《深师方》治疗肾气不足。心中郁闷烦乱，视物模糊不清。心下空虚感，气息短少。阳气不足。耳聋。眼前如同看到星火闪烁。
消除疽疮痔疮。全身皮肤瘙痒。骨中疼痛。小腹部拘急挛缩。乏力，咽喉干燥。唾液粘稠如胶。面色发黑。补肾方。
磁石（二两，研细后用绵布包裹） 生姜（二两） 防风（二两） 桂心（二两） 甘草（一两，炙过） 五味子（二两） 附子（一两，炮制） 玄参（二两） 牡丹皮（三两） 大豆（二十四枚）
以上十味药切碎。用水一斗二升，先在铜器中将水扬动三百遍，然后放入药物煎煮，取药液六升。滤去药渣。再次煎煮，取药液二升八合。分两次服用。
《短剧方》增损肾沥汤。治疗肾气不足。消渴引饮。小便过多。腰背疼痛方。

又加减肾沥汤。治疗极度虚弱内部不足。小便频数。呼吸急促焦躁，想喝水浆。
膀胱引急方。
肾脏（一个，猪或羊的均可用） 远志（二两，去心） 麦门冬（一升，去心） 人参（一两） 大枣（四十枚）
川芎（二两） 五味子（二两） 当归（二两） 泽泻（二两） 桂心（四两） 干姜（二两） 干地黄（三两） 黄连（一两）
以上十六味药切碎。用水一斗五升。按常规方法煎煮取药液三升。滤去药渣。分三次服用。忌食海藻、白菜、生葱、猪肉、芜荑等物。
《古今录验方》泻肾汤。治疗肾气不足方。

以上三味药。用水三升。煎煮取药液一升二合。滤去药渣。分两次服用。应当迅速通便。（出自第二十七卷）
又治疗男子腰脚疼痛。肾气不足。阳气衰微。风痹虚损。各种不足。腰背痛。耳鸣。小便淋漓不尽。风虚劳冷。肾气丸方。
羊肾（两个，炙过） 细辛（二两） 石斛（四两） 肉苁蓉（四两） 干地黄（四两） 狗脊（一两，黑色的为佳） 桂心（二两） 茯苓（二两）
人参（二两） 泽泻（二两） 干地黄（三两） 大枣（一百枚，取膏和丸）
以上十八味药捣碎筛粉。用枣膏加少许蜂蜜调和，制成梧桐子大小的丸药。用酒送服二十丸。逐渐增加至三十丸。每天服用两次。忌食猪肉、冷水、生葱、生菜、胡荽、芜荑、醋类食物。（出自第二十五卷）
《经心录》羊肾汤。治疗肾气不足。耳朵听不见声音方。
羊肾（一个） 川芎（一两） 茯苓（二两） 人参（三两） 附子（一两，炮制） 桂心（二两） 牡丹皮（一两） 磁石（二两） 当归（二两） 干地黄（三两） 大枣（五枚，掰开） 牡荆子（一两，捣碎）
以上十二味药切碎。用水一斗七升。先煮药和肾脏，取药液一斗。取出肾脏，再煮剩余的药液，取药液四升。分四次服用。白天三次，夜间一次。忌食猪肉、冷水、生葱、胡荽、芜荑、醋类食物。（出自第四卷）
Shen Shi Fang treats Kidney Qi deficiency. The heart feels oppressed and chaotic, with blurred vision. A sensation of emptiness in the heart region and shortness of breath. Yang Qi is insufficient. Deafness. Visual phenomena resembling sparks before the eyes.
Eliminates carbuncles and hemorrhoids. Generalized pruritus. Pain in the bones. Tension and spasm in the lower abdomen. Fatigue and dry throat. Saliva thick like glue. Dark complexion. Kidney Tonifying Formula.
Cishi (Magnetitum, two liang, ground fine and wrapped in silk) Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger Rhizome, two liang) Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, two liang) Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex, two liang) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, one liang, honey-fried) Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus, two liang) Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, one liang, processed) Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix, two liang) Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex, three liang) Dadou (Sojae Semen, twenty-four seeds)
The above ten herbs are cut. Boil in twelve dou of water. First, agitate the water three hundred times in a copper vessel. Then decoct the herbs to obtain six sheng of liquid. Strain the dregs. Decoct again to obtain two sheng and eight he. Divide into two doses.
