I have made slight adjustments to the ten-herb prescription and prepared two formulas:
Formula 1:
Hong Shen (Red Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra) 9g, Maidong (Ophiopogonis Tuber) 4g, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 7g, Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) 2g, Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) 5g, Zhi Gancao (Prepared Licorice Root) 10g, Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) 3g, Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) 8g, Hei Fuzi (Prepared Aconiti Lateralis Radix) 1g, Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) 6g.
Decoct this formula with four bowls of water until two bowls remain. Strain the dregs, dissolve Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin) into the liquid, and stir well. Take one bowl at 7:00 AM and one bowl before sleep at night.

Formula 2:
Hong Shen (Red Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra) 9g, Maidong (Ophiopogonis Tuber) 4g, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 7g, Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin) 2g, Fuling (Poria) 5g, Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) 10g, Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) 3g, Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus) 8g, Hei Fuzi (Prepared Aconiti Lateralis Radix) 1g, Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) 6g.
Decoct this formula with four bowls of water until two bowls remain. Strain the dregs, dissolve Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin) into the liquid, and stir well. Take one bowl at 11:00 AM and one bowl at 5:00 PM.
Prepare ten doses for each. Take medicine four times daily. Avoid raw, cold, greasy, and oily foods. Do not use Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus).

For infants, this formula can temporarily replace breast milk:
Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) 50g, White Sugar 10g.
Boil Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) in three bowls of water until one bowl remains. Mix in the white sugar, stir well, and feed to the infant as a substitute for milk.

If anti-inflammatory drugs are continued, the Zheng Qi (Upright Qi/Vital Energy) will inevitably suffer further damage. Poor appetite indicates injury to the Spleen and Stomach.
