在辟邪方术的中心总共借用四十余步的空间，在此空间中产妇可以安居，没有妨碍，没有畏惧忌讳，诸神拥护，百鬼迅速离去。急急如律令。
上借法以及所投之月，只需写一本符贴在产妇所居房间正中的北壁上，便不再需要躲避日游及支干神煞和诸神等禁忌。此法频繁使用有验效，故记录于此。

Yimao, Bingchen, Dingsi, Wuwu, and Jiwu days: The parturient should set up the delivery tent in the outdoor eastern direction.
Gengshen, Xinyou, Renxu, Guihai, Jiazi, and Yichou days: The parturient should set up the delivery tent in the outdoor southeast corner.
Bingyin, Dingmao, Wuchen, Jisi, and Gengwu days: The parturient should set up the delivery tent in the outdoor southern direction.

Borrow ten steps eastward, ten steps westward, ten steps southward, ten steps northward, ten steps upward, and ten steps downward.
In the center of the exorcism method, a total space of over forty steps is borrowed. Within this space, the parturient can reside peacefully without hindrance or fear/taboo. All deities protect her, and all ghosts quickly depart. So be it by law.
For the "Shang Jie Fa" (Upper Borrowing Method) and the month of casting, simply write a talisman and paste it on the central north wall of the room where the parturient resides. There is no longer a need to avoid the Ri You, the earthly branch deities, and other gods. This method has proven effective when used frequently, hence it is recorded here.