Duan Ju Fang's Modified Shen Li Tang treats Kidney Qi deficiency. Xiao Ke (wasting-thirst syndrome) with excessive thirst. Polyuria. Lower back and back pain formula.
Kidney (one unit, from pig or sheep) Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, two liang) Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix, one sheng, heart removed) Renshen (Ginseng Radix, two liang) Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus, two he)
Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, two liang) Gadihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, two liang) Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, one liang) Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix, one liang)
Lihuangpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Flavum, one liang)
The above seventeen herbs. Boil in fifteen dou of water. First boil the kidney to obtain thirteen sheng of liquid. Remove the kidney. Continue decocting the remaining herbs to obtain three sheng. Strain. Divide into three doses. Avoid raw scallions, Xuyi (Chenopodium album), and vinegar products.
Another Modified Shen Li Tang treats severe deficiency and internal insufficiency. Frequent urination. Rapid breathing and irritability, craving water.
Bladder Urgency Formula.
Kidney (one unit, from pig or sheep) Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, two liang, heart removed) Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix, one sheng, heart removed) Renshen (Ginseng Radix, one liang) Dazao (Jujubae Fructus, forty seeds)
Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, two liang) Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus, two liang) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, two liang) Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, two liang) Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex, four liang) Jiangjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, two liang) Gadihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, three liang) Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, one liang)
The above sixteen herbs are cut. Boil in fifteen dou of water. Decoct according to standard method to obtain three sheng. Strain. Divide into three doses. Avoid seaweed, Chinese cabbage, raw scallions, pork, Xuyi, etc.
Gu Jin Lu Yan Fang's Xie Shen Tang treats Kidney Qi deficiency formula.
Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas, two liang) Fanshi (Alumen, two liang, boiled until liquid evaporates) Dadou (Sojae Semen, one sheng)
The above three herbs. Boil in three sheng of water to obtain one sheng and two he. Strain. Divide into two doses. Should result in rapid purgation. (From Volume 27)
Also treats men's lower back and leg pain. Kidney Qi deficiency. Decline of Yang Qi. Wind-bi and deficiency damage. Various deficiencies. Lower back pain. Tinnitus. Post-void dribbling. Wind-deficiency and cold fatigue. Shen Qi Wan formula.
Yangshen (Sheep Kidney, two units, roasted) Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, two liang) Shihu (Dendrobii Caulis, four liang) Congrong (Cistanches Herba, four liang) Gadihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, four liang) Gouji (Rhizoma Cibotii, one liang, black variety preferred) Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex, two liang) Fuling (Poria, two liang)
Renshen (Ginseng Radix, two liang) Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, two liang) Gadihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, three liang) Dazao (Jujubae Fructus, one hundred seeds, made into paste for pill binding)
The above eighteen herbs are pounded and sifted. Mix with jujube paste and a little honey to form pills the size of a sterculia seed. Take twenty pills with wine. Gradually increase to thirty pills. Take twice daily. Avoid pork, cold water, raw scallions, raw vegetables, coriander, Xuyi, and vinegar products. (From Volume 25)
Jing Xin Lu's Yang Shen Tang treats Kidney Qi deficiency. Deafness formula.
Yangshen (Sheep Kidney, one unit) Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, one liang) Fuling (Poria, two liang) Renshen (Ginseng Radix, three liang) Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, one liang, processed) Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex, two liang) Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex, one liang) Cishi (Magnetitum, two liang) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, two liang) Gadihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, three liang) Dazao (Jujubae Fructus, five seeds, split) Mujingzi (Viticis Fructus, one liang, crushed)
The above twelve herbs are cut. Boil in seventeen dou of water. First decoct the herbs and kidney to obtain ten sheng. Remove the kidney. Continue decocting to obtain four sheng. Divide into four doses. Three times during the day, once at night. Avoid pork, cold water, raw scallions, coriander, Xuyi, and vinegar products. (From Volume 4)
