visual field: Right eye visual acuity slightly reduced; Left eye nasal internal visual field defect, central scotoma. P-VEP, P-ERG (both electrophysiology): Right eye delayed, Left eye normal. Gonioscopy: Bulging iris root, narrow angle grade 2.
The prescribed eye drops are just to lower IOP. They are very expensive.

Yesterday my mother saw a Western medicine professor. After careful examination, he confirmed glaucoma and stated, "Adhesions in the anterior chamber angle of the right eye are few, so laser iridotomy has a high success probability; adhesions in the left eye are more numerous, so laser surgery has a possibility of success. The optimal period has now passed." This surgery is safer than "trabeculectomy." We accepted this suggestion. We want to use Western medicine to treat the symptoms and rely more on your medicine to treat the root cause. So we did it that afternoon. The specific results will be known in a week.
