母丁香研为细末，用纱布包裹如手指粗细纳入阴道。另外，蛇床子（炒研二钱）、白粉（一钱）调匀，做成如枣子大小的药团，取一枚，用棉布包裹后纳入阴户内，自然感到温暖。
吴茱萸、川椒（各八两），共同研为细末。用炼蜜制成丸子，大小如弹子。用棉布包裹后纳入阴户内。一个月后子宫变得和暖，就可以受孕。另外，用硫黄煎水经常清洗也有效。
皂荚（一两，炙后去皮去子）、大黄、戎盐、矾石（烧过）、当归（各二两）、五味子（各三两）、蜀椒（汗出者二两，注：此处原文可能有误，通常指蜀椒二两）、葶苈子（《千金方》无此味）、苦瓠（各三分，《千金方》作山一味）。捣碎筛细，装入轻绢袋子中，大小如中指许，长三寸，装盛满后，纳入子门中。坐卧随意，小便时即取出。仍然更换新的。一天之内应当排出青黄色的冷汁，汁液排尽停止后即可正常行房，自然会有子嗣。如果未见病邪排出也可以，坚持十天放置其中。（一方中有砒霜三分）。另外，蛇床子、芫花（各三两），捣碎筛取，做成枣子大小的药团。
Take the yellow earth from under the stove, mix with water to form mud, shape into hundred pills the size of a bullet, dry them in the sun. Heat them thoroughly over fire. Soak one pill in three-year-old vinegar, wrap it in cotton, and insert it into the vagina. Insert as deeply as possible; replace it immediately when it cools down. For new cases, use thirty pills for recovery; for chronic cases, use fifty pills.
Jiguanhua (Crown Flower), Honghua (Safflower) stir-fried with wine, Heye Hui (Ash of Lotus Leaf), Baizhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Chenbi Tu (Earth from Old Walls), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen) (each 1 qian), grind into powder. Mix with wine or rice soup and apply to the navel. This can promote diuresis and clear damp-heat. Alternatively, moxibustion with mugwort stir-fried with hot salt on the navel is effective.
An ancient brick from long ago (one piece), heated until extremely red-hot. Place seven pan-fried wheat flour cakes on the brick. Then sprinkle powder made from crushed cucumber roots on top. Cover with two layers of cloth and have the patient sit on it, allowing the medicinal vapor to fumigate into the abdomen. Worms should be expelled. Treat three to five times; once all worms are expelled, the disease is cured. (Applicable to metrorrhagia and leukorrhea).
Mudingxiang (Eugenia Caryophyllata Bud) ground into powder, wrapped in gauze to the thickness of a finger, and inserted into the vagina. Additionally, Chuangzi (Cnidii Fructus) stir-fried and ground (2 qian) mixed with Baifen (Rice Flour) (1 qian), formed into pills the size of a jujube. Take one pill, wrap in cotton, and insert into the vagina, producing a natural warming sensation.
Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus), Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) (each 8 liang), grind together into powder. Form pills with refined honey, sized like bullets. Wrap in cotton and insert into the vagina. After one month, the uterus becomes warm, and conception is possible. Additionally, washing frequently with sulfur decoction is also effective.
Zaojia (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus) (1 liang, roasted, skin and seeds removed), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Rongyan (Halitum), Fanshi (Alumen) calcined, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (each 2 liang), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus) (each 3 liang), Shujiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) (2 liang), Tinglizi (Descurainiae Semen seu Lepidii Semen) (absent in *Qianjin Fang*), Ku Hu (Bitter Bottle Gourd) (each 3 fen, *Qianjin Fang* lists Shan Yiwei). Crush and sieve, place in a light silk bag, sized like a middle finger, three cun long, fill it completely, and insert into the cervical os. Sit or lie down at will; remove it during urination. Replace with a new one. Within one day, green-yellow cold discharge should be expelled. Once the discharge ceases, normal sexual intercourse may resume, and pregnancy will naturally occur. Even if no pathological discharge is seen, leave it in place for ten days. (One formula includes 3 fen of Realgar). Additionally, Chuangzi (Cnidii Fructus) and Yuanhua (Genkwa Flos) (each 3 liang), crush and sieve to form pills the size of a jujube.
